Get PDFThis research aims to examine the effect of capital structure to the company's performance based on the life cycle. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2011-2015. Sampling by using purposive sampling method, that is by grouping companies into life cycle stages based on the average sales growth. The sample in this study as many as 98 companies. This research uses secondary data that the financial statements of companies manufacturing the years 2011-2015 were obtained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used include sales, debt, equity, assets and profit after tax.Methods of data analysis using Descriptive Statistics, Clasiccal Assumption Test, Regression Methods, and Hypothesis Test consisted of t Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determinatio (R Square). The results showed that the capital structure at start up, growth, and mature have a significant positive effect on company performance. The capital structure at each stage of the company life cycle is different, the greater the capital structure then the company's performance is increasing. This research population is 3.118 poor families in Panarukan Situbondo district. Then sampled by stratified random sampling with 97 people. The method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square. Based on the research result, the result thatresearch, the number of work participation, age and type of work affect the income of poor family in the district of Situbondo Panarukan. the result that education, the number of work participation, age and type of work affect the income of poor family in Panarukan Situbondo district. It can be concluded the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable. variable means of education, the number of work participation and the type of work has a positive and significant effect, while age has a negative effect and insignificant.Keywords : Education, work participation, age and type of wor

Get PDFThe main goal of this research is to determine the development of tourism revenue and the contribution of tourism sector to local revenue (LR) in Batu City. This research use secondary data on the development of tourism revenue and the contribution of tourism revenue to LR in Batu City. This research was conducted using contribution analysis and trend analysis, that development of tourism revenue increased during the period 2011 - 2015. Based of this research showed that the number of tourist arrivals has fluctuated. Based on the result of research analyzes the obtained result that the decrease in the contribution of the tourism sekctor resulting from the increase in tourism revenue are low by the amount of LR from other sectors with a larger amount.Keywords: Tourism sector, local revenu

Get PDFThe articles in this research aims to know the influence of career development and performance assessment against job satisfaction through a work commitment. The study categorized as research description (explanatory research).This research is done in cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember. The population in this research is the employees remain in the Cooperative Agribusiness Tarutama Nusantara Jember as much as 159 employees. Large samples in this study using multivariate statistics 115 IE rules sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study includes test instruments, test the classical assumptions, test , and an analysis of the Path. The results of the research there is a partial influence and simultaneous development of performance assessment and career I to wards job satisfaction through employee commitment. This suggests that the performance appraisal,job satisfaction and commitment of work has a positive influence to wards the development of a career.

Analisis Kinerja Keuangan dan Pelayanan dengan Kemandirian Rumah Sakit di RSUD Dr.Abdoer Rahem Situbondo
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the financial performance and service or the dr. Abdoer Rahem hospital that implement regional public service agency since 2009. This study included a quantitive research with time series method. The data used is secondary data collected through the financial statements and management report hospital. Financial performance is measured by financial ratios of liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. Meanwhile, service performance is measured by six indicators, namely: Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Bed Turn Over (BTO), Average Length of Stay (ALOS), Gross Date Rate (GDR), dan Net Date Rate (NDR). The study’s hypotheses were tested using pearson corerelation. The results showed that financial performance is measured by the solvency ratio is statistically proven to correlate strongly with the cost recovery rate and level of independence. Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of variable of costs production, years of farming, the productivity of the farmers of pondoh bark in Pronojiwo village Pronojiwo subdistrict Lumajang Regency. The analytical method used was Ordinary Least Square (OLS) which the income as the dependent variable and production costs, years of farming and productivity as independent variables. Based on the OLS analysis results, it showed that the variable cost of production and productivity had positive and significant effecton the farmers' income. While the years of farming had a negative effect and no significant effect on farmers' income. It was along with the growing era of information which can easily be obtained, so years of farming done does not guarantee the increasing the farmers' income.Keywords: Income, Cost of Production, Years of Farming, Productivit

Get PDFRegional development in disadvantaged areas in an effort to develop the economic potential so as to have competitiveness and boost economic growth. This study aimed to analyze the economic potential and economic performance of the sector in each region lagging East Java Province that could affect GRDP growth and could be a priority in the implementation of regional development. This study uses secondary data in the form GRDP data, with analysis tools Location Quotient and Shift Share Esteban Marquillas, which consist of the data time series during the period from 2009 to 2013, using the GRDP 9 sectors and cross section 4 underdeveloped districts in East Java. The result of this study indicate that the tool Location Quotient, a sector basis contained in the district of Bondowoso is the agricultural sector, a sector basis in Situbondo district is agricultural sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, a sector basis in Sampang district is agricultural sector, mining and quarrying sector, a sector basis in Bangkalan district is agricultural sector, construction sector and services sector. From the analysis of the Shift Share Esteban Marquillas sector with competitiveness (competitive) in the Bondowoso district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector, construction sector. A competitive sector in Situbondo district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, electricity, gas and water supply sector. A competitive sector in Sampang district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, finance, leasing and corporate services sector, services sector and a competitive sector in Bangkalan district is agricultural sector, manufacturing sector, trade, hotels and restaurants sector, finance, leasing and corporate services sector and services sector. The overall results of these studies demonstrate the implications that the development in disadvantaged areas still not evenly so that it takes the development priorities like as developing the local economy through the use of local resources and community empowerment through increased people's access to education and health services, job creation and the ability to utilize and manage the market.Keywords: Gross Regional Domestic Product, Base Sector and Competitive Advantag

Get PDFUnemployment is a major problem in macroeconomics. The study aims to determine the effect Rate of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP), Population, and the regional minimum wage (UMR) of the Unemployment Rate in East Java. Analysis method used in this research is panel data regression with fixed effect model approach (FEM). This study uses secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The data used in this research are open unemployment rate, GDP rate, population, regional minimum wage in Provinsi of East Java in 2006-2014. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that the variable rate of the GDP, and the local minimum wage and a significant negative effect on the variable Unemployment Rate in East Java province. Get PDFThis study aimed to examine the effect of taxation knowledge, government services, and sanctions fines against compliance taxpayers in paying property tax rural and urban in pasuruan city. This study uses primary data obtained from the questionnaires data distributed to respondents property taxpayer into the sample. Method of data analysis is multiple linear regression with program data processing uses SPSS version 23. The results showed that the taxation knowledge partially no effect on compliance taxpyers, while government service and sanctions fines partially positive effect on compliance taxpayer in paying property tax in rural and urban. Taxation knowledge, government services and sanctions fines simultaneously or together positive effect on compliance taxpayers.
