Klíčovou oblastí pro zpracování, zpřístupnění a vyhledávání informací je organizace znalostí. Přednáška zaměřena na základní principy a metody týkající se efektivního pořádání a správy znalostí. Jsou přiblíženy základní nástroje typu řízených slovníků, klasifikací, tezaurů, ontologií a grafů znalostí, a to s ohledem na jejich formální a věcnou strukturu, funkce a využití.
