The THE ROLE OF THE ENVIRONMENT SERVICE IN CREATING A CLEAN CITY IN WAMENA CITY
Wamena City or Baliem Valley is a unique city located in a mountainous area that is being hunted by foreign tourists. However, the threat of environmental pollution due to waste has become a threat to the innovation policy of the Regional Government of Jayawijaya Regency. Therefore, it is hoped that the Jayawijaya Regency Regional Government will have an active role in this case the Jayawijaya Regency Environmental Service which is of course responsible for the Environmental Cleanliness of Wamena City.
Through a qualitative method, the authors found that the lack of facilities provided by the Jayawijaya Regency Government made it difficult to realize a Clean Wamena City, in addition, which was marked by the behavior of people who were still not aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness, littering, or the presence of a lot of piles. garbage that can be found everywhere, there is not even a clear sanction for each violator.
 
WATER POLLUTION ASSESSMENT IN MADIUN RIVER USING STORET METHOD
The Bengawan Solo River stretches from the Central Java region to East Java, making it the longest river on the island of Java, where Bengawan Solo has become the economic pulse for residents, especially in Central and East Java, which crosses trade, office areas, densely populated settlements, and industries. These various activities produce waste, which has an impact on water quality pollution. The purpose of this study aims to determine the status of the water quality standard of the Bengawan Solo River. Data used from the Solo Bengawan River Basin by using data from the January-March 2020 period through 12 monitoring points were analyzed using the STORET Method. Each parameter is analyzed using Peraturan Pemerintah no. 82 Tahun 2001 and the results most of the parameters did not meet the quality standards, including TDS, TSS, DO, Nitrite, Phosphate, COD, BOD, Lead, Copper, Total Coliform and Fecal Coliform. The results of the STORET assessment analysis show that the Bengawan Solo River is included in class 4 by 41.6% in moderate polluted conditions and the remaining 58.4% in heavily polluted conditions. The STORET Method calculation results according to classes I, 2 and 3 are 100% points in Poor condition (≥-30) which is a heavily polluted condition indicating the status of water quality is not in accordance with the standard applied by Keputusan Gubernur Jawa Timur No 61 concerning river use in East Java.

ANALISIS KADAR HIDROGEN SULFIDA DAN KELUHAN PERNAPASAN PADA PEMULUNG DI TPA PUUWATU KOTA KENDARI
Degradasi sampah yang cepat, mengakibatkan kandungan sulfat meningkat tajam karena hidrolisis. Bakteri pereduksi sulfat dapat menggunakan senyawa sulfur sebagai akseptor elektron untuk menghasilkan sulfida yang akhirnya dilepaskan sebagai Hidrogen Sulfida (H2S). H2S merupakan suatu gas tidak berwarna, sangat beracun, mudah terbakar dan memiliki karakteristik bau telur busuk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung tingkat risiko kesehatan akibat pajanan H2S terhadap kesehatan pemulung dan mengukur tingkat keluhan pernapasan yang dialami oleh pemulung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Analisis Risiko Kesehatan Lingkungan (ARKL). Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total populasi sebanyak 5o orang pemulung di TPA Puuwatu Kota Kendari. Pengukuran Konsentrasi H2S dilakukan pada pagi, siang, dan sore hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai intake yang didapatkan (real time) adalah 0,00083 mg/kg/hari. Tingkat risiko yang didapatkan 1,53557 (RQ>1). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas udara di TPA Puuwatu Kota Kendari berisiko tinggi terhadap kesehatan pemulung. Perlu dilakukan upaya pemantauan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian polusi udara. Serta kebijakan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri untuk meminimalisir pajanan polutan ambien
Hubungan Budaya Sekolah dengan Pro Environmental Behavior Siswa
Abstract
This study aims to obtain empirical data or facts that are actually true and reliable regarding the relationship between school culture and pro-environmental behavior in students. This research is motivated by the existence of a school culture that is useful for strengthening pro environmental behavior for students. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population used in this study were 351 grade 8 students of SMP Negeri 281 Jakarta, while the sample in this study amounted to 185 students. The research hypothesis was tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis. The results of the analysis found that the school culture and students' pro environmental behavior were good. The results showed that there was a positive and strong relationship between school culture and pro environmental behavior among students of SMP Negeri 281 Jakarta
The DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLE OF A CONTEXTUAL BASED TEACHING BOOK ON ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS: PRINSIP PENGEMBANGAN BUKU AJAR PENDIDIKAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP (PLH) BERBASIS KONTEKSTUAL UNTUK GURU SEKOLAH DASAR (SD)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap prinsip-prinsip yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan buku ajar PLH untuk Guru SD berbasis kontekstual. Terlaksanakannya penelitian ini sebagai sarana analisis kebutuhan di awal kegiatan pengembangan buku ajar untuk Mata Kuliah PLH. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai kerangka utamanya. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil menggunakan triangulasi teknik yaitu: studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Triangulasi teknik tersebut sekaligus untuk menjaga kevalidan data yang diperoleh. Analisis data diakukan secara kualitatif melalui proses reduksi, display, verifikasi, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat tujuh buah prinsip yang dibutuhkan dalam pengembangan buku ajar PLH berbasis kontekstual. Prinsip-prinsip tersebut adalah: prinsip pembelajaran berbasis masalah; problem solving; berbasis HOTS; kemandirian belajar; literasi kritis; siswa aktif; situasi didaktis dan situasi pedagogis; serta reflektif. Dengan menggunakan ketujuh prinsip tersebut diharapkan agar mahasiswa dan atau guru SD yang menggunakan buku tersebut dapat belajar secara mandiri berdasarkan permasalahan lingkungan yang kontekstual, menganalisis penyebab, mampu memberikan solusi, serta melakukan perbaikan dan penjagaan lingkungan hidup sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan yang ideal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat dilakukan studi lanjutan dengan mengembangkan bahan ajar sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip di atas. Buku ajar yang dikembangkan dapat berupa buku ajar cetak maupun noncetak atau berbasis multimedia agar dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) atau secara daring sekalipun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar pada masa pandemik seperti sekarang ini
PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN METAKOGNITIF TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MEMECAHKAN MASALAH LINGKUNGAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SAINS
Sains is knowledge which universal and sistematic, also a collective knowledge of facts andconcepts. In this research was given a metacognitive strategies to student's environmental problemsolving in science learning. This research was aimed to find the effect of metacognitive strategies tostudent’s environmental problem solving in science learning. The population of this research wasKartika X-1 Junior High School’s students, and the sample were the seventh grade classes whichrandomly chosen. The data was collected by giving questionnaire about student's ability ofenvironmental problem solving for both of contol and experiment classes. The result were showed thatthe post-test average score of experiment class higher than the control class as much 34,37 > 24,00.The t-test showed that the result was significant at 0,000 > 0,005 which means that the metacognitivestrategies give positive effect to student’s environmental problem solving in science learning
PERAN PLH (PENDIDIKAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP) SMA N 3 KLATEN ERA NEW NORMAL : BERTANAM DARI SEKOLAH MENUJU RUMAH
Adiwiyata school SMAN 3 Klaten applies Environmental Education to its students which is for better habits towards the environment in a sustainable manner. This cannot be realized in schools because of the emergence COVID-19. This study aims to determine the effect of Environmental Education on SMAN 3 Klaten students in New Normal era. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method with sampling techniques of data collection that is a random sample via Google Form on the students SMAN 3 Klaten. The result of this research is that SMAN 3 Klaten has implemented Environmental Education in New Normal era by learning from home, for example cultivating ornamental fish, cultivating medicinal plants and others. Environmental Education Students SMAN 3 Klaten while learning from the new normal era get innovations in the implementation of PLH not only in schools, students can plant at their house in New Normal era
TANGGUNG JAWAB LINGKUNGAN DAN PERSEPSI ANCAMAN EKOLOGI TERHADAP PERILAKU PRO-LINGKUNGAN KARYAWAN PERUSAHAAN DI DAS CITARUM KECAMATAN BABAKANCIKAO KABUPATEN PURWAKARTA PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
This study aims to measure the relationship between corporate environmental responsibilityand the perception of ecological threats to the pro-environmental behavior of company employees. Itwas found that the environmental responsibility of the company had an effect on the pro-environmentbehavior of employees by 20.1%, which means that the role of the company to make rules or norms ofpro-environment behavior was still very low. The perception of ecological threats has an effect on thepro-environment behavior of employees by 33.7%, this explains that employees' knowledge ofecological threats is low and has not been able to provide awareness of the company's environmentalsustainability. The corporate environmental responsibility and the perception of ecological threatsaffect the pro-environment behavior of the company's employees by 34.3%. These results can explainthat the role of companies to educate their employees and the application of environmentalpreservation rules and norms needs to be further improved
MODEL OPTIMASI PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH DI TPA: (Suatu Studi di Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Terpadu Bantargebang)
The increase in waste generation is a major problem especially for urban areas such as Jakarta with insufficient landfill capacity and an inefficient and environmentally sound waste management system. To produce an optimal, integrated and sustainable landfill management strategy, an analysis of the TPST Bantargebang waste management system is then formulated towards optimization of sustainable landfill management in environmental, financial, and social aspects through a system dynamics intervention scenario model of the TPST Bantargebang waste management system. Based on the descriptive analysis carried out on the latest waste management, 3 main issues are known, namely, landfill capacity almost fully occupied, methane gas emissions increment, and the possibility waste pickers integration to increase scavenging productivity. Simulations were carried out with a system dynamics model for the 2018-2023 period with BAU conditions and an intervention scenario with a reduction in landfill waste and a reduction in waste flow. The results of the scenario are: landfill can still be utilized until 2023; methane gas emissions decreased by an average of 23,50%; the increase in the Scavenger Production Ratio to the Landfill Waste Rate reached 134,58%. As a consequence of the intervention and the addition of waste treatment activities in the TPST Bantargebang, the operational cost per ton has increased up to 309,62%. This study concludes that the scenario of incoming waste reduction and existing landfill waste reduction planned by Material Recovery Facility (MRF) construction with scavenger involvement, compost processing efficiency improvement, construction of Waste to Energy (WtE) facilities in the form of incinerator, landfill mining, and reprofiling simultaneously
PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN KESULITAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA: STUDI LINTAS SEMESTER PADA MATERI USAHA ENERGI
Understanding concepts is one of the goals of learning physics, however there are manyindications that students have learning difficulties. This study aims to determine theunderstanding of the concepts and difficulties of students in work and energy materials and tocompare the results across semesters. This quantitative study involved 152 students majoringin physics at one of the universities in Bengkulu Province. The research instrument consistedof 4 well-reasoned multiple choice questions. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.The reason is used for categorizing the level of understanding of student concepts. The resultsshowed that the level of understanding of student concepts was in the category of IU(Incorrect Understanding). Students are also indicated to experience difficulties in the sub-concept of energy, effort due to gravitational force, effort due to non-conservative force, andmechanical energy
