Keanekaragaman Lumut (Bryphyta) Di Kawasan Danau Tambing Taman Nasional Lore Lindu Dan Pengembangannya Sebagai Media Pembelajaran
This research was taken place around Tambing Lake, National Park Lore Lindu, Sigi Regency in Central Sulawesi Province. This area encompassed tourism destination and it couid be found a lot of Bryophyta that was adopted to be a learning resources.This research aimed to identifying identify diversity and to develop a learning media by using image cards from every spesies identified. This research employed method obstruction. Developing learning media was based on the 4-D development model by Thiagarajan. Sample was collected from 8 obstruction. the sample was stated by using free collection technique of is obstruction. The data were analyzed descriptively and identified by using the key of determination and image and books that had been patented: than the developing image were used cars as the developing instructional media. It was found 19 species of Bryophyte, dealing with 7 species of Hepaticopsida class and 12 species of Bryopsida class. Furthermore, in relation to the result of development of image cards. It was obtained the average percentage from the reviewer of media, content, and design, 94%, from the peer teacher assesment, 90%, from the small group student assesment, 87% and from the large group students assesment, 88%. Mutu Kimia Dan Organoleptik Permen Jelly Rumput Laut Gelatin Sapi
Jelly has a supple and elastic texture. Jelly is one kind of product that attracted many people because the texture is different compared to other sweets. One of the factors that affect the quality of jelly is the gel-forming material. This study aims to determine the ratio of seaweed to cow’s gelatin that can produce jelly which has a good chemical and organoleptic quality. The experimental design used in this research is completely randomized design (CRD) with a combination of patterns is a difference ratio of seaweed and cow’s gelatin repeated 3 times so that there are 18 units of the experiment. Chemical parameters were observed consisting of ash and total sugar. Organoleptic parameters were observed consisting of taste and firmness. Jelly that produced in this research had 0.43 to 0.68% ash content and total sugar content 33, -53.67% and it has the organoleptic quality preferred by the panelists. Jelly that produced in this research is still meet the quality standard ISO 3574.2-2008
Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Di Kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 2 Palu
This study aimed to describe the effect of learning model and learning motivation on studets’ learning achievements in mathematics. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Palu using a quasi-experimental design with factorial 2 ´ 2. The independent variable in this study is learning model and learning motivation. The dependent variable is the students' mathematics learning achievements. Instruments used in the form of learning motivation questionnaire and achievement test. These samples students of class XI-IPA taken using random sampling techniques. Analysis of data using analysis of variance two-lane. Results showed (1) there is a significant difference the mathematics learning achievements of students between who are taught trough active learning model and direct learning; (2) there is a significant difference the mathematics learning achievements of students beetween high learning motivation and student learning achievements learning motivation is low; (3) there is an interaction between learning active learning model and learning motivation of students; (4) specifically for low motivation students who are taught by active learning model mathematics learning achievements was higher than students taught with direct learning; (5) specifically for high motivation students who are taught by active learning model mathematics learning achievements was lower than students taught with direct learning; (6) specifically for active learning model students who have high motivation to mathematics learning achievements higher than the students who have low motivation, and (7) specifically for direct learning model students who have high motivation to mathematics learning achievements higher than the students who have low motivation
Mutu Organoleptik Mie Kering Yang Diproduksi Dari Tepung Tulang Ikan Dan Tepung Wortel Sebagai Pensubtitusi Tepung Terigu
The utilization of fish bone waste so far is processed as mixture of fodder and some into flour. It is less used for humans needs. The processed products food to be substituted of flour a bone of fish products are noodles. This research aims to determine the substitution level on fish bone flour and carrot flour that producing good quality in noodles and find out consumer acceptance toward the addition of fish bone flour and carrot flour have been substituted. The research was designed by employing complete random design with factorial pattern. The parameter of organoleptic quality test was on color, scent, taste, texture and fondness as a whole. Patogenitas Edwarsiella tarda Pada Ikan Sidat (Anguilla marmorata) Selama Penyimpanan Beku -25°C
The purpose of this study is to determine the patogenechity (ability to cause death) of the Edwarsiella tarda in fish eel (Anguilla marmorata) which have frozen and stored at a temperature of -25°C for 15, 25 and 35 days. Patogenecity was tested with methode by isolating E. tarda from the meat of frosen Eel that what stored for 15, 25 and 35 days ago carried infected to eels the size of 120-122 grams with injecting isolate bacteria Edwarsiella tarda is intraperitoneally as much as 0,1 ml/ind at a dose of 108 CFU/ml (standard 1 Mac Farland), then maintened and observed for 15 days. Pathogenicity test results based on mortality / death of the fish indicates that the bacteria Edwarsiella tarda taken from frozen eel fish stored for 15, 25 and 35 days at temperatures-25oC were still survive and still are pathogenic to fish eel with a tendency the longer the storage time, it will decrease the mortality rate / patogenitasnya. Results of analysis of variance showed mortality observed eel (Anguilla marmorata) with a storage time of 15 days and 25 days resulted in a significantly different effect than the storage time of 35 days with a storage temperature -25oC
Jenis Arthropoda Goa Gumbasalu Kecamatan Bambalamotu Kabupaten Mamuju Utara Dan Pengembangannya Sebagai Media Pembelajaran
The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the types of arthropods in Gumbasalu cave Bambalamotu District of North Mamuju regency. The result of this study then developed into biology teaching media in the form of a paperback book and audio-visual media. This study was held in form of descriptive research and development using 4D design. Sampling for Arthropods used direct collection techniques and pitffal trap then identified using a key book determination. Results of the study found 16 species of arthropods, which consists of 2 class of crustasea, 6 class of insect, 3 class of arachnid and 5 class of Myriapoda as for the type found is Parathelphusa sp, Macrobrachium lar. F, Rhaphidophora sp, Apis sp, sp Lophobaris, Formica rufa. L, Lepisma sp, sp Antomeris, Heteropoda sp, sp Charon, Heteropoda beroni, Scutigera sp, Scolopendra sp, sp Julus, Nerceus sp, Julus sp. Results were then used as a paperback book and audio-visual media. These two media then validated by the validation results for the paper back book content expert (83.3%), media experts (86.15%), design experts (82.8% ), and audio-visual media experts (93.3%), and then tested on the test results of students with small group for a paperback book (85.2%), testing a large group (86.4%). For audio visual media the percentage result was in a small group (83.51%), in a large group (87.4%). The result of this study shows that learning media in the form of a paperback book and audio-visual is proper for use
Pengaruh Metode Perkawinan Terhadap Keberhasilan Kebuntingan Sapi Donggala Di Kabupaten Sigi
This studywas conducted Januari to Mei 2015 to evaluate effect of mating method on the pregnancy success oflocal cows in Sigi Regency. The study involved 50 local cows as acceptors. The data were analyzed byusing chi-square method. The observed variables werenon-returnrate (NRR), the conception rate (CR) on thefirst mating, and that average of mating rate requiredto getpregnant.The research result showed that mating method did not influence(P>0.05) on both NRR and NR. The NRR rate were 68% and 64% for artificial insemination and natural mating, respectively. The CR were 64% and 52% for artificial insemination and natural mating, respectively. While service per conception (S/C) for artificial insemination was 1.6 and natural mating was 1.9. It is concluded that the mating method did not have asignificant effect (P>0.5)on the pregnancy success oflocal cows in Sigi Regenc
Pendekatan Scientific Dapat Meningkatkan Aktivitas Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA di Kelas VA SD INPRES Kotapulu
The aim of this reserach is to describe the increasing of the activities and the learning outcomes of student on IPA subject by using the scientific approach in class VA SD Inpres Kotapulu. The learning was focused on the weathering topic in the first cycle while in the second cycle was the identifying the types of soil topic. The method used in this study is a classroom action research (PTK). The instrument data collection used are the initial test sheets, the observation activity sheets for teacher and student, and the final test sheets. The results showed that there is an increasing in the activities of teacher and students also the learning outcomes of student from the first cycle until the second cycle. The increasing of the student’s learning outcomes is proved by the result the attainment of absorption average score and the percentage of classical completeness that increase from the pra-action, the first cycle and the second cycle respectively. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning of subject IPA by using the scientific approach can increase the activities and the student learning outcomes of student in class VA SD Inpres Kotapulu
Implementasi Model Pembelajaran Invesitigasi Kelompok Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Di Kelas IV SD Inpres 2 Tondo
The study aimed to improve motivation and learning outcomes in science subject by implementing of group investigation learning model base on scientific approach was conducted on even semester in academic year 2014-2015. The research was classroom action research by 2 cycle. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The stage of each cycle are planning, action, observation, and reflection. The study result showed that learning motivation before action stage was 74% (good category), cycle I 84.03% (still in good category), cycle II 91% (excellent category). Another result was learning outcomes, it has average score 64% before action stage, in cycle I 71%, and cycle II 84%. The completeness level of classical score, before action stage was 43.3%, cycle I 87%, and cycle II 100%. Base on the result study could be concluded that implementation of group investigation learning model base on scientific approach in science subject can improve motivation and learning outcomes
Pertumbuhan Dan Kecernaan Protein Ikan Lele Dumbo (Clarias gariepinus) yang Diberi Pakan Berbasis Tepung Usus Ayam Sebagai Pengganti Tepung Ikan
The research aims to determine the effect of different feed ingredient as a source of animal protein fed to Dumbo Catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The study was conducted at Tatura Utara village, Palu Selatan sub district, Palu District from January to March 2015. A total of 240 fish seeds were fed with diet containing either fish meal, chicken intestime meal or their combination. Parameters observed were growth of biomass weight, protein digestibility and FCR. Data were analyzed by analisys of variance with completely randomized factorial design. Results indicated that the effect of tipe of animal protein, the quantity of feed offered and their interactions produced significant different in biomass weight, protein digestibility and FCR, except quantity of feed offered did not produced significant different in protein digestibility. Means growth of biomass weight and protein digestibility from each treatment were 5.174 g and 85.9% for chicken intestine meal, 9.6 g and 95.1% for fish meal, 7.9 g and 92.5% for chicken intestine meal + fish meal, and 7.9 g and 91.3% for at satiation and 7.2 g and 7.2 g and 91.0% for 4% biomass treatment and interaction between fish meal and at satiation were 9.6 g and 95.4%. in conclusion, the use of fish meal and the interaction between fish meal and at satiation produced biomass weight and protein digestibility in the highest level in this study
