    Determinan Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015

    Labor absorption is a certain amount of labor that is absorbed and used in a particular business unit to run the production process. The absorption of labor is influenced by the level of investment, and the minimum wage of labor. Determination of the level of wages made by the government in a region will have an influence on the magnitude of the existing unemployment rate. The higher wages set by the government will result in a decrease in the number of people working in the country. This study aims to determine the effect of provincial minimum wages, investment and education levels on employment in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method with panel data regression (Pooled Least Squares). The results of the analysis of this study are that the provincial minimum wage, investment and education level variables have a significant positive effect on the employment variable

    One of the factors that can create a successful economic development in each country is the absorption of labor. The high absorption of labor will reduce poverty and increase economic growth. Thus, the government of each country is no exception, Indonesia is also carrying out reforms related to labor issues. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence employment in East Java Province in 2010-2017. The variables used in this study are employment, wages, population and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The data used in this study is panel data. The analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis. The results in this study using the model fixed effect are the variables of labor, wages, population and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) affecting employment in East Java. The policy recommendations carried out are programs to improve the quality and productivity of the workforce, programs for expanding and placing workers, developing industrial relations and sharia work programs and labor inspection and labor protection programs

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali presepsi pada pegawai dinas Kota Probolinggo mengenai pengaruh kesesuaian kompensasi, sistem pengendalian internal, budaya organisasi, dan kompetensi terhadap terjadinya kecurangan (fraud) di sektorpemerintah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling.Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sejumlah 84 pegawai dinas Kota Probolinggo. Metodeanalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, ujiasumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari metode analisis regresi linierberganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara kesesuaian kompensasi dan kompetensi terhadap terjadinya kecurangan (fraud) pada pegawai dinas Kota Probolinggo. Sistem pengendalian internal dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan (fraud)pada pegawai dinas Kota Probolinggo

    The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style on employee turnover intention at Ijen View Bondowoso Hotel. This research is an explanatory research. The sample used in this research consisted of 98 employees. The analysis method used was multple linear regression. The results showed that employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style have a significant and negative effect on turnover intention. These findings imply that the higher employee engagement, rewards, and leadership style, the lower the turnover intention rate

    Pengujian Empiris Pengaruh Ketidakpastian Kebijakan Ekonomi Amerika Serikat Terhadap Dinamika Perekonomian Indonesia

    The global economic uncertainy situation is one of the phenomena that occurs at this time. Erratic economic policies in developed countries have an impact on the economy in developing countries. This study analyzes the influence of uncertainty in US economic policy on the dynamics of the Indonesian economy. Estimates using the Ordinary Least square method are used to determine the relationship between variables. Then the data used in this study began in 1998Q1-2016Q4. The estimation results show that the dynamics of uncertainty in US economic policies have a significant effect on the Indonesian economy. EPU variables, US exchange rates, and have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. This result is proven by the IRF which indicates the response from the EPU fluctuation which was responded to by the GDP variable in Indonesia. These conditions indicate that the uncertainty of the economic policies of the United States affects the performance of the Indonesian economy

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember yang berjumlah 73 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau sampel jenuh merupakan suatu teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatatif melalui berbagai macam teknik pengumpulan data serta data kuantitatif dimana data yang berbentuk angka atau bilangan. Sumber data yang digunakan menggunakan data primer data yang dikumpulkan melalui pihak pertama, biasanya dapat melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan observasi yang bertujuan untuk menunjang penelitian ini dan data sekunder dimana di peroleh dari jurnal, artikel dan internet yang mendukukung. Metode analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, dan pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri dari metode analisis regresi linier berganda serta uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Jember

    The aim of this study was to analyze the determinant factors of capital structure on property and real estate companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2018. The independent variables used in this study were assets structure, profitability, firm growth, firm size, and liquidity, whereas the dependent variable was capital structure. This study used purposive sampling so there were 29 companies being analyzed. The data was analyzed using panel data multiple linear regression method with Random-effects Model approach. This study found that simultaneously, the assets structure, profitability, firm growth, firm size, and liquidity could significantly affecting the capital structure of the companies. Partially, the assets structure and liquiditty negative and insingificant effect, profitabillity has negative and signficant effect, firm growth has positive and significant efect, and firm size has positive and insignificant effect

    This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got.     This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Eka Jaya Makmur Bali. This study is explanatory research. Population is all tourism who visited and bought clothing product in outlet Eka Jaya Makmur Bali who didn't come from travel agent. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 126 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Eka Jaya Makmur Bali. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty.     This study aims to analyze differences in funding policy as measured by debt equity ratio, and debt to market value equity then funding policy as measured by dividend payout ratio and dividend yield. The growth companies and non growth companies. The population in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Excange years 2012-2015, sampling technique is purposive sampling so that obtained 123 data that meet the completeness of research data. The analytical method used comfirmatory factor analysis and different test analysis. Hypothesis test was done by independent sample t test and U-Mann Whitney test. The results show that debt equity ratio and dividend payout ratio there is no significant difference between growth companies and non growth companies.
