IDENTIFIKASI PETANI KELAPA DI KELURAHAN BEO TIMUR KECAMATAN BEO KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN TALAUD
The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of coconut farmers in Beo Timur Sub district, Beo District, Talaud Regency. The research was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022, The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data and then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the coconut farmers in Beo Timur Sub District had an average age of 47 years (81.48 percent). Most coconut farmers have an education level of highscool and Bachelor's as many as 11 people or 40.74 percent. With 5 years of farming experience (59 percent). Coconut farmers have other jobs, namely as fishermen, carpenters and coolies (48 percent), civil servants, shop entrepreneurs, credit counters, motorcycle taxis. Coconut plantations are mostly planted with other crops, namely cloves and nutmeg (67 percent). Some coconut farmers plant rambutan and durian trees as well as seasonal crops such as cassava and chilies
PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT PETANI NELAYAN DI DESA TANGKASI KECAMATAN WORI KABUPATEN MINAHASA UTARA
ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out what and how to empower the fishing farmer community in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted in Tangkasi Village, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency for 3 months from January to March 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the research field through a list of questions. Secondary data is data obtained from the village government, as well as scientific papers related to research. Sampling using purposive sampling method, the number of respondents as many as 15 people who are fishermen farmers. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive. Based on the results of the research, it is known that fishing farmers are involved in community empowerment activities by the Village Government, either through the application of seaweed cultivation, training in making meatballs, and additional efforts to tailor clothes and boat manufacture, and they continue to develop according to the skills they have. in various sectors so that the economy rebounds
Modal Sosial Petani Dan Produktivitas Kelapa Di Desa Sea Kecamatan Pineleng Kabupaten Minahasa
This study aims to examine the social capital of farmers and coconut productivity in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from July 2021 to April 2022. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data were collected through interviews, based on a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from the Sea Village office in the form of geographical conditions and socio-economic conditions of the community. The sample of this study were 30 farmers from a total population of 60 coconut farmers who were taken using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the social capital of coconut farmers in Sea Village, Pineleng District, Minahasa Regency was relatively high, based on the results of the study with an index of 75.86% and the tendency of productivity variables in the medium category with a percentage of 43.33% or as many as 13 coconut farmers
Strategi Penanggulangan Gangguan Kawasan Konservasi Di Taman Nasional Bunaken (Studi Kasus Di Pulau Mantehage)
This research aims to explore the factors that cause disturbances in conservation areas and determine strategies for dealing with disturbances in Conservation Areas on Mantehage Island, Bunaken National Park, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The factors causing the disturbance were obtained through observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is used to formulate a strategy for overcoming disturbances based on the factors that cause disturbances that have been identified. It was found that the factors causing disturbances in the Bunaken National Park area were: weak law enforcement; lack of trained human resources (Forest Police); limited facilities and supporting infrastructure; and the economic limitations of the local population. Based on the results of the research, the strategy that can be used is the SO Strategy, which uses all the strengths of the organization to take advantage of opportunities. The strategy that can be used is the development of conservation through the protection and enhancement of the conservation of the TNB area by coordinating with communities, groups, institutions and government and developing a conservation partnership program on Mantehage Island through tourism development
Kualitas Pelayanan Pembuatan Akta Kelahiran Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Manado
This study aims to identify, examine, and analyze the quality of services for making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Manado. The research was carried out in March 2022 at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Manado. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, namely research or subject study with the main objective of describing or describing a situation or event. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The sources of information in this study were 6 informants who were selected non-randomly or not randomly using a purposive technique, namely determining the informants to be interviewed on research objects related to the problem or research focus. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research based on data analysis and findings in the field show the quality of service for making birth certificates at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Manado from the aspects of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy is still low and needs to be further improved
Implementasi Sistem Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik (Online Single Submission) Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik Di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Minahasa Tenggara
This study aims to describe or find out the implementation of an electronically integrated business licensing system (online single submission) in improving the quality of public services at the Southeast Minahasa One-Stop Investment and Services Agency. The research was located at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of Southeast Minahasa Regency as the research location. This study uses a qualitative approach to process the data obtained from the research location where the data is in the form of words, sentences, schemes or pictures. This research is a descriptive research, namely to find out or describe the reality of the events studied or research conducted on independent or single variables, without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. A total of 8 informants in this study were selected because they know the problems regarding the quality of public services. The data collected in this study is data that is in accordance with the research focus, namely verbal data which is information from related parties, which consists of primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this research is by data reduction, data display, and data conclusion/verification. The results obtained from the aspect of tangible is quite good but there are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are appropriate as they should be
ANALISIS PEMASARAN KAKAO DI KECAMATAN BACAN TIMUR, KABUPATEN HALMAHERA SELATAN
The objective of this research is to analyze marketing channels, functions of marketing institutions, profit margin, marketing margins, farmer's share and cocoa marketing efficiency in East Bacan District, South Halmahera Regency. This research was conducted from June to August 2021. The sampling method of farmers used purposive sampling. The number of farmer respondents is 39 people and the sample is taken by traders using snowball sampling. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there were III (three) marketing channels. The functions of marketing institutions carried out by marketing agencies are exchange functions, physical functions, and facilities functions. The total margin of marketing channel I is Rp. 4,000/Kg, marketing costs of Rp. 2.700/Kg and a profit margin of Rp. 1300/Kg. The total margin for channel II is Rp. 5000/Kg, marketing costs of Rp. 2.350/Kg and a profit margin of Rp. 2.650/Kg. The total margin of marketing channel III is Rp. 7,500/Kg, marketing costs of Rp.2,950/Kg and profit margin of Rp. 4.575/Kg. Farmer's share obtained in channel I is 86.20%. channel II by 82.14%. and channel III of 73.68%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel I is 9.31% <50%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel II is 8.39% < 50%. The value of the efficiency of marketing channel III is 10.26% <50%. In terms of efficiency, the three marketing channels are already efficient and marketing channel II is the most efficient marketing channel compared to channels I and III
ANALISIS KEUNTUNGAN USAHATANI SAYURAN SELADA HIDROPONIK PADA URBAN FARMING DI BATUKOTA KECAMATAN MALALAYANG KOTA MANADO
This research aims to analyze the benefits of hydroponic lettuce farming in Urban Farming in Batu Kota, Malalayang District, Manado City. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis used is the analysis of farming profits by calculating the difference between revenues and costs used. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through observation and interviews using direct questionnaires at the hydroponic Urban Farming site through direct interviews between researchers and respondents, namely business owners. Secondary data is the collection of data and research materials obtained from ebooks, ejournals, theses and other sources. The results showed that the revenue of the Hydroponic Lettuce business was Rp. 3,200,000, while the costs incurred in the production process of lettuce for 1.5 months is Rp. 913,609.20, so that the profit on the Urban Farming business in Batu Kota, Malalayang District, Manado City is Rp. 2,286,390.80, for 1.5 months/planting period
TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK BUAH LOKAL DI FRESHMART TIKALA KOTA MANADO
This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of local fruit consumers with products, prices, locations, and promotions at Freshmart Tikala, Manado City. This research was conducted for 3 months starting from April to June 2021. The data used were primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from filling out a questionnaire with 35 respondents and secondary data was taken from Freshmart Tikala with Likert scale measurements and secondary data from the literature that supports and has a relationship with this research. The data analysis method used is descriptive data analysis. The sampling method was carried out using a non-probability technique with an accidential sampling design. The results of this study are the level of consumer satisfaction from the product, price, place, and promotion variables gets very satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 80% - 100% while the promotion and location variables get satisfied criteria because the percentage results are between 60%-80%
