Get PDFThis study aims to determine how camat leadership is in improving the discipline of government officials in Tumpaan District, Minahasa Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by using the interview guide technique, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the leadership of the subdistrict head on improving the discipline of work of government officials in the Tumpaan District has not been carried out optimally, where there are still has a fault or disciplinary violations committed by officials regarding working hours as a form of regulation and there are delays in completing tasks. Actions given by the leadership to subordinates who do not comply with the applicable regulations that actions taken by superiors who violate discipline are given based on the level of fault committed

This research was conducted from December 2019 to March 2020 with the object of research is culinary businesses that use information technology, especially social media. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews to respondents of culinary business owners using questionnaires while secondary data was obtained from parties related to this research. Sample determination method is using Simple Random Sampling method. Data collection of respondents are culinary business owners who have used Information Technology. The results showed that all respondents (as many as 30) experienced an increase in profits after using information technology

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to analize the implementation of policies for handling and controlling covid-19 on the tourism sector in Tomohon City. The method used in this research is descriptive method using a qualitative approach. The research was conducted in Tomohon City using empirical data obtained through observations and interviews to 15 informants. The results showed that the implementation of policies for handling and controlling covid-19 on the tourism sector was carried out based on standards and policy targets through programs, namely physical distancing and work form home and the Tomohon City government program through the announcement of the mayor of Tomohon and Tomohon Mayor Regulation Number 28 of 2020 which is implemented based on the principles of implementing policies for handling and controlling covid-19 on the tourism sector in Tomohon City. In implementing this policy, communication factors between policy implementers, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structures are very influential in implementation. However, in implementing the policy, there are several weaknesses of these factors, namely the lack of communication between institutions, especially in the tourism sector, for example from the tourism office to the Indonesian Tourism Guides Association in Tomohon City, budget constraints, and lack of human resources as executors either as professionals or as professionals, tourism observers, especially on the tourism sector in the city of Tomohon

Get PDFThis study aims to find out and examine in depth about the performance of civil servants in public services at the Tikala Sub-District Office during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Sources of data used in this study are divided into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. The steps used in data analysis techniques are editing, data classification, then drawing conclusions. The results showed that the performance of civil servants at the Tikala sub-district office was not as expected, because the service during the pandemic was not the same as before the Covid-19 pandemic. Working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic did not go as expected, because the service activities at the Tikala District office were work that had to be completed at the office, not at home

Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze why the role of the state civil apparatus as the Head of Neighbourhood in Ranomuut Village in providing services to the community has not been as expected. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data collected by researchers to support the first data. Interviews were conducted on 14 informants. The data analysis technique used includes transcripts of interview results, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation and the method used is descriptive research method. The results showed that the performance in services to the community carried out by the State Civil Apparatus, in this case the head of the neighbourhood was not optimal and only one indicator that was carried out by the head of the environment was good, namely the relationship with the organization, where it was found that the head of the environment had a good relationship with the existing organization. this is proven by the cooperation between the head of neighbourhood and the employees with the service of the community properly and the employees can help the head of the neighbourhood in terms of explaining the management of population administration

Get PDFThe objective of this research is to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with the product, price, place and service of the Inaton Flower Shop. This research was carried out from February to April 2021. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Secondary data obtained through books, journals, and literature related to the topic of this research. The research result howed that the level of consumer satisfaction at the Inaton Flower Shop from the product, price, place, and service variables was 82.40%, generally classified as satisfied. The level of consumer satisfaction at the Inaton Flower Shop for the product variable is 83.11% classified as satisfied, the price variable is 82.33% classified as satisfied, and the place and variable is 84.44% satisfied. The service variable of 80.33% is classified as satisfied
KONTRIBUSI USAHATANI KENTANG TERHADAP PENDAPATAN KELUARGA DI DESA MANEMBO KECAMATAN PASSI TIMUR KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the contribution of potato farming to family income in Manembo Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from January to March 2020. The main data used were primary data obtained through interviews with 30 (thirty) respondents of selected potato farmers using a simple random sampling method. The analytical method used in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis and is presented in tabular form. The data analyzed included: income analysis and contribution analysis. The results showed that the amount of income received by potato farmers in Manembo Village, East Passi District was IDR 5,105,256.48, with a contribution of 84.70% to family income. This shows that potato farming on the total income of farmer families is in the high category, which indicates that potato farming is the main source of income for most of the farmer families in Manembo Village, or in other words farmers are very dependent on potato farming as the main livelihood for meet all the necessities of family life

Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to know directly the optimization of the performance of labor inspectors after the formation of the UPTD Balai Pengawas at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of North Sulawesi Province. The research design used in this study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research focus is based on aspects of work quality, quantity of work, use of time and employee cooperation. There were 10 informants who were taken using purposive sampling technique with data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation which were analyzed by reducing data, displaying data and verification. The results showed that the optimization of employee performance is the focus of all government agencies and organizations in carrying out their duties. Satisfactory performance will be an asset and selling power of agencies and organizations where employees are valuable human resources who can help achieve goals. The conclusions of the research results indicate that the performance of supervisory employees in the Manpower and Transmigration Office of North Sulawesi Province needs to be optimized, where the performance needs to be directly supervised by the head of the supervisory office himself. It aims to improve performance so that the results achieved are as desired as a form of achievement as expected effectively and efficiently
DAMPAK MERKURI TERHADAP LINGKUNGAN PERAIRAN SEKITAR LOKASI PERTAMBANGAN DI KECAMATAN LOLODA KABUPATEN HALMAHERA BARAT PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA
Get PDFThis study aims to assess the potential impact of mercury pollution in the Tiabo waters (river) which is located in the gold mining location without permission from Bakun Pantai Village, Loloda District, West Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. This research was conducted in July - December 2020. The analysis of research data was carried out in a descriptive way by looking at the results of the measurement results of the mercury sample test in water then comparing with the environmental quality standards according to PP No. 82 of 2001 class II concerning Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control. Whereas mercury in sediment is compared with the quality standard for heavy metal concentrations in IADC / CEDA 1997. The samples used in this study were river water and sediment (silt at the bottom of the river). Water and sediment samples were taken from the upstream, middle and downstream of the river. The results of the examination of Hg levels in water samples at the upstream, middle and downstream locations showed that the results were <0.0005 mg / L, the lowest pH was 7.57 and the highest was 7.84 n / a, the lowest DO was 8.13 mg / L, the highest was 8.21 mg / L. The results of measurements of mercury levels in the sediment of the Tiabo river in Bakun Pantai Village, Loloda District, West Halmahera Regency which were carried out at three points, namely upstream, middle and downstream of the river, the value of mercury content in the upstream river was 1.35 mg / L, in the middle it was 0.47. mg / L, and downstream of <0.05 mg / L.Â

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the implementation of the policy for the establishment of a Type A Provincial Technical Implementation Unit at the Class A Labor Supervision Center of the Regional Manpower and Transmigration Office of North Sulawesi Province. The research was conducted for 2 months, from May to June 2021. The research method used in this study was descriptive method with a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses steps consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research indicate that the UPTD (Class A Labor Supervision Center) has the goal of achieving the policy implementation of the establishment of the UPTD based on the main tasks and functions as well as establishing a cooperative relationship in the implementation of labor services including optimizing the quality of service and community participation required in implementing the policy
