Kontribusi Pendapatan Perempuan Pedagang Sayuran Dalam Keluarga Di Pasar Tompaso Baru Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
The research aims to determine and analyse the income contribution of women vegetable sellers to families at Tompasobaru Market, South Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 2 months, from January to February 2022. The data collected in this study is primary data obtained from direct interviews with women who sell vegetables using a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the village office and market office, as well as research-related data taken from the internet. In this study the number of respondents was 9 female vegetable sellers who met the requirements who were randomly selected purposive sampling. The results showed that the income contribution of women vegetable sellers at Tompasobaru market to family income was 43.28% with at average income of Rp 2.667.778/month. The income of women vegetable sellers can generate additional/main income in the family in their role in public spaces (outside the come)
Sterilisasi Dan Penggunaan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Bap (Benzile Amino Purin) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Eksplan Tunas Pisang Abaka (Musa Textilis Nee) Melalui Teknik In Vitro
This study aims to determine the most appropriate method and sterilization technique for the growth of abaca weevil shoot explants taken directly from the field and to determine the effect of the dose of growth regulator BAP (Benzile amino purine) on the growth of abaca feed. explants (Musa textilis Nee). through in vitro techniques. This study uses the multilevel sterilization method and the sterilization method using direct observation, namely when the explants have become shoots. Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Cabai Di Taraitak Raya Kecamatan Langowan Utara Kabupaten Minahasa (Studi Perbandingan Antara Cabai Merah Keriting (Capsiccum Annum L.) Dan Cabai Rawit
This study aims to analyze the comparison of income and the feasibility of farming curly red chili and cayenne pepper in Taraitak Raya, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months from March 2022 to May 2022. The location of this research is in Taraitak Raya which consists of two villages namely Taraitak Village and Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. The study used of primary data obtained from direct observation and interviews with respondents based on a list of questions. Secondary data were obtained from agencies related to this research. The sampling method used the census method as many as 11 curly red chili farmers consisting of 7 farmers in a period of 11 harvests and 4 farmers had finished harvesting the whole, 12 cayenne pepper farmers consisting of 11 farmers in a period of 11 harvests and 1 farmer had finished harvesting overall, so the sample in this study amounted to 23 farmers. The analytical method used in this research is income and feasibility analysis and t-test (Independent Sample t-Test). The results showed that the average farm income of curly red chili and cayenne pepper was significantly different. The average income of curly red chili farming is greater than the average income of cayenne pepper farming. The value of R/C Ratio in curly red chili farming and cayenne pepper farming are both > 1 so that they are both feasible to be cultivated and developed. The R/C Ratio value of curly red chili farming is greater than that of cayenne pepper farming. So that curly red chili farming is more feasible to be cultivated and developed compared to cayenne pepper farming
Implementasi Kebijakan Pengelolaan Dana Kelurahan Dalam Penanganan Dampak Covid-19 Di Kecamatan Matuari Kota Bitung
This study aims to analyze the implementation of urban village fund management policies in handling the impact of Covid-19 in Matuari District, Bitung City. Research using descriptive qualitative method. With a research focus on communication indicators, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure with informants taken using a purposive sampling technique consisting of sub-district heads, heads of financial sub-divisions of Matuari District, village heads, heads of LPM sub-districts and the community. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data display and data verification. The results showed that the process of conveying information to the community was not directly socialized because there was a prohibition against crowding which relied on community activities, namely when there were ups and downs and did not utilize information technology and delivery was not carried out consistently by village officials. On the resource indicator, the human resources in charge of carrying out the policy are lacking, the required budget must be increased and the facilities need to be increased. The disposition indicator shows that policy implementers already have good attitudes and character but need to be improved in order to gain public trust because discrimination is still found because the provision of assistance is still subjective due to proximity to village officials. The bureaucratic structure indicator shows that the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) has been clearly stated in Mayor Regulation Number 37 of 2020 and has been implemented properly but not optimally by policy implementers
KINERJA PENGELOLA BARANG MILIK DAERAH PADA PEMERINTAH DAERAH KABUPATEN MINAHASA
This research aims to analyze and describe the performance of regional property managers in the Minahasa Regency local government. This research was conducted from October to December 2021. This research used descriptive qualitative methods to describe aspects related to the object of research in depth. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research indicate that the quality of employees is still very lacking, especially in the field of Information and Technology with the constraints that occur are the sources of funding that are still lacking and have an impact on the limitations of existing equipment and resource capacity is still very lacking because they have not maximally understood the basic management of regional property and have not mastering Information and Technology. the quantity of work is good enough but not maximized because understanding of the duties and abilities of employees is still lacking so that in carrying out tasks there are still delays and still need direction from superiors. In Aspects of time use at work, employee attendance using a fingerprint system and monitored on time. Relations between fellow employees and superiors are well established and a conducive atmosphere is created. The initiative in carrying out the duties of employees is still waiting for orders/directions from superiors and still lacks initiative in doing things without prior instructions
ANALISIS BREAK EVEN POINT USAHATANI CENGKEH DI DESA BUYAT I KECAMATAN KOTABUNAN KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW TIMUR
The purpose of this research was to analyze the Break Even Point of clove farming in Buyat I Village, Kotabunan Sub-District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was carried out for approximately 1 month from March 2021 to April 2021. The population in this study were clove farmers in Buyat I Village, Kotabunan Sub-District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency who cultivated cloves from 1980 with a total of 98 clove farmers and 40 landowners. The sampling process was carried out by simple random sampling method. The total sample of this study was 20, half of the population of land-owning farmers. The analysis used is the break-even point analysis. The results of this study indicate that the total production in Buyat I Village is 14,953 Kg. The total revenue from clove farming in one harvest is Rp. 1,147,230,000. The total cost incurred by clove farming in one harvest is Rp. 331,599,000. The BEP in units (TR=TC) of clove farming in Buyat I Village is 474 kg. BEP in Rupiah (TR = TC) clove farming in Buyat I Village in one harvest is Rp. 18,439.993
FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERMINTAAN KOMODITAS TOMAT DI KECAMATAN MAESAAN KABUPATEN MINAHASA SELATAN
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for tomatoes in Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted in Maesaan District, South Minahasa Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months, starting from June to August. This study uses two types of data sources, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by means of direct interviews with tomato consumers in the market. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through related institutions and previous research journals. Sampling in this study using a method (convenience sampling) which is to collect information from members of the population, the number of which is used as a sample is 30 tomato consumers. The variables studied in this study were the price of tomatoes, the level of income, the price of complementary goods and the number of family members. The analytical model used to estimate the factors that influence the demand for tomatoes in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research on the factors that influence the demand for tomato commodities in Maesaan District, it can be concluded that prices and income significantly affect the demand for tomatoes, while the price of complementary goods and the number of family members do not affect the demand for tomatoes in Maesaan District

This study aims to analyze the policy implementation of waste management current (while do) in the City of Manado, namely the R`egulation of the Mayor of the City of Manado, the Number 33 in 2018, about the Reduction and Handling of Waste-Based District of the City of Manado. This research uses a qualitative method. Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Tomat Pada Bekas Lahan Tidur Di Desa Taraitak Satu Kecamatan Langowan Utara
This study aims to analyze the income of tomato farming on former unused land in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out for 3 months, starting from March to May 2021. The data collected in this study were primary data and secondary data. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method of 10 respondents. The results showed that the income from respondent farmers with an average land area of 0.13 ha was Rp. 37,857,500, while the average total cost was Rp. 13,590,685, so that the total average income of farmers was Rp. 23,221,815. Tomato farming on a former idle land in Taraitak Satu Village received a production price BEP of Rp 120,271 per cash, so the situation was not profit or loss. In fact, the price per cash reached Rp 175,000 per cash, meaning the selling price was above the break-even point and the BEP production volume was obtained. production of 78 cash then the situation is not profit or loss in fact the production reaches 113 cash, this means that production is at the break-even point of production
Analisis Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Aspek Bauran Pemasaran (Marketing Mix 7p) Pada Black Cup Coffee Roaster Di Kota Manado
This research aims to determine how consumers' perceptions of aspects of the existing marketing mix at Black Cup Coffee Roaster Manado. This research was conducted from March 2022 to June 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data isobtained from direct interviews with consumers using questionnaires, to 60 respondents. Secondary data is obtained from the documents of Black Cup Coffee Roaster. Secondary data was also obtained through the internet using Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the research topic, namely Consumer Perception Analysis on Aspects of the Marketing Mix (Marketing Mix 7P) at Coffeeshop. The results showed that consumer perceptions of aspects of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Process, People and Physical Evidence) on the Black Cup Coffee Roaster were classified as good. In terms of the marketing mix (Product, Process, and People) applied by Black Cup Coffee Roaster, it is classified as very good. In the aspect of the marketing mix (Price, Promotion, Place, and Physical Evidence) it is quite good
