Efektivitas Media Online Terhadap Pemasaran Produk Usaha Kecil Menengah Bidang Kuliner Di Kecamatan Sario Kota Manado
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of online media on the marketing of small and medium business products in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews in the field using a questionnaire to owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) who are working in the culinary field. Secondary data is data obtained from the second source of the required data. The number of respondents in this study were 20 SME owners in the culinary field in Sario District, Manado City. The data were analyzed using an interactive model data analysis technique consisting of four components of the analysis process, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it was found that with the existence of online media, sales of small and medium businesses in Sario District are very effective for owners. It can be seen from the increase in sales ranging from 30% to 60%. The online media used are facebook, whatsapp, instagram, gofood, grabfood, shopeefood and maxim food and goods
STUDY ON THE IMPLEMENTATION AND BENEFITS OF THE EX-BUSINESS LAND REDISTRIBUTION PROGRAM FOR THE COMMUNITY IN RANOTONGKOR VILLAGE AND RANOTONGKOR TIMUR VILLAGE TOMBARIRI TIMUR DISTRICT MINAHASA REGENCY
The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the implementation of land redistribution activities in Minahasa Regency, as well as to know and examine Access Reform after land redistribution activities and the benefits obtained by land redistribution communities in Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2021 in Ranotongkor & East Ranotongkor Villages, East Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research uses public policy research methods or public policy research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of land redistribution has been going well. The Access Reform carried out also shows that 100% of the land redistribution recipients have benefited from the activity. The land redistribution carried out in Minahasa Regency also had an impact on the economy of the community receiving land redistribution where 87.5% of the people who were the object of the study experienced an increase in income ranging from Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 5,000,000 per month
CURAHAN WAKTU KERJA WANITA DALAM USAHATANI HORTIKULTURA DAUN BAWANG DI DESA PINASUNGKULAN KECAMATAN MODOINDING
This study aims to find out how much time women work in horticultural farming (leeks) in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding Sub-District. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling, namely the sample was taken intentionally. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in tabular form. The results showed that women's working time in scallion horticulture farming in Pinasungkulan village was 339 hours. 12 hours were spent on tillage activities, 96 hours spent on planting activities, 84 hours spent on weeding activities, 30 hours spent on pest and disease control activities, 45 hours spent on fertilizing activities and 72 hours spent on harvesting activities
ANALISIS SALURAN PEMASARAN DAN MARGIN PEMASARAN BIJI PALA DI DESA BELENGANG KECAMATAN MANGANITU KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SANGIHE
This study aims to analyze the form of marketing channels and marketing margins of nutmeg in Belengang Village, Manganitu District, Sangihe Islands Regency. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Sampling of farmers is done by simple random sampling method and for traders as marketing institutions using the snowball sampling method. The number of farmer samples obtained were 30 farmers. The data is presented in tabular form and analyzed descriptively. The results show that there are 3 forms of marketing channels which are divided into 5 marketing channels: (1) marketing channel level 1: farmers - traders in Tanjung Lelepu district - exporters, (2) marketing channels at 2 levels: farmers - traders in the central district of Tahuna City – traders in the province of Manado City – exporters (b) farmers – traders in Pasar Tamako sub-district – traders in Tanjung Lelepu district – exporters, (3) 3 level marketing channels: (a) farmers – traders in Belengang village – collectors traders in the city center district Tahuna – traders in the province of Manado City – exporters (b) farmers – traders in Pasar Lebo sub-district – traders in the central district of Tahuna City – traders in the province of Manado City – exporters. The highest marketing margin is in marketing channel I with a total margin of Rp 40.800/Kg
KUALITAS LAYANAN PERPUSTAKAAN DI DINAS KEARSIPAN DAN PERPUSTAKAAN DAERAH KOTA TOMOHON
This study aims to determine the quality of library services at the Regional Archives and Libraries Office of Tomohon City. The research was carried out at the Regional Archives and Library Office of Tomohon City from October to December 2021. The method used in this study was a qualitative method with informants taken using purposive sampling technique with a focus on research using service quality aspects consisting of reliability, assurance, responsiveness and tangibles. The data used are sourced from primary data and secondary data collected through interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis used steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the overall service quality of the Tomohon City regional library was very lacking, this was caused by the unavailability of competent librarians in the library so that at the time of a visit no one could explain for sure about the library or the information needed and the services provided in terms of infrastructure. namely the need for renewable books not available in the library
PENGELOMPOKAN PALA SIAU (Myristica fragrans Houtt) BERDASARKAN KARAKTER BUAH, BIJI, DAN FULI
This research was conducted to clustering Siau nutmeg based on the characters of fruit weight, fruit length, fruit width, flesh thickness, seed weight, seed length, seed width, and mace weight. The research was conducted using the Survey Method. The survey was conducted in nutmeg gardens owned by farmers in the village: 1) Dompas, 2) Kanawong, 3) Tanaki, 4) Deahe, 5) Bahu, 6) Lagaeng, 7) Dame, 8) Batusenggo, 9) Batubulan, and 10) Pangilolong . Determination of village based on harvested area. The data were analyzed in clusters using the SPSS Statistical Analysis Program. The grouping was done using the agglomerative method. The two most similar populations of nutmeg will be grouped into one, then will be grouped again with other populations that are most similar. Based on the character of the fruit, seeds, and mace, Siau nutmeg can be grouped into three groups. Group 1 consists of Bahu, Lagaeng, Dame, and Batusenggo populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 55.7 g, an average seed weight of 9.9 g and a mace weight of 1.5 g. Group 2 consisted of Dompas, Kanawong, Tanaki, and Deahe populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 46.2 g, an average seed weight of 8.3 g, and a mace weight of 1.7 g. Group 3 consisting of Batubulan and Pangilolong populations. Nutmeg in these villages has a fruit weight of 35.80 g, a seed weight of 6.6 g, and a mace of 1.04 g
RESPONS TANAMAN KAILAN (Brassica oleracea var. Alboglabra) PADA BERBAGAI KONSENTRASI AB MIX DENGAN SISTEM HIDROPONIK SUMBU (WICK SYSTEM)
This study aims to determine the response of kailan (Brassica oleracea var. Alboglabra) at various concentrations of AB Mix with the axis hydroponic system. The research was conducted in Islam Sub-District, Lingkungan V, Tuminting District, Manado City. This study was arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 (four) treatments, namely the concentration of AB Mix nutrients. All treatments were repeated 4 times, thus there were 16 research units. The data obtained from the observations were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% level and if the effect was significant, it was continued with the Least Significant Difference Test (BNT) at the 5% level. Processing and data analysis is done with the help of Microsoft software. Excel 2010. The results showed that the best concentration of AB Mix nutrients was obtained at a concentration of 1500 ppm
EVALUASI DAN ANALISIS PROGRAM KEMITRAAN KONSERVASI DI TAMAN NASIONAL BUNAKEN DALAM PENGELOLAAN EKOSISTEM TERUMBU KARANG DI DESA POOPOH KABUPATEN MINAHASA
This study aimed to evaluate the conservation partnership program comprehensively and the factors that affect the achievement of the program inside and outside society related with the programs. This research used a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in a dominant-less dominant design which was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that conservation partnership program already meets the expectations and needs of the community. In environment aspects shows that cover of coral reefs at the conservation partnership site is in moderate condition (35.28%) if compared to the condition of coral reefs outside the conservation partnership site which is in bad condition (18.25%). 266 fish were found on conservation partnership site, while only 187 fish found in off-site conservation partnership. In economic perspective, there are an increase in people. In social point, the existence of this conservation partnership program has raised awareness of the importance of coral reef ecosystems. From internal factors, the need for financial aid is essential to encourage people to start the conservation partnership program, while in external factors, better regulation from the local government will motivate people to join the program
PENGARUH LUAS LAHAN, MODAL DAN TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKSI USAHATANI NANAS (Studi Kasus: Desa Bulud Kecamatan Passi Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow)
This study aims to determine the effect of land area, capital and labor on pineapple farming production as seen from the results of the pre-survey and farmer's share in Bulud Village. The research was carried out in Bulud Village, Passi Barat District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency from November 2020 to August 2021. The data collection method used the "purposive sampling" method, starting with making a population frame from 40 respondents who owned pineapple farms who had been active continuously for the last 2 years and obtained 15 active owner farmers to be used as research sampling. Data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to answer the questions that had been prepared, then secondary data was obtained through related offices/services. The data in this study were analyzed by quantitative description for the research variables used and followed by regression analysis. The regression analysis used is the Cobb-Douglas production function regression analysis. Based on the research results, the factors that have a significant effect on the production of pineapple farming in Bulud Village are the variables of land area and capital, while the variable number of workers has no significant effect on the income of pineapple farming
Analisis Kesenjangan Keuntungan Usaha Bunga Krisan Di Show Window Dan Di Tingkat Petani Kelurahan Kakaskasen II, Kec. Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon
This research aims to analyze the profit gap of chrysanthemum business in “Show Window” Land and Farmers' Land in Kakaskasen II Village, North Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from December to April 2022. The selection of respondents was done intentionally. The data collection method is a survey method. Interview data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews based on questionnaires, to four farmers. Secondary data were obtained from related institutions, namely the Head of the Show Window Center and the Kelurahan Office. The results showed that the profit of the chrysanthemum flower business in the Show Window area was greater than that of the farmer, namely Rp. 13,635,049, while in the Farmer's Land, it was Rp. 7,705.822. The value of the gap in the profit of chrysanthemum business between the potential performance in the Show Window Land and the actual performance in the Farmer's Land is Rp. 5,891,726. The profit gap that occurs is caused by the cost factor incurred and the resulting revenue factor. Costs that can affect fixed costs are depreciation costs, and variable costs consisting of medicine costs, labor costs, and other costs (electricity and water). Acceptance at the Show Window is greater than that of farmers because production is influenced by land use, chrysanthemum production, cultivation methods, and competent workers
