    XML Compression System on Smartcard Case Study of Medical Record Data

    In the medical service at the practice site as well as in the standard hospital, the physician keeps a record of the patient's information in a file known as the medical record. The drawback to this file is the availability of unreliable data. Where a patient's medical record should be searched one by one in a particular file. In this research, we will create a medical record application system with XML compression feature with tag method (firstchild,sibling)* data combined with Bzip2 method on ACOS smartcard storage media. The results obtained are, the ratio of file size written on smartcard media is smaller than the files that are not compressed. The average ratio ranges from 14.04% with sampling data from 500 - 31000 bytes. Average reading time is 5.71 seconds, and the writing process is about 11.69 seconds

    Progressive Web Apps (PWA) for YII Framework Enrichment

    Framework YII is a high-performance, component-based PHP framework for large-scale Web application development. YII provides maximum reusability in web programming and is able to increase development speed significantly. The YII framework provides many advantages ranging from programming architecture using MVC concepts, ORM database management features, Form validation, authorization and authentication, caching, and more. However, So far framework YII does not provide features that make the website is installable and can be accessed offline. To create a website that is installable and can be accessed offline, then the framework YII will be added service worker and manifest. Manifest is a simple JSON file that gives users the ability to save bookmark sites to the home screen. While the service worker is a script that runs the browser in the background, separate from the web page, and does not require a web page or user interaction to run it. Technically, Service Worker provides script network proxies in web browsers to manage web / HTTP requests programmatically. The Service Worker is able to efficiently cache mechanisms and enable websites to be accessed offline. Cellular phones today are no longer a luxury item. The use of cellphones has become increasingly widespread among the public. Communities as mobile phone users can use their cellular phones for various needs including being able to complain against the government. Garbage is one of the social problems faced by society. Garbage can have a bad impact on health if it is not addressed. If the garbage is disposed of carelessly it will cause various health problems in the community. Thus, more effective ways are needed to improve communication between the community and the government related to waste reports. The mobile-based garbage monitoring application is expected to be able to facilitate the public in reporting complaints and reports on social issues in this case the waste they encounter around their environment to the city government is faster, easier and resolved.

    Bone is part of the human body to sustain other parts of the body. One of the bones is leg bone. Leg bones have often cracks or fractures caused by collision. Leg bone fractures can be identified by using x-ray manually. Eye train can cause less accurate in identifying the result of roentgen so that it needs a method to make radiologist easier in determining leg bone fractures. The recommended method in this research was Harris corner detector method. Before identified, the object was firstly in pre-processing such collecting data, grayscale and cropping image. The research result was Harris corner detector method could identify leg bone fractures with 70% accuracy. Bone is part of the human body to sustain other parts of the body.     Efficiency Analysis of Tanker Ship Fuel Usage by Applying Exhaust Gas Boyler and Turbo Generator Power Plant

    Efforts to save fuel consumption on tankers is absolutely necessary because in shipping it always faces waves and currents that inhibit the speed of the ship so that the shipping time is longer. If this happens, the fuel consumption of the ship will increase and waste will occur.This study aims to analyze fuel savings on tankers as oil supply vessels to meet domestic fuel needs. Savings are carried out by utilizing the heat energy of the exhaust gas of the propulsion main engine as a steam generator in the exhaust gas boiler (EGB). The steam production process takes place when the ship is in a sailing condition where the main engine has reached the maximum rotation. Exhaust gas boilers work with 16.5 bar pressure steam used as turbo generators to replace auxiliary engines to work as electricity generators as long as ships are on the cruise. In order to ensure the condition of the steam production system remains normal at work pressure so that the turbo generator working system remains stable for that exhaust gas boiler is equipped with automatic equipment both in the filling water supply system and ignition auxiliary boiler ignition system. Thus, as long as the ship is in shipping all the electricity needs are charged to the turbo generator, so practically with the application of this system resulting in savings in fuel consumption of MFO / MDO type vessels reaching 11.2% on each cruise.     Binary Image Object Identification Using Fuzzy Logic and Labeling Breadh-First

    The colors are derived from the results of eyes responded the reflected rays of the color of the object. Fuzzy logic that is to determine a color area along with the degree of its membership. The image can be identified from the dominant color, with the image of the binary value of 1 is stated in black and white were declared a value of 0. Each of the pixels that make up the image are mapped into the staple color and then converted into a binary image, the white, black and gray colors obtained from I (Intensity=0) and S (Saturation=1) while Hue is predominantly Red. Binary image shows a number of objects, based on the colors black and white, to find out the number of objects used labeling objects. The use of colors based on the Intensity Hue Saturation colors attribute aims to more easily identify the color of black and white objects. Labeling is a process of granting the same label on a bunch of pixels forming the object to each other on one image, Breadh-first is the practical object labeling technique provides the best results compared to the method of inundation (flood filling) other. To achieve the research objective, a rigorous strategy for searching the literature was developed. The target of population is the ERP end user, specifically, a user who works in a company that has implemented an ERP system.  The sample was composed of various industry types that have implemented ERP systems, and the count of respondents is 60.     Indonesian Articles Recommender System Using n-gram and Tanimoto Coefficient

    Human needs of technology and the availability of adequate infrastructure are evidences that the technology currently becomes part of the human beings’ basic necessities. Growing multitude of journals and scientific papers makes choosing and sorting become more selective though there have been many online journals service providers and portals. Research on search engines, plagiarism and recommendation system has been carried out with various methods to improve the performance of the system itself, this paper aims to calculate similarities between one article with other articles by implementing n-gram and tanimoto cosine. The number of articles tested were forty-three titles and abstracts, tests  were carried fifty times with random selected keywords, by separating each sentences of the title and abstract into n characters (n = 2) including spaces and punctuation, then calculating similarity to the query or keywords used to test the system. Testing was done using several variation of the thresholds. After observing the fifty times-testings, the threshold value of 0.30, produced accuracy = 0.86, precision = 0.37 and recall = 0.44
