    The influence of el nino and la nina on rainfall data of east lampung regency, lampung province

    This research was conducted to determine the impact of the areas where El Nino and La Nina were the most dominant. The data used in this study are daily rainfall data in 5 rain stations located in East Lampung. Data length from 1989 to 2018 at each station, this data was taken from the Mesuji River Basin - Sekampung (BBWSMS). This modeling is carried out using a data length of 30 years for a data term of 10957.By using observational data and applying it in 2 programs, namely the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and the Lomb Periodogram, it produces values that can be graphed for the spectrum of each of the 5 rain station areas, namely Jepara Lake, Labuhan Ratu, Taman Negeri, Kota Raman and Sri Gading. From the results, it can be seen which areas are predominantly affected by El Nino and La Nina. Based on the results of the two programs, both show that the rain station in the Lake Jepara area experiences more dominant El Nino and La Nina influences. Keywords: El Nino, La Nina, rain station, rainfall, Fast Fourier Transform, Lomb Periodogra

    Analisis Investasi Pembangunan Proyek Spam (Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum) Kota Bandar Lampung

    In an effort to meet the needs of drinking water for the community, the city government of Bandar Lampung pioneered the development of a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM), the authors reviewed the analysis of investment in the construction of the Bandar Lampung City SPAM project. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of a SPAM development project assessed from financial parameters. In this study, the feasibility of the economic aspect was carried out by reviewing the following assessment parameters, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP). The data used are detailed data on SPAM cost budget, SPAM working drawings and water consumption levels, as well as data from BI in the form of interest rates and inflation rates. From the analysis, it can be concluded that the inflation rate in Indonesia is based on a projection for 25 years, namely between 4% -10% per year, the BI rate based on projections in 2018-2057 ranges from 6% -12% per year, the total investment in SPAM development is Rp. .750,000,000,000.00, from the existing scenario it is concluded that the Bandar Lampung SPAM development project is not financially feasible. However, SPAM development is economically feasible because it increases water availability and the coverage of existing services and also expands regional development in the city of Bandar Lampung.Keywords: analiysis, SPAM, scenari

    In embankment planning, it is necessary to consider the influencing factors such as the materialfor making the embankment, slope stability, guard height, slope protection, the width of theembankment, the slope and dumping facilities. Some areas in Indonesia do not have good qualitysoil. For instance, the soil in Palembapang Village, Kalianda, South Lampung. Regarding theissues, soil maintenance is mandatory to be done to increase the physical parameters of the soil sothat the carrying capacity of the soil is maintained. The results shows that at the mixture rate of0%, 4%, 8%, 12% and 16%, the lime is classified as CL (clay low plasticity)which indicates nonorganicclay with low to medium plasticity. The lab testing result of the sample of natural soilshows cohesion value of 0,1813 kg/cm2 and shear angle value of 20o. After stabilizing processwas done using additives, the cohesion value and shear angle value were significantly increasing.It proves that lime can increase soil density as both value increased. In the natural soil sample,the value of the safety factor was still below the safe limit. Another lime additive was added to thesoil sample with lime addition of 16%. None of the safety factor limits were below average afterthe process. In conclusion, lime additive can decrease the plasticity (liquid limit and plasticityindex), enhancing strength and durability, reducing water absorption and soil development aswell as strengthening the stability of the embankment

    Comparative Analysis of Tidal Data from Forecasting Results with Measured Tide Data (Meneng Tidal Station Case Study)

    AbstractThis research to find the similarity of the tidal characteristics of sea water, especially in the sea waters in the Meneng station area, where the data used is both hourly tide data from tide data from the website http: //tides.big.go.id and field measured tidal data for a period of 5 years, from 1988 to 1992 at the Meneng tidal station, East Java, Indonesia. The data used in this research have a minimum data length of 720 hours or 30 days, using 9 tidal harmonic components using the least squares method and then converted into the ANFOR program (Zakaria, 2005), this program can produce a periodic tidal data model. including the amplitude value that can be used to see a tidal characteristic of sea water. After the tidal data is modeled and analyzed, the correlation coefficient is generated. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the component results obtained from the hourly tide data from the website http://tides.big.go.id and field measured data have something in common with the generated tidal components.     Analisis Perbandingan Kedalaman Gerusan Lokal (Local Souring) Di Hilir Bangunan Pelimpah (Ogee and Stepped Spillway) Dengan Model Fisik 2D

    AbstrakSpillway atau disebut dengan bangunan pelimpah merupakan bangunan air yang memiliki fungsi untuk mengalirkan debit banjir yang masuk ke dalam waduk. Dalam perencanaan suatu bangunan air diperlukan penelitian terdahulu mengenai masalah penggerusan lokal (Local Scouring) yang terjadi akibat adanya kecepatan air dan turbulensi yang melampaui daya tahan dari dasar saluran pada bagian hilir bangunan. Dari analisis hidrolika penelitian ini menggunakan desain bangunan pelimpah Ogee and Stepped dengan model fisik 2-D dan sedimen yang digunakan adalah pasir dengan diameter seragam yaitu 1,8 mm atau lolos ayakan no. 16. Penelitian ini menunjukkan 5 kali pengamatan pola gerusan lokal di hilir bendung pada setiap percobaan selama 25 menit. Pengamatan gerusan meliputi besarnya debit dan kedalaman gerusan maksimum yang terjadi pada hilir bendung. Pada bangunan pelimpah Ogee Spillway gerusan maksimum (dsmax) terjadi pada ketinggian di hulu (H0) 3 cm sebesar 0,097 m dengan Lds sebesar 0,17 m dari hilir pelimpah. Pada bangunan pelimpah Stepped Spillway gerusan maksimum (dsmax) terjadi pada ketinggian di hulu (H0) 3 cm sebesar 0,125 m dengan Lds sebesar 0,09 m dari hilir pelimpah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar debit aliran, maka semakin besar kedalaman gerusan yang terjadi.  Kata kunci : Pelimpah Ogee and Stepped Spillway, Gerusan Lokal, Sedimen

    Evaluasi Stabilitas Lereng Pada Ruas Jalan C.10 Perumahan Citraland Bandar Lampung Menggunakan Program Komputasi dan Penanggulangannya

    Citraland is a located in a hilly area, has steep contours and different elevations. So the area has the potential for landslides. This study is to analyze the value of the slope safety factor and calculate the slope stability using a concrete sheet pile with a computational program. The methods used are the Fellenius, Bishop, Janbu, and Morgenstern-price methods. From the results of the computational program analysis, the values of the existing slope safety factors using the Fellenius, Bishop, Janbu, and Morgenstern-price methods were 0.965, 1.052, 0.925, 1.027 for static conditions and for dynamic conditions of 0.795, 0.881, 0.763, 0.858 . After countermeasures using concrete sheeting with dimensions of 3 meters of pile height on the ground, 1.66 meters of embedded sheeting, and 0.5 meters of sheet pile thickness, the existing slope safety factor values are 2.381, 2.478, 1.817, 2.732 for static loads and for dynamic loads. obtained values of 1.976, 2.073, 1.505, and 2.356. Countermeasures using concrete sheet piles are quite effective in increasing the value of the safety factor, so that countermeasures using concrete sheet piles are quite stable if applied at the research site. Keywords:Slope stability, Safety factor,Fellenius, Bishop, Janbu,Morgenstern-price, Sheet pil

    Testing of Cbr Subgrade Laboratory Laboratory Using Test Modification Testing Conditions

    In the implementation of building construction, the main thing to consider is soil material. Based on that assumptions, soil has a role as a construction material and as a placement of construction.. Therefore, one of the examination processes to discover the soil bearing capacity is California Bearing Ratio (CBR) testing. Compaction in the testing has been done within heavy vehicle pressure on field with the amounts; 2.7 MPa,7 MPa, and 8.4 MPa and the soil sample is from Tirtayasa Area, Sukabumi, Bandar Lampung.The result testing in laboratory had been showed that the soils were classified into A-2-7 soil group that was silty sand type. CBR value without soaking process within modified proctor was 9% and for soaking condition soil was 4.2%. Modified laboratory CBR values of without-soaking condition every pressure were 5.5%, 9.4%, and 9.9%, whereas for the soaking condition were 0.77%, 2.6.5, and 3.3%. In conclusion, the values of CBR are increase as the additions of the pressure given.keywords:heavyvehicle, modifiedpressure’s tool, modified CBR laboratorytest.  

    Korelasi Nilai Ddt pada Tanah Lempung Daerah Lampung Selatan tang Telah Di Swelling Menggunakan Abu Kelapa Sawit Terhadap Tebal Perkerasan Jalan Raya

    Kerusakan jalan raya terjadi akibat pengembangan pada tanah dasar (Subgrade) masih cukup tinggi, sehingga dibutuhkan stabilisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai DDT tanah lempung yang telah di swelling menggunakan abu kelapa sawit untuk tebal perkerasan jalan raya.Pengujian laboratorium yang dilakukan adalah uji indeks properties, pemadatan, uji CBR dan swelling. Uji CBR dilakukan pada sampel tanah asli dan yang telah dicampur dengan abu kelapa sawit dengan kadar campuran 6%, 8% dan 10% dengan pemeraman selama 4, 7 dan 10 hari. Uji CBR yang dilakukan adalah CBR Soaked dan Unsoaked.Tanah dari Desa Marga Kaya Lampung Selatan berdasarkan klasifikasi USCS berupa CL atau lempung tak organic dengan plastisitas rendah, sedangkan klasifikasi AASTHO yaitu kelompok A-7-6 tergolong tanah berlempung. Nilai CBR Unsoaked optimum terjadi pada campuran kadar abu 8% dengan pemeraman 7 hari sebesar 19,3%. Nilai CBR Soaked optimum pada campuran abu 8% dengan nilai  2,2%. Ketebalan perkerasan jalan pada CBR Soaked efisien pada campuran abu kelapa sawit 8% dengan ketebalan D1 = 7,5 cm, D2 = 25 cm dan D3 = 40 cm. Nilai swelling optimum pada campuran abu kelapa sawit 10% yaitu sebesar 2,86% termasuk ke dalam potensi pengembangan rendah. Nilai DDT dipengaruhi oleh nilai CBR semakin besar nilai CBR maka DDT akan semakin meningkat.Kata Kunci: Stabilisasi, Abu Kelapa Sawit, California Bearing Ratio, Swelling,  DDT, Tebal Perkerasan Jalan

    Analisi laju sedimen pada saluran irigasi daerah sekampung bunut

    Irigasi merupakan bangunan dan saluran buatan yang berfungsi untuk mengairi lahan pertanian yang dapat dilakukan manusia untuk memperoleh air. Di saluran irigasi banyak ditemukannya sedimen salah satunya sedimen melayang yang dapat menyebabkan menurunnya kapasitas saluran sehingga mempengaruhi jumlah debit yang masuk ke petak sawah. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan analisis laju sedimen untuk mengetahui hubungan antar debit aliran dengan besarnya laju sedimen dan mengetahui besarnya laju sedimen yang terangkut. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di daerah irigasi Sekampung Bunut, wilayah kerja UPTD Metro, Kota Metro, Provinsi Lampung. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penilitian ini yaitu data penampang saluran, data tinggi muka air, data kecepatan aliran dan sedimen melayang (suspended load). Dalam pengambilan debit cara yang digunakan dilapangan yaitu dengan merawas dan menggunakan metode fungsi matematis yaitu pada kedalaman 0,2 d, 0,6 d dan 0,8 d sesuai dengan kedalaman air. Sedangkan pengambilan sampel sedimen dilapangan menggunakan metode integrasi kedalaman, yang nantinya sampel sedimen akan diuji di laboratorium. Dari hasil pengolahan data, diketahui hubungan antar debit aliran dengan besarnya laju sedimen memiliki hubungan yang lemah atau korelasi yang lemah. Sedangkan besarnya laju sedimen dari hasil laboratorium BARISTAND sebesar 1.952,7005 ton/tahun dan hasil laboratorium mekanika tanah sebesar 5.111,7341 ton/tahun.

    Analisis Kualitas Air Hasil Pengolahan Air Hujan Dengan Metode Elektrolisis Menjadi Air Minum

    Air merupakan kompenen penting penting bagi kehidupan di bumi. Saat ini fenomena yang terjadi adalah masih banyak masyarakat yang kesulitas mendapatkan air dikarenakan ketersediaannya yang terbatas. Kondisi ini diakibatkan kuantitas air sudah tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan domestik yang terus meningkat sehingga perlu dilakukan pengelolaan kualitas air secara bijaksana.  Bentuk pengelolaan kualittas air yang saat ini masih jarang diterapkan yakni dengan pengolahan air hujan dengan metode elektrolisis. Tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk memisahkan asam dan basa yang terkandung dalam air hujan hingga air layak digunakan sebagai air minum. Dalam studi ini, eksperimen dilakukan dengan meninjau pengolahan air hujan menjadi air minum dengan metode elektrolisis pada parameter pH dan TDS. Selain itu, dilakukan uji kualitas air hujan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.492 Tahun 2010. Dari eksperimen didapatkan bahwa metode elektrolisis 0,5 ampere lebih optimal untuk meningkatkan kualitas air hujan menjadi air minum pH basa 8+ dengan TDS fluktuatif berkisar 8 mg/l – 16 mg/l. Secara keseluruhan, kualitas air yang dimiliki air hujan memenuhi Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.492 Tahun 2010 mengenai persyaratan kualitas air minum Kata kunci : air hujan, metode elektrolisis, air minu
