    AbstractWay Magnay Bridge is a reinforced concrete bridge span 2 x 25 m as liaison between Krui – Biha Regency West Coast . Way magnay bridge have width 6.42 m with traffic lane width 4.5 m. Base the load used in redesign of this bridge is SNI 1725-2016 and load earthquake use SNI regulations 2833-2016. Based on calculations that have been done , obtained reinforcement plate floor vehicle use flexural reinforcement D16 – 75 mm whereas reinforcement for used D10 – 295 mm. Girder transverse obtained main reinforcement 4D25 and reinforcement shear Ø10 -350 mm.     Analisis Indeks Erosivitas Hujan menggunakan Metode Bols dan Utomo (Studi Kasus: Sub DAS Way Pubian, Das Way Seputih, Provinsi Lampung)

    Indonesia has a tropical climate which results in high rainfall throughout the year. The high rainfall makes Indonesia prone to erosion. The ability of rainfall to cause erosion is called rainfall erosivity. The study aims to calculate the rainfall erosivity index in the Way Pubian Subwatershed area by comparing the Bols and Utomo methods. The research methods used include; data consistency test, rainfall analysis, and calculation of rainfall erosivity index. Based on several studies on the erosivity index, in the Indonesian region the calculation of the Bols Method erosivity index often gets a higher value than the Utomo Method because the data used for the calculation of the Bols Method requires more data than the Utomo Method which only uses monthly rainfall data. The conclusion is that the Bols Method erosivity index value is 2651.2120 and the Utomo Method is 1008.3435, the Bols Method erosivity index value is higher than the Utomo Method value with an interval of 1642.8685. The use of the Bols equation to calculate the erosivity index value is considered safer to use in estimating the erosion rate. Keywords: Bols, Rainfall Erosivity, Sub Das Way Pubian, Utom

    Mangrove ecotourism is difficult to establish. This is caused by the lack of awareness of the community and village officials in managing these tourist attractions. Activities to develop the Petengoran mangrove ecotourism area to improve the welfare of coastal communities through the preparation of guidelines for the development of mangrove ecotourism for stakeholders from Gebang Village. So this study aims to determine the type, density value, frequency, dominance and important index value (INP) of the Petetengoran mangrove by collecting data using the line transect method by counting the number of species (trees, poles, saplings, seedlings). From the research results with 3 observation plots, four species were found, namely: Avicennia Marina, Ceriops Sp, Rhizophora Apiculata, Rhizophora Stylosa. The type of mangrove that has the highest important value index (INP) for the tree level is that of Rhizophora Apiculata (INP: 165.85) and the lowest is Ceriops Sp (INP: 7.14), for the sapling/sapling level the mangrove species has an important value index the highest and lowest was Rhizopora stylosa (INP : 15, 69). As for the seedling level, the species that had the highest and lowest importance value index were Rhizophora Apiculata and Rhizopora stylosa (INP : 165.85) and the lowest (INP: 15.69). It was concluded from the results that have been carried out that the Petengoran mangrove forest area can be said to be suitable for development as an ecotourism destination with the results of the analysis of the density of the mangrove vegetation showing that the dominant plant species is Rhizophora Apiculata, so that the condition of the mangrove forest in Petengoran, Padang Cermin District, is included in the condition category. good with moderate criteria, not too dense

    Jalan Diponegoro is an undivided 4-lane 2-way road that connects the urban center with residential areas in Bandar Lampung City. The traffic jam that occurs on Jalan Diponegoro when the traffic light is red often causes queues of vehicles, especially during peak hours. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of mathematical relationships between speed (S), current (V), and density (D) made using the Greenshiled Model. Based on the EKR headway ratio, the results obtained from the calculation of the Greenshields Model for morning observations Sff = 24.61 km/hour; Dj = 32.16 SKR/km; VM = 197.70 SKR/hour; BC = 12.31 km/hour; and DM = 16.08 SKR/km. Whereas in the afternoon observation, the value of Sff = 29.45 km/hour, Dj = 47.50 SKR/km, VM = 349.74 SKR/hour, SM = 14.72 km/hour, and DM = 23.75 SKR/ km. Keywords : Volume, Speed, Density, Model Greenshield

    Analisis Pengendalian Mutu Beton dengan Metode Statistical Quality Control (Studi kasus: Rumah Susun PIK Pulo Gadung)

     Concrete quality control in the PIK Pulo Gadung Flats project is carried out by determining the concrete compression strength which affects the quality of the concrete produced. This research is about how to control the quality of concrete by testing the compressive strength of concrete. The test results data were analyzed using statistical quality control (SQC) method. The results of the analysis are in the form of a control chart consisting of the average/target line, upper control limit (UCL), and lower control limit (LCL). From the results of the analysis was found that the quality of the concrete from the columns of floors 1 to 16 was in accordance with the quality of the plan. Based on the X-chart for fc' 40 MPa on target 36,36%, below target 27,27%, out UCL 18,18%, out LCL 18,18%. For fc' 30 MPa out UCL 40%, out LCL 60%. Based on the R-chart for fc' 40 MPa on target 45,45%, below the target of 54,55%. For fc' 30 MPa on target 40%, below the target 60%. Pengendalian mutu beton pada proyek Rumah Susun PIK Pulo Gadung dilakukan dengan penentuan nilai kuat tekan beton yang berpengaruh pada mutu beton yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini adalah mengenai cara pengendalian mutu beton dengan melakukan pengujian kekuatan tekan beton. Data-data hasil pengujian dianalisis dengan metode statistical quality control (SQC). Hasil analisis berupa control chart yang terdiri dari garis rata-rata/target sasaran, upper control limit (UCL)/batas atas, dan lower control limit (LCL)/batas bawah.Dari hasil analisa diperoleh hasil bahwa mutu beton dari kolom lantai 1 sampai 16 telah memenuhi mutu rencana. Berdasarkan X-chart untuk fc’ 40 MPa memenuhi target 36,36%, dibawah target 27,27%, keluar UCL 18,18%, keluar LCL 18,18%. Untuk fc’ 30 MPa keluar UCL 40%, keluar LCL 60%. Berdasarkan R-chart untuk fc’ 40 MPa memenuhi target 45,45%, dibawah target 54,55%. Untuk fc’ 30 MPa memenuhi target 40%, dibawah target 60%

    Pengaruh PET Sebagai Bahan Tambah Aspal Terhadap Nilai Kekuatan Sisa Campuran Asphalt Concrete-Binder Course (AC-BC)

    Road damage often occurs due to excessive volume of heavy vehicles so that vehicle loads cause strain and stress of the pavement layer. One way to improve the quality of asphalt mixtures is by adding PET plastic. Research was conducted to determine the effect of AC-BC mixtures with the addition of PET plastic waste as a binder additive in asphalt on Marshall parameters and Durability of Residual Strength Index. Based on the results of the study, the specific gravity of asphalt increased as the level of PET mixed increased. The penetration value decreases as the PET content increases because the asphalt becomes harder. Ductility decreases as more PET content makes the asphalt more brittle. The softening point value increases as the PET content increases because the wax content in the asphalt increases. In the durability test, the largest IKS value occurred in the mixture of asphalt penetration 60/70 + 4% PET at 94.58%; asphalt penetration 60/70 + 2% PET made an IKS value of 94.00%; asphalt penetration 60/70 + 3% PET made an IKS value of 94.36%; and asphalt penetration 60/70 + 0% PET had the smallest IKS value of 91.58%. All IKS values have met the minimum Bina Marga standard of 90%. Therefore, the greater the percentage of PET mixed, the greater the IKS value

    Analisis Perbandingan Peramalan Data Pemrograman Pasang Surut Anfor Dengan Data Pengukuran Pasang Surut Admiralty Pada Stasiun Cilacap

    Pasang surut air laut merupakan suatu gerakan naik turunnya permukaan udara secara periodik sebagai akibat dari gaya tarik menarik antara bumi, bulan dan matahari. Analisa pasang surut sangat diperlukan dalam penentuan posisi mean level maupun prediksi muka air laut yang dapat dianalisis dengan program admiralty dan program anfor. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis terhadap empat pasang surut selama 15 hari. Pengolahan data analisa program anfor menggunakan software Totis dan analisa program admiralty menggunakan software microsoft excel. Hasil analisa pasang surut program admiralty dan anfor perolehan selisih terbesar yaitu pada komponen S2 sebesar 9,3503 m dari analisa data observasi Cilacap tahun 2015. Sedangkan untuk selisih fase terbesar yaitu pada komponen K2 dari analisa data Cilacap 2014 sebesar 687,6405O . Uji hasil data prediksi masing-masing analisa dengan data pengamatan menunjukkan program lebih baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai RMSE program anfor pada empat data lebih kecil dibandingkan program admiralty. Berdasarkan hasil uji dari kedua metode menghasilkan bahwa keuntungan dari program anfor yaitu lebih cepat dan mudah dalam analisa serta menghasilkan komponen pasut lebih banyak dan hasil prediksi yang lebih akurat.     KINERJA SIMPANG DENGAN BUNDARAN SI JALAN DIPONEGORO BANDAR LAMPUNG

    Bundaran Tugu Perbankan Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan salah satu bundaran dengan tiga lengan yang berada di pusat Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kinerja pada kondisi eksisting. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yang diambil dari hasil survei langsung seperti data volume lalu lintas, dan geometrik bundaran sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari instansi terkait yaitu data jumlah penduduk kota Bandar Lampung guna menghitung kapasitas bundaran. Analisis kinerja bundaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) 1997. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan pada jam sibuk tingkat hambatan samping relatif tinggi dengan kondisi khusus daerah komersial dan aktuvitas sisi jalan tinggi. Hasil survei arus lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi di pagi hari pada pukul 06.30-08.30 WIB dengan volume lalu lintas tertinggi sebesar 1587,10 smp/jam dengan kapasitas bundaran sebesar 3172,56 smp/jam. Nilai derajat kejenuhan tertinggi terdapat pada jalinan AB sebesar 0,50 smp/jam dengan nilai tundaan sebesar 6,35 det/jam. Berdasarkan MKJI 1997 nilai derajat kejenuhan Bundaran Tugu Perbankan Kota Bandar Lampung tersebut masih terbilang ideal dan tingkat pelayanan jalan dikategorikan sedang.Kata kunci : bundaran, kinerja bundaran, kapasitas, tundaan, derajat kejenuhan, MKJI 1997

    Durabilitas Campuran Porous Asphalt Dengan Limbah Plastik Polietilena Tereftalat (PET) Sebagai Bahan Tambah Pada Aspal

    Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture that has a high pore space, therefore it is necessary to use asphalt modification which is expected to increase the stability of porous asphalt, so that porous asphalt is expected to have better performance. Plastic waste can open up opportunities to be used in the field of highway construction because it is easy to obtain and the price is more economical as a porous asphalt mixture. Referring to this, a research was carried out on the durability of porous asphalt mixtures with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plastic waste as an additive to asphalt. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using PET plastic waste on the durability of porous asphalt mixtures. The method used is a laboratory scale experimental method based on 3 types of testing, namely marshall, cantabro loss and asphalt flow down. The gradation in this study used the Australian Asphalt Pavement Association (AAPA) 2004 open graded. The test results showed successively the immersion effect of porous asphalt with the addition of 0%, 5% and 7.5% PET plastic resulted in a decrease in the IDP value (Index Durability First) of 1.25%, 0.89% and 0.83% , and also a decrease in the value of IDK (Second Durability Index) based on the value of loss of strength of 44.12%, 33.31% and 30.52%. This shows that porous asphalt mixed with PET plastic has better durability than without PET

    One of the effective and efficient to facilitate operational and maintenance process for a building, technologies in AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) is needed. One of them is Building Information Modeling (BIM) that be able to model a building in 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. 3D is parametric modeling, 4D is material scheduling, workers, area, time and others. 5D is cost estimation and part list, 6D is energy analyst, conflict detection and environmental impact consideration and 7D is facility management. Software that include in BIM category is Autodesk Revit. This Research take a case study of Online Examination System Building and Archives of UPBJJ-UT Lampung. The purpose of this study is to find out the results of applying the Building Information Modeling (BIM) concept which latter will be used for operational and maintenance and to know the result of the modeling to review several volumes which latter will be used for operational and maintenance of building such as paint,doors, windows, and ceramics. The work reviewed includes architectural work without carrying out the cost estimate calculation process from the aspect of Construction Management and MEP. In the maintenance scenario for the entire floor, the material requirements are 470,0641 kg of wall base paint, 718,5397 kg of finishing paint, 45 doors, 56 windows and 2996,29026 pieces of cheramics. Key words : Building Information Modeling (BIM), Autodesk Revit, Operational and MaintenanceSalah satu cara efektif serta efisien untuk mempermudah dalam proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan  dalam suatu gedung yaitu menggunakan teknologi dalam bidang AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction). Salah satunya yaitu dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang dapat memodelkan bangunan gedung dalam model  3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D. Dimana 3D merupakan pemodelan parametik, 4D merupakan runtutan dalam penjadwalan material, pekerja, luasan area, waktu dan lain-lain, 5D merupakan estimasi biaya dan part list, 6D merupakan analisis energi dan deteksi konflik serta pertimbangan dampak lingkungan, 7D merupakan fasilitaas manajemen. Software yang termasuk dalam katagori BIM salah satunya adalah Autodesk Revit. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus Gedung Sistem Ujian Online dan Arsip UPBJJ-UT Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui hasil dari penerapan konsep Building Information Modeling (BIM) yang nantinya digunakan untuk kebutuhan pemeliharaan dan perawatan serta mengetahui hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan untuk meninjau beberapa volume pekerjaan yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk perawatan dan pemeliharaan gedung seperti cat, pintu, jendela dan keramik. Pekerjaan yang ditinjau meliputi pekerjaan arsitektur tanpa melakukan proses perhitungan RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya) dari aspek Manajemen Konstruksi dan MEP.
