Strategi Pengembangan Usahatani Kakao Di Desa Mayakeli Kecamatan Pamona Puselemba Kabupaten Poso Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah
Full text linkThis research aims to identify internal and external factors in the development of cocoa farming and formulate appropriate strategies for developing cocoa plants in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi from June to August 2023. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling with the consideration that this area is one of the cocoa producing areas in Pamona Puselemba District. The data obtained from the interviews and questionnaires were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that cocoa development in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi is at the point (0.98 : 1.74) which is located in the Growth I quadrant.
Nilai Tukar Petani Padi Sawah Di Kecamatan Passi Timur Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the exchange rate of farmers in Passi Timur Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research took place from August to October 2023. The research was conducted in Passi Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained through direct interviews with respondents with a list of questions that have been prepared. Secondary data is data obtained through institutions, agencies, or offices related to this research such as data from the village head office, sub-district office, central statistics agency and so on. Sampling in the study using purporsive sampling method and the sample was 15 respondents of paddy rice farmers in Manembo Village, Poopo Village, and Pangian Village in Passi Timur Sub-district. The data analysis method used in this study uses the analysis of the exchange rate of wet-rice farmers by calculating the exchange rate of farmers (NTP) using the income concept formula. The results showed that the exchange rate of wet-rice farmers in Passi Timur Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency obtained through the calculation of farmers' income and expenses amounted to 111.14, which means that wet-rice farmers in Passi Timur Subdistrict are able to meet the daily needs of their families from the results of wet-rice farming
Kelayakan Usaha Produk Agroindustri Kentang Dari Aspek Pemasaran Di Desa Pinasungkulan Kecamatan Modoinding Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Full text linkThe purpose of the study was to analyze and determine the amount of production costs, revenue, profit and business feasibility of potato agro-industry in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. The research lasted for 2 months from September to October 2023. The data collected was obtained through primary data by conducting direct interviews at the research location to the leader (owner) of the Tanding Agroindustry company in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding District, and secondary data obtained from business bookkeeping records, literature/internet and journals related to the research. The method used in this research is the case study method. The results showed that the profit from the sparring potato product business in Pinasungkulan Village, Modoinding Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency was IDR1.810.833 per week, in a month amounting to IDR7.243.332. The non-financial feasibility of tanding agro-industry business in market and marketing aspects and technical aspects is feasible. The financial feasibility of this agro-industry business is feasible with an R/C Ratio of 1,55 > 1
Deskripsi Saluran Pemasaran Kubis Di Desa Linelean Kecamatan Modoinding Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to describe the cabbage marketing channel in Linelean Village, Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. Data collection was conducted for one month, namely in September 2023, carried out in Linelean Village, Modoinding Subdistrict, South Minahasa Regency and Bersehati Market, Manado City. Data were collected through primary data through the use of questionnaires with interview techniques to respondent farmers, intermediary traders. Secondary data were obtained from the Modoinding sub-district office, BPP office, Linelean village office, Modoinding sub-district. Determination of the research sample using purposive sampling method to determine the sample of farmers who produce cabbage crops in the period January to May 2023, which was obtained as many as 20 farmers, the sample number of traders collectors 2 people, and the sample number of retailers 9 people, and the use of snowball method (snowball sampling) which is determined based on the acquisition of information from the respondent cabbage vegetable farmers where to sell cabbage vegetable crops, and so on to the final consumer level. Data analysis of cabbage marketing channels from the farm level to the final producer using descriptive analysis, as well as the calculation of marketing margins, marketing costs, marketing profits, and farmer's share. The results showed that there were two marketing channels, namely marketing channel-1: farmers to retailers to consumers, and marketing channel-2: farmers to intermediary traders to retailers to consumers. The marketing margin received by each marketing channel, namely marketing channel-1 amounted to Rp1,000 and marketing channel-2 amounted to Rp2,000. Farmer's share is the share received by farmers from the price paid by consumers. Farmer's share of each marketing channel is marketing-1 at 80 percent and channel-2 at 67 percent
Efisiensi Pemasaran Minyak Serai Wangi Sarimbata Di Desa Pinilh Kecamatan Dimembe Kabupaten Minahasa Utara
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the marketing channels and marketing margins of citronella oil and to determine the marketing efficiency of citronella oil in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from August to November 2023 at the Sarimbata citronella oil business in Pinilih Village, Dimembe District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used is primary data obtained directly from the business owner of Citronella Oil in the form of marketing channel data, product prices and marketing costs, while secondary data is obtained from information data related to this research in the form of supporting data, related literature studies either from research results or journals. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis to explain the real conditions of marketing including producers, and retail traders, institutions that contribute to marketing margin analysis activities. The results showed that the marketing channel for citronella oil follows 2 channels, namely: the first channel is Producers - Retailers - consumers, and the second channel is Producers - Collecting Traders - Retailers - Consumers. The amount of margin from channel 1 specifically for 30 cc packaging is IDR 5,000, while channel 2 specifically for 60 cc packaging is IDR 10,000 for collectors, and IDR 15,000 for retailers. The marketing efficiency of citronella oil in each marketing channel is included in the efficient category, because the EP value is < 50%. In the first marketing channel the EP value is 0.33%, and in the second marketing channel the EP value is 1.07%
Analisis Keuntungan Pedagang Bunga Potong Krisan Di Kakaskasen Raya Kecamtan Tomohon Utara Kota Tomohon
Full text linkThe aim of this research is to analyze the business profits of cut chrysanthemum traders in Kakaskasen Raya, North Tomohon District. The research was carried out for two months from April to May 2022. Sample collection was carried out by census method and 15 respondents were obtained. This research method uses descriptive analysis by calculating profits supported by primary and secondary data. The results of the research show that the income from all businesses of cut chrysanthemum traders per week in Kakaskasen Raya, North Tomohon District in one week of the trading process is IDR 3,533,333 and the average per trader is IDR 2,021,237. The efficiency of the chrysanthemum cut flower business obtained through R/C analysis produces a value greater than one, namely 1.75. This means that the cut chrysanthemum flower business in Kakaskasen Raya, North Tomohon District is relatively profitable

Full text linkThe aim of the research is to analyze consumer preferences for purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. This research lasted for six months from May to October 2023. The data used in this research was primary data obtained based on questionnaires and secondary data from various online media. The sampling method is by chance (accidental sampling). The sampling method used was random (random sampling). The number of respondents was 100 people using sample calculations, namely the Slovin formula, producing 50 respondents. The data analysis used is chi square analysis with the help of SPSS statistics. The results of the chi square analysis show that for all consumer preference variables regarding purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City, there are differences in consumer preferences for flower arrangements. The research results show that the price, quality, promotions and service are the same, but differ in the type and consumer preferences for purchasing flower arrangements at the Quinn Florist shop in Winangun Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City, namely flower arrangements at a price of IDR35,000 to IDR150,000, the type of series is pot/table, the quality is seen from the beauty, promos namely discounts, and fast responsive service
Persepsi Generasi Muda Terhadap Pekerjaan Sebagai Petani Di Desa Sion Kecamatan Tompaso Baru Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Full text linkThe aim of this research is to find out and describe the perceptions of the younger generation towards work as farmers in Sion Village, Tompaso Baru District, South Minahasa Regency. The research took place from June to August 2023. The data collected is primary data obtained by direct interviews with youth in Sion Village using a questionnaire. Secondary data was taken from village and sub-district offices as well as research reports, journals and from the internet related to this research. The sample was chosen deliberately (purposive sampling) to represent the entire younger generation, totaling 30 respondents, namely young people aged 17 to 30 years (who are not yet married). The results of the research show that the young generation in Sion Village has a good perception of work as farmers with parental support for the young generation to continue the family farming business, supported by the government which also supports the young generation to farm, although the young generation is aware that land ownership influences younger generation to farm, the risk of failure in farming is less, but the perception of work as farmers in Sion Village for the younger generation is quite good

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the copra supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from August to November 2023. The research was conducted in Cio Gerong Village, South West Morotai District, Morotai Island Regency. This research uses primary data taken by conducting surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation to respondents directly. The secondary data were taken through relevant agencies, such as the Central Bureau of Statistics, literature books, literature, journals from the internet. Sampling of farmers was done purposively (purposive sampling), the number of samples selected was 10 samples from 50 copra farmers, while the sample for copra traders was 5 people from 10 copra collectors. The data analysis used is descriptive method to identify product flow, financial flow and information flow. The results showed that the supply chain in Cio Gerong Village, West South Morotai Subdistrict, Morotai Island Regency, based on the flow of products from upstream to downstream starting from copra farmers, small collectors, and large copra collectors. The financial flow from downstream to upstream starts from large collecting traders buying copra from small collecting traders with a cash payment system and small collecting traders buying copra from farmers with a cash payment system. The flow of information flows from two directions, namely the first direction of large collectors to small collectors then to farmers, the second direction is farmers to small collectors then to large collectors

Full text linkThis research aims to analyze the effectiveness and evaluate the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in Ranowangko Village, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency based on the "6 Right" principles, namely right quantity, right place, right type, right price, right quality and right time. This research will last for 3 months, namely April-June 2024. Primary data was obtained through data collection using the sample survey method and secondary data was obtained from related agencies. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin Formula. The data analysis method used to measure effectiveness uses the Guttman scale and evaluation uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The research results show that the right place, right type and right quality indicators are categorized as very effective. Furthermore, the indicators for the right amount and time are categorized as quite effective. Then the exact price indicator is categorized as ineffective
