Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Cafe 57’FU Di Kelurahan Talikuran Kecamatan Kawangkoan Utara Kabupaten Minahasa
This research aims to measure the level of consumer satisfaction at Cafe 57'FU from the aspects of product, price, place, promotion and service quality. This research was conducted in August 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 50 people using accidental sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis using a Likert scale. The research results show that the level of consumer satisfaction at Cafe 57'FU in Talikuran Village, North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency is classified as satisfied (P), based on research results with an index of 77.33%
Bauran Pemasaran Pada Usaha Cake Dan Bakery “Hari-Hari” Di Kota Manado
This research aims to describe the marketing mix at the Cake and Bakery "Hari-hari" business in Manado City. This research was conducted for 1 month, from June to July 2023. The sampling method used in the study was accidental sampling. Primary data was collected through interviews guided by a list of questions that had been prepared previously and the results of direct observations at the research site. Secondary data is obtained from the library, namely written sources and books obtained from local books and the internet through google scholar in the form of books, articles, journals and theses related to the research topic, namely the marketing mix in business. The data analysis method used in the research is descriptive. The results of the study explain that the marketing mix in the Cake and Bakery "Hari-hari" business has not fully implemented the marketing mix perfectly where the seven elements of the product marketing mix, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical appearance have been implemented properly but there is one element that has not been maximized, namely promotion. Strategi Pemasaran Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571
The research objectives were to identify the product life cycle phase of the café business and identify the marketing strategy of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571. The research was conducted for 3 months from June 2023 to August 2023. The research took place at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571, Liningaan Village, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency. This research uses two types of data, namely primary data obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from company documents, seminar papers, and literature relevant to the research. Sampling using purposive sampling and the research sample taken was 40 people. The results showed that the product life cycle of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571 is in the maturity stage, especially at the stable maturity stage, namely sales that have reached their peak or are still growing or decreasing and do not have daily, monthly or annual targets. Marketing strategies based on the aspects of place and people aspects are a good choice of consumers because all consumers answer 100% good, and the less good ones are in the promotion aspect, due to the lack of promotion carried out and not many consumers know
Analisis Risiko Usahatani Padi Sawah Di Desa Radey Kecamatan Tenga Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
The purpose of the study was to analyze the risk of wet-rice farming in Radey Village, Tenga Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for 2 months from September to October 2023. The research was conducted in Radey Village, Tenga District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection methods in this study were collected through primary data obtained through direct interviews with wet-rice farmers in Radey Village using questionnaires. Secondary data were taken from village and sub-district offices as well as previous research reports, journals, and from the internet related to the research. The sampling method was purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 20 respondents who owned farmland (owners) to determine priority risks. Data analysis used in this research is the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method. Criteria in assessing risk refers to The Basic of FMEA by McDermott with a scale of 1 to 3. Calculate the priority level of each risk source based on the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value. The results showed that there are 2 sources of risk faced by rice farmers that are directly related to rice plants and affect rice farming, namely the risk of production risk sources and price and marketing risks, production risks as many as 4 risks, namely strong winds, pest and disease attacks, erratic weather and climate, high rainfall intensity. Price and marketing risks are 2 difficulties in the process of selling grain, and expensive fertilizer prices. Based on the calculation of the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value, there are 3 risks out of 6 risks faced by rice farmers that must be prioritized. The first risk that must be prioritized first is uncertain weather/climate with an RPN value of 14.25, the second risk of high rainfall intensity with an RPN value of 12.16, and the third risk of strong winds with an RPN value of 10.72
Analisis Keuntungan Usaha Keripik Pisang Goroho Marindi Kelurahan Karombasan Utara Kecamatan Wanea Kota Manado
The purpose of the study was to analyze the profit of goroho banana chips business “Marindi” in Karombasan Utara Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The research was conducted from February to March 2023. This research was conducted at the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business located in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The data taken is primary data using direct interview techniques with business owners, based on questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. The sampling method used in this research is a case study by determining the Goroho Banana Chips business in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. Data analysis carried out in this research is descriptive analysis method and presented in tabular form. Then measured using revenue analysis, profit, total costs incurred, and revenue cost (R/C). The results showed that the total revenue of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business during January 2023 amounted to Rp13,140,000 / month with production costs / month of Rp6,062,765 overall the total profit earned by the “Marindi” business amounted to Rp7,077,235. The feasibility of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business shows an R / C Ratio of 2.16 with an R / C value> 1, so the business profit is feasible to run
Analisis Pendapatan Usahatani Cabai Rawit di Desa Raanan Baru Kecamatan Motoling Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
This research aims to analyze the income obtained from cayenne pepper farming activities in one planting season in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling District, South Minahasa District. This research was conducted from July to September 2023. The data collection method used was primary and secondary data. Respondents in this study consisted of 10 people using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that each farmer respondent has a different income. The average income earned by respondents from cayenne pepper farming in Raanan Baru Village, West Motoling Sub-District, South Minahasa District is IDR20,660,303 per planting season is obtained from the difference between the average revenue of IDR29,950,000 and the average total cost of IDR10,619,697
Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Bungkoez Cafe Kota Manado
This study aims to analyze the level of customer satisfaction at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City seen from the aspects of product, price, promotion, place and service. This research was conducted for 4 months, from October 2023 to February 2024, at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City. The data collection method was collected using primary data obtained through direct observation in the field, by conducting observations and interviews with cafe owners, employees and consumers, as well as giving questionnaires to consumers to fill out. Secondary data is obtained from internet sites, books, articles, research journals and various other documents related to the research. The sampling method for Bungkoez Cafe consumers used accidental sampling method, the number of samples obtained was 45 consumers based on a time limit of 5 days consisting of 3 working days and 2 holidays with respondents around 7-9 people per day. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis, analyzing the answers obtained from the questionnaire, calculating the Likert Scale method, and analyzing the characteristics of each research variable using the index formula in each aspect of the marketing mix. The results showed that the results of the index number of customer satisfaction levels at Bungkoez Cafe Manado City in terms of product, price, location, promotion and service were at 80.86%, this shows that overall the manager of Bungkoez Cafe Manado City has reached the level of customer satisfaction even though there are still several indicators that need attention
Pengaruh Konsentrasi Biourine Untuk Meningkatkan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merill)
The purpose of the research was to study the effect of biourine on soybean plant growth, and to obtain the concentration of biourine that can increase soybean growth. To achieve the objectives, the research was designed using a completely randomized design. The treatments consisted of, A = No Biourine, B = 100 ml biourine/1 liter of water, C = 200 ml biourine/1 liter of water. Each treatment was repeated four times resulting in 12 experimental pots. The parameters observed were the number of leaves and the number of soybean branches. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and 5% BNT test. The results showed that the application of biourine increased the growth of soybean plants as indicated by plant height and the number of leaves with three branches. The concentration of 100 ml biourine/1 liter of water increased the growth of soybean plants
Kontribusi Usaha Pengolahan Pepaya Terhadap Pendapatan Rumah Tangga Di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi usaha pengolahan pepaya terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu dari bulan April hingga bulan Juni 2024. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh di lapangan penelitian yaitu dari wawancara para pelaku usaha olahan pepaya yaitu ibu-ibu rumah tangga, sedangkan sekunder diperoleh dari internet, perpustakaan serta literatur dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah yang terkait dengan penelitian tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara bahwa total rata-rata keuntungan pada usaha olahan pepaya yaitu pada es pepaya tono Rp377.488/bulan, gohu Rp3.810.632/bulan, gohu dan asinan Rp2.660.151/bulan dan kue panada Rp2.135.445/bulan. Nilai kontribusi yang terbesar yaitu pada usaha gohu sebesar 74,71%, kue panada 58,50%, gohu dan asinan 29,55% dan es pepaya tono 11,61%. Kontribusi usaha pengolahan pepaya terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Dimembe Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara yaitu 43,26% dengan kategori kontribusi relative besar
Margin Pemasaran Produk Captikus Di Desa Wuwuk Kecamatan TareranKabupaten Minahasa Selatan
The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the amount of marketing margin for each marketing channel of captikus in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District. The research was conducted over three months from June to August 2023, in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District. The study used two types of data: primary data obtained through direct interviews with respondents using a structured questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from the internet, including journals, theses, and other relevant information related to the research. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, a method of selecting samples based on specific considerations. A total of 18 captikus farmers and 1 collector trader were sampled. The data analysis included marketing margin, marketing costs, marketing profit, and farmer share. The results show that in captikus marketing in Wuwuk Village, Tareran District, there are two types of marketing channels: Channel I, which involves sales from farmers to consumers with a marketing margin cost of Rp0, and Channel II, which involves sales from farmers to collectors and then to consumers, with a marketing margin cost of IDR3,549
