    Hambatan  kelancaran  lalulintas  jaringan  jalan  perkotaan  memiliki  dampak  pada  kesejahteraanumum  masyarakat.  Besarnya  arus  lalu  lintas  di  daerah  persimpangan  pada  jam  sibuk  (sore)mengakibatkan  kemacetan  panjang  dan  meningkatkan  kejenuhan  pada  pengguna  lalu  lintas.Sehingga  diperlukan  analisis  lalulintas  antara  persimpangan  untuk  mengetahui  kinerjapersimpangan  tersebut.Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  Manual  Kapasitas  Jalan  Indonesiauntuk  mengevaluasi  dan  menganalisis  kinerja  persimpangan.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  adalahpersimpangan  Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin dan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl.Raden  Saleh,  Bandar  Lampung  karena  persimpangan  tersebut  menunjukan  kemacetan  danpotensi/resiko  penurunan  tingkat  layanan  jalan.  Hasil  yang  didapatkan  pada  persimpangan  Jl.WolterMonginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin memiliki nilai kapasitas (C) 2363 smp/jam dan perilakulalu lintas derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,8834, tundaan simpang (D) 15,08 det/smp dan peluang antrian(QP) 31,23-53,10% dan persimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. Raden Saleh memiliki C = 2484smp/jam,  DS  =  0,8151,  D  =  13,55  det/smp  dan  QP  =  26,76-53,10%.  Tinggat  pelayanan  dipersimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrindan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. RadenSaleh pada hari – hari sibuk dikategorikan pada tingkat E. Kata kunci : Volume kendaraan, Kecepatan rata rata dan Waktu paling sibu

    The Library Building is one of the Infrastructure that provides various sources of information to improve the intelligence of human resources in a region. This research focuses on the analysis of statutory regulations and the scope of work, costs, time and quality. The focus of the research is the process of analyzing the justification for changes in the volume of work after the rationalization of the budget is reviewed based on Law No. 2/17 concerning Construction Services and Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2/18 concerning Government Procurement of Goods / Services. The result of this analysis is that the Construction Work Contract Article 47 paragraph 1 letter b is the regulation rules of the  UUJK which are used as a reference as budget rationalization and work changes are allowed and regulated in Presidential Regulation article 54. This Contract Change Order has a significant volume increase in structural work, due to The lack of accuracy in calculating the initial planning consultant and there are seven specifications for changes in architecture work items façade. The result of this budget rationalization was also a change in the budget for the construction of the Modern Library of Lampung Province from Rp62,384,405,000.00 to Rp55,746,000,000.00 and there was no additional time for completion of work.     Sistem manajemen mutu merupakan uraian proses kerja yang harus dilaksanakan secara berurutan, konsisten, dan sesuai dengan prosedur serta tata kerja yang berlaku, untuk menerapkannya dibutuhkan standar pengendalian dan penjaminan mutu secara umum. Standar sistem manajemen mutu secara umum adalah ISO 9001 yang diakui internasional dan bersifat global untuk berbagai bidang usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 PT. Nindya Karya (Persero) pada proyek Constructing of Nine (9) New Buildings and Supporting Infrastructures of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang dan menyelidiki kendala-kendala yang terjadi dalam penerapan sistem manjemen mutu. Data sekunder yang digunakan adalah berupa dokumen kualitas yang terdiri dari beberapa level dokumen, sedangkan data primernya berupa kuesioner. Pertanyaan kuesioner mengacu kepada 7 klausul ISO 9001:2015, yaitu konteks organisasi, kepemimpinan, perencanaan, pendukung, operasi, evaluasi kinerja, dan peningkatan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa PT Nindya Karya (Persero) layak untuk mendapat sertifikat ISO 9001:2015 dengan tingkat implementasi sebesar 75,18%.     The subgrade is a very important role in road construction because it is the beginning of determining the quality and capacity of the soil bearing capacity. One way to strengthen the soil is by soil compaction because it can reduce the amount of unwanted soil subsidence and to rearrange the soil grain structure, so that it becomes denser so that the soil will be denser.This study used grained soil, the type of silty sand from Muara Dua Village, Ulu Belu District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. The method used is standard compaction and laboratory CBR to determine the impact of the pressure value using a modified press device. The burden used in this research is 3 MPa, 6 MPa, 9 MPa, 12 MPa, and 15 MPa.In the modified press tool test, the values obtained were 12.1 MPa and Laboratory CBR for 3 MPa pressure was 2.7%, 6 MPa pressure was 3%, 9 MPa pressure was 7.8%, 12 MPa pressure was 12.3%, and pressure 15 Mpa of 15.9%. So it can be concluded from the impact of the pressure value using a modified press tool is that the greater the pressure value, the CBR value will increase.Keywords: Standar Proctor, CBR Laboratory, Modification Press Tool.

    Study of The Access Performance of Airport Toll Road on Trans Sumatera Toll Road Bakauheni – Terbanggi Besar (Case Study: Intersection of Natar Toll Road)

    The construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road provides convenience for the public. The distance from the Natar Toll Gate to the intersection of the Lintas Sumatera Road, which is 2,5 km will interfere with toll performance at the peak of holidays if it is not properly regulated. Therefore, it is necessary to do reaserch to determine the performance of toll roads at the Exit of Natar Toll, to know the performance of roads outside the city on Jalan Branti Raya and to find out the performance of signalized intersections at the Natar Toll Exit Intersection. This reaserch use the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) method. The results show that the performance of the toll road at the Natar Toll Exit was still adequate with degree of saturation with direction 1 is 0,09 and direction 2 is 0,13. The performance of roads outside the city on Jalan Branti Raya  was still adequate with degree of saturation with direction 1 is 0,47 and direction 2 is 0,43. The performance of the signalized intersection at the Natar Toll Exit Intersection is almost saturated with the degree of saturation the south approach is 0.67; the east approach is 0.08 and the north approach is 0.82. The queue for the south approach is 30 meters; the east approach is 2 meters and the north approach is 84 meters. The average delay of the intersection is 25 seconds /skr. To improve the performance of the Natar Toll Exit Intersection, it is necessary to rearrange the green time at this intersection

    Pangeran Antasari St. is a road with a high level of congestion, especially during peak hours. This of course causes cumulation of vehicles which will making queues of vehicles. The congestion and density have caused a lot of shockwaves phenomena in the traffic around Pangeran Antasari St. This study examines the shockwaves in the trip delay which are influenced by the U-turn. The data was collected at Pangeran Antasari St. on October 5, 2020 during 06.00-09.00 am and 15.00-18.00 pm. The types of vehicles observed were Motorcycle (MC), Light Vehicle (LV), and Heavy Vehicle (HV).The shockwaves value obtained using the Greenshield Method of Pangeran Antasari St. at the morning section obtained the shockwaves value with the value of the reverse shockwaves (ωab) = -2284.98 km/h, the reverse shockwaves recovery (ωcb) = -16.2602 km/h, shockwaves forward recovery (ωac) = 55.707 km/h. At the afternoon, the shockwaves value is obtained with the value (ωab) = 3,3706 km/h; reverse shock wave recovery (ωcb) = -10.0224 km/h; forward shock wave recovery (ωac) 5.6654 km/h. The queue length (Qm) that occurs is 0.05 km or 53 m with a normalizing time (T) of 20.4279 seconds

    Pengaruh Variasi Serat Polypropylene dan Faktor Air Semen Pada Uji Kuat Tekan, Kuat Tarik Belah dan Kuat Lentur Self Compacting Concrete (SCC)

    Self compacting concrete (SCC) adalahinovasi beton konvensional dalam menyesuaikan kebutuhan proses konsruksidengan tulangan rapat yang tidak memerlukan pemadatan. Pada penelitian ini sampel dibuat dalam 2 FAS yaitu 0,38 dan 0,5 dengan diberi penambahan serat polypropylene dengan volume fraksi sebesar 0%; 0,05%; 0,10% dan 0,15%. Penambahan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serat polypropylene pada pada fas 0,38 dan 0,5 terhadap kuat tekan, kuat tarik belah dan kuat lentur. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kubus (15 x 15 x 15 cm) untuk pengujian kuat tekan, silinder (diameter 15 cm dan tinggu 30 cm) untuk pengujian kuat tarik belah, dan balok (10 x 10 x 40 cm) untuk pengujian kuat lentur beton. Kemudian ketiganya diuji pada umur 28 hari.Pada FAS 0,38 dengan penambahan polypropylene sebesar 0,05% terjadi peningkatan nilai kuat tekan beton dari 43,90 MPa menjadi 45,38 MPa, nilai kuat tarik belah dari 2,67 MPa menjadi 4,04 MPa, dan nilai kuat lentur beton dari 2,25 MPa menjadi 6,62 MPa dari beton tanpa serat. Pada FAS 0,5 dengan penambahan polypropylene sebesar 0,05% terjadi peningkatan nilai kuat tekan beton dari 28,38 MPa menjadi 31,83 MPa, nilai kuat tarik belah dari 2,66 MPa menjadi 2,75 MPa, dan nilai kuat lentur beton dari 1,61 MPa menjadi 5,69 MPa dari beton tanpa serat

    Pelembapang, South Lampung has a soft clay soil structure. Soft clay soil has a low bearing capacity value This has an effect on the building to be built on it. Therefore, soil stabilization must be carried out. The method used in this study is the deep soil mixing (DSM) method, which is one of the soil improvement method by mixing additional materials in the field (in-site). This method is more affordable because they use their soil as theiraggregate and reduce the transportation budget because of stuff supply.The purpose of this study is to determine the change of soil load-bearing capacity due to the variation of distance and the diameter of the DSM stabilization column on soft clay soil and soft clay soil with 8% lime. This study shows that the stabilization of soft clay soil using DSM of 8% lime with triangular configuration has increased its load-bearing capacity (qu) from10.368 kg/cm2 to 12.96 kg/cm2. The increase of soil load-bearing capacity with the stabilization of the DSM column is proportional to the volume of soil improvement. The largest increase of the soil load-bearing capacity occurred in 1D columns range and 3.75 cm diameter. The distance variation also gives a more significant change compared to the variation of diameter. The most efficient distance and diameter are at the variation of the distance of 1.25D columns range and 2.5 cm diameter

      Water is a chemical compound that is very important for human life and other living things. the quantity and quality of the well as a water source must meet the physical, chemical and bacteriological requirements. Therefore, proper groundwater treatment is needed to process it into clean water that meets the requirements in terms of quality and quantity so that it is suitable for use by humans. To improve water quality, you can use methods such as filtration. In this final project, water quality improvement is carried out using manganese zeolite and activated carbon filters. The result of this research is to know the efficiency of iron (Fe), manganese (Mn) and E.coli removal using this unit. The results of laboratory tests conducted by the Research and Industrial Standardization Institute of Bandar Lampung with water samples with most parameters such as Fe and Mn have met the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32/MENKES/PER/II/2017 concerning Clean Water Quality Requirements, but the test results with E-coli bacteria parameter is 2863 per 100 ml sample which exceeds the maximum level of 0.     Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap layanan jasa transportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung dan mengetahui faktoryang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa Bus Trans Lampung rute Rajabasa - Panjang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer, yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner dan wawancara langsung serta dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat diketahui bahwa keseluruhan penumpang telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh jasa layanan trasportasi umum Bus Trans Lampung. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh menurut responden yaitu ketepatan jadwal kedatangan Bus Trans Lampung yang merupakan sub kriteria dari sistem operasi. Dilihat dari bobot nilai gabungan akhir, sub kriteria sistem operasi memiliki nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,413 dan paling berpengaruh menurut responden dalam hal prioritas pertimbangan kepuasan konsumen dibandingkan dengan sub kriteria dari kendaraan yang memiliki bobot nilai gabungan akhir sebesar 0,379 dan sub kriteria dari operator/kru sebesar 0,208
