    Analisa Kesalahan Pemodelan Data Pasang Surut Stasiun Tanjung Priok

    This research was conducted to study the characteristics of tides and tidal make synthetic model.The data used tide data hourly to the length of the data in 1985-1987 at the station Tanjung Priok,Jakarta province, Indonesia.The modeling is performed using a data length of 15 daily or for any length of data to 360 hoursand data 30 daily or for any length of data 720. Using data from tide observations obtained andapply Anfor equations and method least squares can be generated model of periodic tidal hourly.Model periodic tidal of tidal observation data is assumed as the model data obtained by using 9tidal harmonic components. From the modeling results and the measured data can be seen thecorrelation coefficient and the value of modeling errors.Based on these results we can conclude tidal hourly synthetic time series obtained significantlyapproaching tidal measurable. The correlation coefficient was very good, the value of the averagecorrelation coefficient models 30 daily periodic observation is 0.9377 and the average ofcorrelation coefficient models 15 daily periodic observation is 0.9571.     This study consisted of two phases, namely collecting primary datas required, such as passengercharacteristics, choice of transport modes, flight datas, the number of passengers on certainperiod of time, distance and travel time from the Tanjung Karang Station to Radin Inten II SouthLampung Airport. Then analyze it with some methods that are used as conclusion parameters.This study uses several parameters used as reference for the planned mode of transportationplanning, i.e. the percentage of the characteristics and mode choice questionnaire results,multinomial logistic, simple linear regression, and performance planning mode of transportationof the plan.From the analysis of the datas percentage of the number of passengers with journey from BandarLampung origin who have the willingness to switch to the planned mode of transportationamounted to 96.67% or 72.75% of total passenger aircraft. The approximate number ofpassengers who will use public transport development plan based on the number of passengers 5years ie in 2019 amounted to 3,057 people per day. Planned modes of transportation wereplanned start the movement from 05.00 am to 07.00 pm with a departure time between busvulnerable for 15 minutes. As for the trip Radin Inten II Airport South Lampung - Tanjung KarangStation planned start movement from 07.00 am to 09.00 pm with a departure time of 15 minutesvulnerable. Based on the results of the processing of survey data obtained estimates of the numberof passengers in 2019 as many as 27 passengers per trip. Therefore it is required the type oftransport that meet these criteria are buses with a capacity of 35 passengers or so-called mediumbus.     Foundation as we know is part of construction. A purpose of this construction is to continue astructure load to the ground which can endure the load without settlement effect. In order toguarantee the building is on stable condition concerning from structure load or outer force like awind pressure, earthquake, etc and settlement which is more than permission limit unallowed. Toavoid unfunctional foundation structure, foundation must placed on the solid ground which canendure sttructure load without causing excessive settlement. In this era computer technologydevelop quickly. Part of that is programming using PHP script. Programming using script canmake some application to help us in our analyzing dan calculating proccess with interestingdesign , so we can operate it easily. And this program is using PHP script method . Basicallyanalyzing and calculating footplate manually can used up our time. Because on calculating thiswe use a complex method, we need program to analyze and calculate footplate foundation. Tomake a calculation simpler and quicker.     This study was conducted to see the changes in the value of the parameter values marshall afterthe number of collisions in the standards vary the amount of the collision then analyzed thenumber of collision and then analyzed the number of collisions are most effective assessed on thevalue of the characteristic marshall. In the Marshall planning standard for the number ofcollisions of heavy traffic conditions compaction test specimen as 2x75 collision with a mixturecavity boundary between 3.5-5%.This study uses gradation Asphalt Concrete - Wearing Course (AC-WC) smooth gradations formiddle and upper limits. From the data obtained aggregate gradation and asphalt aggregatedemand needs are used to find the optimum bitumen content that is used in the manufacture of testspecimens for variations in the number of collisions is 2x55, 2x65, 2x75, 2x85, and 2x95. Marshallthen test to see the number of collisions are most effective against the characteristics of asphaltmixture.Based on the analysis of the data processing is obtained that the value content of asphalt is used tolimit the middle that is 5.7% and the upper limit of 6.5%. Total Collision 2x75 and 2x85 that meetsall the parameters marshall.     AbstractSpecial Moment Resisting Frame System(SMRFS) is a system with the highest ductility and that has detail requirements in the calculation of structural reinforcement components of axial, bending and shear of beam and columns elements, as well as provisions regarding the beam column connection that will affect the overall performance building when receiving earthquake load. This study aims to determine the detail requirements of special moment resisting frame system in accordance with SNI 2847-2013 and performance evaluation of structures with pushover analysis. Based on study results, the level of structure performance in accordance with the performance point obtained shows that the values of the displacement target are 0.042 m in x-direction and 0.413 m in y-direction. The value of the performance point also shows that the building is designed in the Immediate Occupancy condition that is while the building receives the earthquake load, it is expected that the structure will not be damaged. Distribution of plastic hinge is appropriate to the expectation that is the strong column and the weak beam because plastic hinge formation begins from the beam element then the column element. From the pushover analysis, it is obtained the value of the actual reduction factors (R) are 8.9 in x-direction and 7.8 in y-direction, while the values of the actual system over strength factor (Ωo) are 4.34 in x-direction and 5.70 in y-direction and the values of actual deflection magnification factor (Rd) are 5.9 in x-direction and 5.2 in y-direction.Keywords : pavement distress types, severity level, PCIAbstrakSistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) merupakan sistem dengan daktilitas tertinggi dan memiliki persyaratan yang detail dalam perhitungan penulangan komponen struktur aksial, lentur dan geser untuk elemen balok dan kolom, serta ketentuan mengenai hubungan balok kolom yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja bangunan secara keseluruhan ketika menerima beban gempa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui detail persyaratan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus sesuai dengan SNI 2847-2013 dan evaluasi kinerja struktur dengan pushover analysis. Berdasarkan hasil studi, level kinerja struktur sesuai dengan titik kinerja yang didapat menunjukkan nilai dari target perpindahan untuk arah x sebesar 0,042 m dan arah y sebesar 0,413 m. Nilai dari titik kinerja juga menunjukkan bahwa bangunan yang di desain berada pada kondisi Immediate Occupancy dimana kondisi gedung saat menerima beban gempa diharapkan struktur tidak akan mengalami kerusakan. Distribusi sendi plastis sesuai yang diharapkan yaitu kolom kuat dan balok lemah karena terbentuknya sendi plastis diawali dari elemen balok terlebih dahulu kemudian diikuti elemen kolom. Dari hasil analisis pushover didapat nilai faktor reduksi gempa (R) aktual arah x sebesar 8,9 dan arah y sebesar 7,8, sedangkan nilai faktor kuat lebih sistem (Ωo) aktual arah x sebesar 4,34 dan arah y sebesar 5,70 dan nilai faktor pembesaran defleksi (Rd) aktual arah x sebesar 5,9 dan arah y sebesar 5,2.Kata kunci : SRPMK, titik kinerja, sendi plastis, analisis pushove

    Jepara watershed is part of the watershed is located in East Lampung district with an area of 10km 2 , where Jepara River is one of river flowing into Lake Jepara. Jepara River conditions at thistime had a reduction in the flow of flood discharge due to reduced cross-sectional area of the riverdue to sedimentation. The main cause of the high rate of sedimentation is the destrusction of watercatchment areas and land management less attention to the principles of conservation land.Therefore it is very necessary management effective river drainage area with emphasis on theconservation and protection of the land and water, especially in the upper reaches of the river.One of the measures for erosion and sedimentastion problem in this river is by building sedimentcontrol structures or so-called check dams.From the calculations have been done check dam is planned to have the following physical;lighthouse spillway crest elevation checkerboard on +35,915 m elevation with an effective heightof 3 m and a depth of 2,5 m foundation,wide spillway lighthouse checkerboard obtained by 40 m,Q design with a return period of 50 years at 119,9113 m3/sec, high wing checkerboard of 2,007 min elevation +39,622 with a height of 0,6 m surveillance, construction of the main dam is aconcrete construstion, lighthouse spillway crest elevation of the sub dam +33,915 m with a heigtof 1 m and a lighthouse foundation depth of 1,2 m, a high wing sub dam at 1,9 m an elevation of +34,4251 m with a height of 1,0 m surveillance, construction of the sub dam is a concreteconstrustion,the elevation of the floor protected at +32,915 m elevation with a thickness of 0,5 m,the construction of a concrete construstion.Keywords : Jepara River, erosion, sedimentation, checkda

    Physical properties of organic soils have a very high water content and low carrying capacity.One method to increase the carrying capacity of the soil is by adding or mixing with materials thathave a high carrying capacity. By adding sand on the sample in this study is expected to increasethe carrying capacity of organic soils of compressive strength and strong shear. The study wasconducted in the laboratory of Soil Mechanics Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung, bymaking a sample of the results of compaction standard, then the samples are given the addition ofsand to the percentage increments of 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% for the comparison of thecompressive strength (qu), shear angle (φ), and the value of cohesion (c) after the addition ofsand.Results of testing the compressive strength and shear strength showed soil behavior in a state ofthe sample with the addition of sand up to 20% has an increased qu and φ, but a decline in thevalue of soil cohesion. The more increasing mix of sand in the soil samples, the values ofcohesion / coherence on the ground will be more decreased, but the sand has good gradation andstrong grain will be able to withstand the load that works vertically or horizontally.Keywords: Organic Soil, Compressive strength and Shear strength, Friction Angle, and Cohesion

    This study aims to get the correlation between the soil compressive strength and soil shearstrength directly on silt substituted with granulated materials. This is done because if buildingstructures on the silt soil will cause several problems including a small value of the compressivestrength and low shear strength after incurring. For the testing is done with a mixture of sand, siltsoil so that it can be seen how much sand mixture to resist the forces on the load that is above theground.To determine the sand effect on silt soil , with the compressive strength and shear strength that hasbeen made by way of mixing the sand by 10%, 20%, 30% and 40%. From the test results showedan increase in the compressive strength of 0.3723 kg/cm 2 in a mixture of 10% sand and a decreasein the mixture thereafter. In the direct shear strength value increased 30% when variations mixtureof sand that is equal to 0.4290 kg / cm 2 , the cohesion of 0.27 kg / cm 2 and the friction angle in at26.170.Keywords: silt soil, sand, soil compressive strength, soil direct shea

    In this research the reseacher used the worst material of soil with additive materials named theash of bagasse in purpose to utilize the waste and to increase the strength of the bricks so that itcan produce cheap bricks with good quality that can be an alternative for bricks industries.Soil samples were tested in this study is derived from the silt soil region Nyunyai road,Kec.Rajabasa. Variations in the levels of the mixture used is 6%, 8%, 10%, and 12% and dryingfor 7 days, with burning treatment and without burning treatment. Based on the results of physicalexamination native land, USCS classify soil samples as fine-grained soil and belong to the CLgroup.The results showed that the brick-making post-combustion using zeolite mixture meets theIndonesian National Standard (SNI) bricks for building materials. In general, the addition ofzeolite material in the soil reduces the value of the density of the soil mixture.     University of Lampung (Unila) is the only one state university in Lampung. There are severalparking areas scattered in each faculty which serves as the campus facilities. The purpose of thisstudy is to find solutions for handling the parking problems in faculty of medicine(FK) andFaculty Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) Unila.This study consisted of two phases, which collects parking data, such as a vehicle license platenumber, time of entry and exit of vehicle, and then analyze it with some formula that is used as aparameter conclusion. Some of these parameters are accumulation of vehicle parking, parkingindex, duration of parking, parking capacity, as well as parking turnover rate (PTO).From the analysis conclude that motorcycle parking area at FK can accommodate vehicleparking. While in the existing car parking area can't accommodate parking of vehicles. Then inFMIPA motorcycle parking area can also accommodate parking of the vehicles, whereas theexisting car parking area can't accommodate the vehicles parking neatly.
