Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analyze the role of social capital in the Tekad Bersama Farmer Group in Minanga Village, Posumaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for 2 months, from November to December 2022, conducted in Minanga Village, Posumaen Sub-district, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The data used in this research is primary data conducted by direct interviews to rice paddy farmers, while secondary data is obtained from the internet, books, journals and from the Minanga Village Office and reports that have a close relationship with the research. The sampling method in this study uses a purposive sampling method to one Tekat Bersama Farmer Group that has cultivated rice paddy plants, with a total of 16 respondents who cultivate rice paddy plants, landowners who are around the research location. The analysis used in this research is the Likert scaling analysis method, analyzing the role of social capital in farmer groups. The results showed that the role of social capital in the Tekad Bersama Farmer Group in Minanga Village in the role of trust got a score of 351 with a percentage value of 87.75%, in the role of the network got a score of 350 with a percentage value of 87.5%, and in the role of norms got a score of 333 with a percentage value of 83.25%, so that the overall score obtained from 16 respondents of farmer group members was 1,034 with a percentage of 86.16% which was classified as very instrumental

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan Juni hingga bulan Agustus 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), data tersebut berupa Laporan Keuangan tahun 2019- 2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan secara kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan tahun 2019-2023 pada PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk melalui rasio likuiditas dalam kondisi baik yang ditinjau dari rata-rata hasil perhitungan current ratio dan quick ratio secara umum berada di atas standar industri. Melalui rasio solvabilitas dalam kondisi baik yang ditinjau dari rata-rata hasil perhitungan debt to assets ratio dan debt to equity ratio berada dibawah kriteria standar industri. Melalui rasio profitabilitas dalam kondisi tidak baik yang ditinjau dari hasil perhitungan net profit margin, gross profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, dan return on investment secara umum berada di bawah standar industri
Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Pengolahan Gula Semut Di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keuntungan pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga, Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan pengolah gula semut dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan seperti kuisioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan berupa literatur, sumber tertulis atau dokumen yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan usaha pengolahan gula semut di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa selatan, dengan 367,5 kg gula semut dalam satu bulan, dan biaya total dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp9.521.471, dan biaya penerimaan yang diterima pelaku usaha dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp16.500.000. Maka keuntungan yang diterima pelaku usaha sebesar Rp6.978.529 dalam satu bulan

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Aliran kas bebas dan Kebijakan dividen terhadap kebijakan hutang pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2018-2022. Populasi adalah perusahaan yang berada pada industri manufaktur sebanyak 195 perusahaan, sedangkan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 39 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu time series dan cross section. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa aliran kas bebas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Bunga Anthurium (Anthurium andraeanum sp) Di Kelurahan Kakaskasen Kota Tomohon
Get PDFThis research aims to determine and analyze the income of Anthurium andraeanum flower farming in Kakaskasen Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The research took place from May to August 2023. The data collected was primary data obtained directly from Anthurium andraeanum flower farmers and secondary data obtained from research results and journals. Sampling used a purposive sampling method, namely farmers who cultivated Anthurium andraeanum ornamental flower plants were selected. In this research, the population of farmers cultivating Anthurium andraeanum flower plants was 2 farmers. The results of the research show that Anthurium andraeanum flower farming in Kakaskasen Village, Tomohon City with an average land area of 450 m2 = 0.045 ha, this farming incurs total costs in one planting season of Rp851,500 with receipts of Rp1,800,000 per 2 weeks (15 days) and get a total income of Rp948,500 per farm for one harvest every 2 weeks. The average R/C ratio is 2.11, which is greater than 1, meaning that flower farming is profitable and worthy of cultivation and development

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the role of agricultural extension workers in corn farming in Kaiya Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from June to July 2023. This study uses 2 types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Sampling using saturated sampling where all members of the population are used as samples. The research sample was the Panak Jaya farmer group consisting of 10 people in Kaiya Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. Based on the results of the study which showed the respondent's assessment of the role of the extension worker as a motivator obtained an index of 38.67% for the less involved category, the role of the extension worker as an educator obtained an index of 75.5% for the role category, the role of the extension worker as an organizer obtained an index of 52% for the role category, the role of the extension worker as a communicator was 65.33% for the role category, the role of extension agents as catalysts obtained an index of 62% in the role category and the role of extension agents as advisors obtained an index of 64.67%. category plays a role. In general, the role of extension workers to the Panak Jaya corn farmer group in Kaiya Village, Bolaang District, Bolaang Mondondow Regency was in the role category by obtaining an index of 62.67% in the role category
Analisis Finansial Usahatani Tomat Di Desa Tumaratas Dua Kecamatan Langowan Barat Kabupaten Minahasa
Get PDFThis research aims to find out whether tomato farming in Tumaratas Dua Village, West Langowan District, Minahasa Regency is financially profitable. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling of farmers who harvested in the period June to September 2022. The number of samples taken in this research was 30 respondents. Determining the number of samples in this research was carried out using the Quota Sampling method. The data analysis method is carried out using a quantitative descriptive method by calculating costs, income, income, r/c ratio, break event point (BEP) and sensitivity analysis. Based on the results of financial calculations for tomato farming, it is known that the total production costs are IDR17.343.239/farmer amounting to IDR69.449.803/Ha income of IDR44.811.833/farmer amounting to IDR179.445.893/Ha and income of IDR62.150.628/farmer of IDR248.877.899/Ha in one planting season. The results of the feasibility analysis of tomato farming show an R/C Ratio value of 2.6. This shows that every IDR1 spent by farmers provides a profit of IDR2,6 and well worth the effort. The BEP price value shows the breakeven point at IDR2.139/kg and production BEP shows a breakeven point of 997kg. The total production of tomatoes in this study was 32,465kg/ha and the selling value of tomatoes in this study was IDR5.527/kg. The results of the sensitivity analysis in scenarios I and II show that the R/C ratio is positive >1 and is worth pursuing. The results of the sensitivity analysis for scenario I to a cost increase of 42.63% show an R/C Ratio value of 1.8. The results of the sensitivity analysis of scenario II to a 49% reduction in selling prices show an R/C ratio of 1.3

The data used in this research is primary data which is how the product is made, production quantity, price of production raw materials, product selling price, number of workers, availability of raw materials used, labor hours and tools, availability of labor and working time for tools to be used by interviewing the owners of the herbal drink business "Jakulawak" and "Red Ginger". The secondary data used in this research was taken from google scholar, which is previous research and literature reviews related to the research topic, namely production optimization. The research results show the optimal combination of two types of products based on the availability of existing resources, namely X1 (Jakulawak) with a value of 14 and X2 (red ginger) with a value of 0 with the Z value (maximum profit) obtained being IDR 329,347

Pengaruh Harga Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Coffee Kangen Di Kota Bitung
Get PDFThis research aims to investigate the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at Coffee Kangen in Bitung City, both partially and simultaneously. The study was conducted from August to October 2023. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling, specifically targeting individuals who had visited Coffee Kangen in Bitung City. The data utilized included both primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to visitors, employing the slovin method, resulting in a total of 35 respondents. Secondary data were obtained through observations and the profiling of Coffee Kangen. Data analysis techniques involved validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroskedasticity testing, linearity testing, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, correlation coefficient testing, and determination coefficient testing. The statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 26. The research findings revealed that, partially: 1) Price significantly influences customer satisfaction, and 2) Service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction.
