KEARIFAN LOKAL PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN SUMBERDAYA PERIKANAN BERKELANJUTAN DI KOTA BITUNG
This study aims to analyze local wisdom of community empowerment in the management and development of sustainable fisheries resources in Bitung City. This research is a descriptive observational research, with a phenomenological qualitative approach. Respondents in this research were 10 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique with the focus of research using Jim Ife's theory of local wisdom which consists of local knowledge, local values, local skills and local resources. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses steps consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that local wisdom from Bitung City is the charm festival of the Lembeh Strait and Mangrove planting. For the empowerment of local wisdom, indigenous peoples are empowered by conducting training and business capital assistance. Management and empowerment of local communities is carried out by implementing a community-based resource management approach model, thus in developing community-based resource management, namely by creating a self-help community problem solving system and stimulating citizen participation in community affairs in order to achieve the desired goals through the implementation of empowerment, especially in the fisheries sector. sustainable
KINERJA PEGAWAI PENGAWAS KETENAGAKERJAAN DI DINAS TENAGA KERJA DAN TRANSMIGRASI PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA
This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of supervisory employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of North Sulawesi Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with data collected in the form of words and pictures. The focus of this research is based on the factors that affect the performance of employees which consist of quality of work, quantity of work, use of time and cooperation. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data collected was analyzed through several stages, namely data reduction, display and data verification. The results showed that the performance of the supervisory staff of the Disnakertrans of North Sulawesi Province was very good even though there were several obstacles in carrying out their respective tasks
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI DESA MINANGA SATU KECAMATAN PUSOMAEN KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA
This research aims to analyze the income of lowland rice farmers in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted from January to February 2021. The types of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data which were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the income of lowland rice farmers in Minanga Satu Village was more than eight million rupiah per hectare per one planting season. This result is obtained from the difference between the total production cost and farm income where the total production cost is Rp.9,811,832 per hectare per planting season with the farmer's income of Rp.18,189,300 per hectare per planting season, so the income is Rp.8,377,468 per hectare per growing season. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that the income of lowland rice farming in Minanga Satu Village, Pusomaen District, Southeast Minahasa Regency if calculated per month for lowland rice farming in Minanga Satu Village, the average income is Rp. 1,396,244. This amount is small when compared to the regional minimum wage in Southeast Minahasa Regency which is more than three million rupiah
PEMETAAN LAHAN MARJINAL SEBAGAI POTENSI LAHAN PERKEBUNAN CENGKIH DI KECAMATAN KAKAS, KAKAS BARAT DAN LEMBEAN TIMUR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS
The purpose of the study was to map marginal land to be used as a map of potential clove plantation land in Kakas District, West Kakas District and East Lembean District by using a Geographic Information System (GIS). The research was carried out in 3 sub-districts namely Kakas District, West Kakas District and East Lembean District using satellite imagery, physical observations and by using drones in the field to see areas of marginal land that have the potential to be used as clove plantations. GIS analysis was carried out for 3 months (June – August 2020). The results showed that there is an area of 623,9 hectares that can be used as land for planting cloves in Kakas District, West Kakas District and East Lembean District. With the use of GIS, the community and the government can optimize the marginal land in the 3 sub-districts to be planted so that marginal land can produce
SISTEM BAGI HASIL PADA USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI KECAMATAN LANGOWAN UTARA
The purpose of this study was to determine the profit sharing system between land owners and tenants in Langowan Utara Sub-District. This research was conducted for three months at Langowan Utara District from November 2020 to January 2021. The data used in this study are primary data which is processed based on interviews with 15 tenant farmer respondents who were taken intentionally and secondary data were obtained from the village office and sub-district office and literature in libraries and on the internet related to this research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the sharing of agricultural land in the village was carried out with a system of three or 1:2, the division was that the tenant farmers got two parts and the owner farmers got one share, the provision of seeds, fertilizers, labor, etc. until the harvest period is borne by the cultivator while the owner farmer only receives the net harvest without paying any fees
ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN INDUSTRI RUMAH TANGGA TEMPE “BML†DI KELURAHAN KOLONGAN SATU KECAMATAN TOMOHON TENGAH KOTA TOMOHON
The purpose of this study was to analyze the PROFIT of Tempe “BML†home industry in Kolongan Satu Village, Tomohon Tengah District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for three months starting from May to July 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with the owners of the “BML†tempe home industry. While secondary data was obtained from the Tomohon Tengah District office, available books, and the internet such as a google search to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to the research title, especially regarding profit analysis. The results of this study indicate that the home industry of tempe is profitable. Profit in July 2021 is Rp. 6,072,060 with an R/C ratio of 2.91
Analysis of Greenhouse Gases and Odor Levels in the Sumompo TPA, Manado City, North Sulawesi
The research aimed to know the level of odor by hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and ammonia (NH3) gases, as well as to determine the level of greenhouse gases pollutant carbon monoxide (CO), sulfur dioxide (SO2), nitrogen dioxide (NO2) at the Sumompo Waste Landfill, Manado City, North Sulawesi. This research was conducted at the TPA Sumompo, City of Manado and laboratory analyses at Agriculture Faculty from August to November 2020. The study was conducted by measuring parameters of gas greenhouse: sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), and the gas causes the smell of ammonia (NH3) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) at the Manado Sumompo Trash Landfill (TPA) and then analyzed at the PT Global Quality Analytical Laboratory. The research showed that The level of odor pollution of H2S and NH3 gases at the Sumompo TPA showed that ammonia (NH3) has generally passed the quality standard, while the hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has approached the threshold of standard quality. Then, the sulfur dioxide (SO2) gas pollution varied from 66.2 to 73.8 µg/Nm3, and all of which were still below the SO2 quality standard of 900 µg/Nm3.  The carbon monoxide (CO) gas ranged from 1680 to 2460 µg/Nm3, all of which are below the quality standard of CO 30,000 µg/Nm3, and for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) varied from 61.4 to 76.3 µg/Nm3, all of which were below the NO2 quality standard of 400 µg/Nm3.*mjp
INTERAKSI SOSIAL DALAM KELOMPOK TANI SEHATI DI KELURAHAN KAKASKASEN DUA KOTA TOMOHON (SOSIAL INTERACTION IN FARMER SEHATI GROUPS IN THE KAKASKASEN DUA SUB DISTRICT OF TOMOHON CITIE)
This study aims to describe the level of social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon City which consists of cooperation, accommodation, and assimilation. This research was conducted from May to March January. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with 10 respondents consisting of KSB and all members of the Sehati Farmer Group using a questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from BP3K, literature, and previous research related to this study. Methods of data collection were carried out using a survey, and measured using a Likert scale. The results showed that, the level of social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kelurahan Kakaskasen Dua Tomohon City from the accommodation cooperation variable, the assimilation was 84.72%. Generally classified as Very Good. In particular, the level of interaction in the Sehati farmer group for the very good category, namely the accommodation variable was 85.33% and the assimilation variable was 89.83%. For the good category, namely the cooperation variable, amounting to 77.5%. The results showed that the social interaction of the Sehati farmer groups was very good except for the good cooperation. The results of the Likert analysis show that social interaction in the Sehati farmer group in Kakaskasen Dua Subdistrict, Tomohon City reaches 84.72% which means that it is in the very good category
KETERSEDIAAN UNSUR HARA SEBAGAI INDIKATOR PERTUMBUHAN TANAMAN MENTIMUN (Cucumis Sativus L.)
This study aims to determine the availability of nutrients in wet and dry land, and to determine the interaction of the use of soil type and type of fertilizer on the growth of cucumber plants. This research was carried out in Tombatu Tiga Village, District, North Tombatu, Southeast Minahasa Regency for 3 months starting from February - May 2021, using a quantitative descriptive method for nutrient availability and experiments in polybags were carried out using a 4x3 Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 2 factors. treatment, namely Type of Soil and Type of Fertilizer. showed that the availability of macronutrients available in the soil prior to conducting the research (C-Organic, Total N, available P, and K) was less available as well as the pH of the soil on the criteria of slightly acidic to acidic. And from the results of the analysis after the study showed that with the application of organic fertilizer master Compost and POC Nasa there was an increase in soil pH in all soil types, as well as an increase in the value of nutrients, especially available P, followed by C-Organic, and Total N. The results showed that the interaction of soil type and fertilizer type had a significant effect on the growth of cucumber plants at plant heights of 20 DAP and 30 DAP and number of leaves 10 DAP to 30 DAP. However, there was no interaction with plant height at 10 days after planting

This study aims to determine the income of horticultural traders in Tanawangko Market, Borgo Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted for two months, namely in October and November 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The results of research, total revenue of Rp. 2,909,750 while the total cost of Rp. 2,097,450 consisting of business capital and market retribution costs. The profit of Tanawangko market traders during the Covid 19 pandemic was an average of IDR 812,300 / week
