Optimalisasi Throughput Menggunakan Link Aggregation Berbasis Open Source (Studi Kasus: PT Selaras Eka Citra Pariwara)
PT Selaras Pariwara Ekacitra merupakan perusahaan dibidang advertising yang membutuhkan tingkat bandwidth yang besar karena tingkat transfer data yang sangat besar dari satu komputer ke komputer yang lain, terutama akses beberapa client ke server. Pada jaringan tersebut tingkat bottleneck terkecil yang terjadi adalah 74,6% dan tingkat bottleneck terbesar adalah 77,7%. Sedangkan rata-rata tingkat bottleneck yang terjadi adalah 75,58%. Link aggregation atau trunking port atau Ethernet bonding merupakan penggabungan beberapa port jaringan menjadi satu sehingga bisa mendapatkan bandwidth yang lebih besar dari beberapa interface. Pengujian endurance pada jaringan komputer dilakukan dengan melakukan transfer data dengan kecepatan maksimal dengan menggunakan File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Pengujian dilakukan pada server yang telah dipasang tools Filezilla server dan pada client yang telah dipasang filezilla client. Dan hasil setelah menggunakan metode link aggregation, kecepatan data transfer rate mengalami kenaikan rata rata sebesar 66%
APLIKASI UNTUK MENDIAGNOSA PENYAKIT KISTA OVARIUM MENGGUNAKAN METODE FORWARD CHAINING
Expert System is designed to facilitate the public (patients) and the doctor or nurse in the decision to diagnose a cyst disease. And a patient can quickly and easily determine the type of illness suffered the cyst disease, as well as one of the alternatives in dealing with the type of disease and requires solutions to handle. The process of making these systems using Forward Chaining method for decision-making. Between system and user usesome questions in the form of a list of symptoms that have been there. The results of this system can facilitate in decision making doctor to diagnose the type of cyst disease suffered by the patient, causes, and treatment.
Analisa Peningkatan Kualitas Citra Bawah Air Berbasis Koreksi Gamma Untuk Pencocokan Gambar Pada Algoritma SIFT
Pada lingkungan air bawah laut, faktor cahaya sangat mempengaruhi hasil kualitas citra yang didapatkan. Dengan semakin dalamnya pengambilan gambar bawah laut, maka hasil yang didapatkan nantinya akan semakin gelap kualitas citra bawah air laut tersebut. Dengan hasil kualitas citra air bawah laut yang buruk ini nantinya akan mempengaruhi hasil pencocokan pasangan gambar air bawah laut dengan metode algoritma SIFT. Dalam peneilitian ini, kami bertujuan untuk menggunakan metode baru preprocessing untuk meningkatakan kualitas citra bawah laut dengan menggunakan Koreksi Gamma. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerapkan Koreksi Gamma pada algoritmas SIFT, keberhasilan dalam mendapatkan titik pencocokan pasangan gambar atau citra bawah laut meningkat 11,22% dibandingkan dengan keberhasilan algoritma SIFT tanpa peningkatan kualitas citra. Dari hasil uji t-test berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa hipotesa null ditolak dan menyimpulkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil SIFT tanpa peningkatan kualitas citra dengan SIFT yang menggunakan preprocessing Koreksi Gamm
Monitoring dan Analisis Trafik di Jaringan USM Menggunakan Multi Router Traffic Grapher
Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (FTIK) USM is one of the faculty are experiencing rapid development both of the number of students and the amount of infrastructure. FTIK occupying the building M and Q as lectures and laboratory building for student. FTIK is growth oriented faculty of Information Technology, of the entire student FTIK and academic staff need internet access to support existing teaching and learning process. When the researchers were in building M and Q, Our will compete for free internet access is provided USM because the bandwidth is allocated evenly to rent USM. The fact that there are today, when researchers were on the 2nd floor of building A, as home base for the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, researchers gain access internet very easily. This is contrary to the conditions in the building M and Q, whereas the number of students in the Faculty of Agricultural Technology , not as much as in FTIK.Based on the above problems, reserchers are interested to observe, analyze the access bandwidth at USM that occured during the period of active classes and the end of the course by means of internet access at USM monitoring using NDLC (Network Development Life Cycle) and will appear in the display MRTG.Objectives to be achieved by theresearcher is output obtained from a study that is able to provide inout to the wisdom of allocating bandwidth has been hired can be used optimally by the entire academic community USM
Confirmatory Factor Analysis untuk Mengetahui Pemanfaatan Multimedia Learning pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Kota Semarang
Dominant indicator of the use of multimedia in learning needs to be studied using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis. This study aims to determine the most dominant factor affecting the use of multimedia in learning, this study uses the Technology Acceptance Modelling theory. This study uses the technique of Judgment Sampling Area or a sampling technique that is based on the determination of the research area. Determination of the study area are four private universities in Semarang, namely USM, Udinus, STMIK Provisi and Unisbank, so the overall number of respondents as many as 200 students. This study shows that: 1-the greatest contribution value of the Perceived Usefulness latent variable that is multimedia learning increase the effectiveness of learning in the classroom, 2-the greatest contribution value of the Confirmation latent variable, that is Lecturer Services using multimedia learning is preferred, 3-the greatest contribution value of the Perceived Ease of Use latent variable that is teaching materials using multimedia learning is something that is easy for students to understand. This study also shows that : 4-the greatest contribution value of the Satisfaction latent variable that is multimedia learning used by Lecturer in teaching and learning in the classroom is able to provide information in accordance with the information that students need, and 5-the greatest contribution value of the Continued IT Usage Intention latent variable that is students interested in understanding the material, which is taught by Lecturer, if Lecturer teaching using multimedia based than conventional model

Internet provides any information which could help teenagers in many cases, including to communicate with their friends. On the other way, internet technology which makes communication easier, does some negative effects related with interpersonal communication. Teenagers are not willing to do direct communication, including with their families. The purpose of this research is to find out and to prove whether social media impacts to interpersonal communication and cyberbullying of teenagers . Further, this research is giving some solutions for teenagers to hpersonal communication altough they are social media addicted. In the discussion of the material management process of the operating systems course , there are some scheduling algorithm which processes need to be understood and any existing process scheduling algorithm presented in the form of Grantt Charts . Because of the difficulties experienced by students in understanding the process of scheduling algorithms by an Operating System become researchers inspiration to conduct this study to make an application Grantt Chart.. This study uses a waterfall system development , where the flow will follow the research the phase in waterfall . This application will be built using Visual Basic 6 . The purpose of this research is to produce an application of learning are presented in graphical form to facilitate students in understanding the material scheduling process performed by an operating system so that students can also understand how a computer can do multiple processes simultaneously

Pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin handycraft di Desa Lopait Kecamatan Tuntang Kabupaten Semarang, menggunakan pemodelan pemasaran tradisional, yang hanya bergantung kepada tempat pengrajin memamerkan produk mereka. Keterbatasan pemasaran yang bergantung hanya kepada tempat produksi atau lokasi sekitar tempat produksi menyebabkan rendahnya tingkat penjualan. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi yang semakin pesat membuat pola pemasaran mengalami perubahan, pemanfaatan internet menjadi salah satu alternatif yang banyak dipakai perusahaan untuk memasarkan produknya.
