    This research aims to analyze the income of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, and analyze the feasibility of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was used through direct interviews using a questionnaire containing written questions to dragon fruit farmers, while secondary data was obtained from the village office and related agencies in this study with various literature on the internet. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that the land area of 3 dragon fruit farmers was 0.75-1 Ha. With total revenue is Rp. 516,750,000/Year. With a total cost of Rp. 144,189,000/Year, with the average amount of dragon fruit farming production is 11,483 Kg/Year. The income of dragon fruit farming in Konarom Village, Southeast Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency is Rp. 372,561,000/Year. Judging from the value of the R / C ratio of 3.5. So it can be seen that dragon fruit farming is profitable and feasible to cultivate

    This study aims to determine the direct cash assistance (BLT) program is right on target in terms of accuracy of recipient recruitment, disbursement time, supervision and to determine community utilization of the BLT Program in Tambelang Village, Maesaan District. The research was carried out from January to February 2022. The data collected in the study were primary data obtained from direct interviews with BLT recipient communities using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the Tambelang Village Office, as well as data related to research taken from the internet. The number of BLT recipients was 130 respondents who received BLT phase I in 2021 and phase II in 2021. The sample selected by Purposive Sampling was 60 respondents. The results showed that the use of the government's direct cash assistance program in Tambelang Village was appropriate, the recipients of the assistance had fulfilled the correct recruitment process in accordance with the implementation instructions, on time in disbursing funds, officers disbursed aid funds according to the specified schedule. The Government's Cash Direct Assistance Program is used by the community to meet their daily basic needs, namely buying rice, eggs, meat, transportation and for emergency funds, namely buying medicine and children's school needs

    The tourist attraction of the Buntudatu pine forest, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency is an open nature tourism object of limited production forest managed by the Buntudatu Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) as a place for activities such as recreation, camping, relaxing. The purpose of this study was to describe and evaluate the potential development of the Buntudatu pine forest tourism object based on the observations and perceptions of visitors. The variables observed were the attractiveness, accessibility and infrastructure of the Buntudatu pine forest tourism object. Data collection methods were carried out through observation and distributing questionnaires to visitors who were found in the tourist area of Buntudatu pine forest as many as 36 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed based on the assessment of ODTWA (Objects of Natural Tourist Attraction) and the Likert scale. The results showed that based on the ODTWA assessment, the potential development of tourism objects in the Buntudatu pine forest area obtained an attractiveness value of 750 in the medium category, accessibility with a total score of 450 in the high category and infrastructure facilities a total score of 300 in the high category. Based on the visitor's perception of attractiveness, it is categorized as good with a score of 72.66%, accessibility has a good category value with a score of 68.69% from respondents, facilities have a good value with a value of 66.66% and tourist activities get a very good score of 100%

    Strategi Penyelesaian Konflik Tenurial Melalui Kemitraan Konservasi Di Taman Nasional Bunaken (Studi Kasus Pulau Mantehage)

    This research aims to analyze stakeholders for the implementation of conservation partnerships on Mantehage Island and formulate strategies for implementing conservation partnerships on Mantehage Island. This research was conducted from April to July 2022. The research method used a qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews with managers of the Bunaken National Park area, village governments and community leaders on Mantehage Island. The questionnaire was conducted on the people on Mantehage Island with a total of 30 respondents who have plantation land on Mantehage Island. Secondary data was obtained from the Bunaken National Park Management Plan document for 2019-2028 as well as village monograph data. The results showed that there were seven stakeholders with the implementation of conservation partnerships on Mantehage Island, namely the Bunaken National Park Office, Local Communities, Village Governments and Non-Governmental Organizations as Key Players; Farmer's Group is located as Subject; Academics/Universities are located as Context Setters and Investors are located as Crowd. The results of the analysis related to the strategy of implementing conservation partnerships on Mantehage Island using the SWOT method show a position in quadrant I, namely supporting an aggressive strategy in which the implementation of conservation partnerships on Mantehage Island is supported by great strengths and opportunities

    This research aims to analyze the implementation of the security of vital objects by the Directorate of Security of Vital objects of the North Sulawesi Region Police in Manado City. This research was carried out at the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Regional Police of North Sulawesi Province and several vital objects in Manado City. This research used qualitative research methods to explore in depth the problems that occur. The instruments used were direct observation in the field, literature and in-depth interviews with 15 informants. From the results of research in the field, it was found that the security of vital objects from the organizational aspect is still experiencing obstacles where the unit tasked with securing vital objects in Manado City is not yet clear, from the aspect of interpretation or understanding there are still obstacles to the understanding of vital object managers who do not consider security. as an investment then from the application aspect there are still some members who are negligent in carrying out their duties. Therefore the importance of socialization to managers of vital objects and also coordination between units in securing vital objects so that the implementation of policies for securing vital objects in   Manado City goes well

      This study aims to determine the profitability and feasibility of S2R Farming hydroponic vegetable farming in Warukapas Village, Tatelu District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 2 months, from March to April 2022. The data analysis method used in this study was quantitative analysis. The quantitative analysis used is the analysis of farm profits by calculating the difference between revenue and production costs in one production for 40 days and analyzing the feasibility of the R/C ratio and calculating the Break Event Point (BEP) of S2R Farming. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through direct interviews between researchers and business owners, through observation and interviews using direct questionnaires at the S2R Farming research location. Secondary data obtained from books, internet, thesis, journals and other sources. The results showed that the profit of S2R Farming vegetable farming in one production for 40 days was Rp 7,423,427,05, with an R/C value of 2,060. The Break Even Point (BEP) value of S2R Farming vegetable farming is Rp 3,388,769.13. The amount of production that must be obtained by S2R Farming vegetable farming in Warukapas Village in order to break even is 247 packs of pakcoy vegetables and 223 packs of lettuce. So that S2R Farming vegetable farming in Warukapas Village is profitable and feasible to work on

    This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on the performance of state civil servants. This research was started from July to November 2020 at the Correctional Institution Class IIA Manado. The population in this study was all State Civil Servants (ASN) in the Correctional Institution Class IIA Manado They were 100 respondents and this population was the sample in this study. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, the first, leadership has a positive effect on the performance of the State Civil Service in Correctional Institution Class IIA Manado with a regression coefficient value of 0.034, so that the better the leadership, the better the performance of the State Civil Apparatus. Second, work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Manado Class IIA Penitentiary with a regression coefficient value of 0.742, so that the better the work motivation, the better the performance

    The purpose of this study is to formulate the right strategy to develop organic rice in Molompar Dua Utara Village. This study was conducted in November 2019 to March 2020. The data collection method used was a survey method. The data used in this study was primary dan secondary data. The primary data were obtained through direct interview with 11 respondents using a questionnaire, and the secondary data was obtained from the Agriculture Department of Southeast Minahasa Regency. The result of this study shows the right strategy for the development of Agrobiz Mitra’s organic rice is growth oriented strategy, including: maintaining product certification through the use of quality organic seeds and fertilizers, avoiding products from chemical contamination to maintain consumer safety. Furthermore, expanding the marketing network by holding special markets, collaborating with the Government in setting prices for organic farming products, expanding bussiness by improving brand awareness to expand marketing network. On the other hand, experienced farmer engage in the socialization of organic rice farming.Â

    PERAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN TERHADAP PEREKONOMIAN DI KABUPATEN MIMIKA PROVINSI PAPUA

    This research aims to describe the role of the agricultural sector on the economy in Mimika Regency, Papua Province. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, which is data collected by data collection agencies and published to the public. The data analysis used is sectoral contribution analysis, growth rate analysis, and location quotient (LQ) analysis. The results showed that the agricultural sector had no role in the economy of Mimika Regency. The contribution of the agricultural sector in Mimika Regency is low, ranking fifth after the mining, construction, trade, information and communication sectors. The growth of the agricultural sector is also relatively low and tends to decline. Although the LQ value of the agricultural sector is non-basic, it is a strategic sector, especially for the agricultural sub-sector that provides domestic food needs where the agricultural sector also consists of several sub-sectors that directly contribute to boosting the regional economy in Mimika Regency

    This study aims to determine whether there are differences in productivity and income of lowland rice farming with irrigation systems in the upstream and downstream irrigation systems. This research was conducted from May to August 2019. The sample determination was carried out by simple random sampling. This research used qualitative and quantitative analysis, the resulting data is analyzed using the average difference test (t test). The results of the research were: (1) The average income obtained by lowland rice farmers was 11,737,459 per hectare, the average income obtained by downstream rice farmers was 7,315,001 per hectare. From the results of data processing with the t-test gives a p-value of 0.005. So at α = 0.05 H0 is rejected. (2) The average production obtained by lowland rice farmers in the upstream section is 2,235 per hectare, the average production obtained by downstream rice farmers is 2,054 per production. The results of data processing with the t-test gave a p-value of 0.004. So at α = 0.05 H0 is rejected. From the research results, it can be concluded that the income and productivity of lowland rice farming in the upstream part is higher than that of lowland rice farming
