Education prepares an individual to adjust well in the society and to develop a high sense of responsibility to self and to the society. It enables a person to think critically and constructively. English is one of the language being taught in Indonesia. It is become a main foreign language which take an important role for education in Indonesia. English education can be accepted in Indonesia by means of some challenges. And recently it gain an important status in Islamic university in Indonesia. It could cover the modernization and islamization goals in Islamic university in Indonesia

No full textيُعدّ الإمام محمد عبده واحدًا من أبرز المجددين في الفقه الإسلامي في العصر الحديث، وأحد دعاة الإصلاح وأعلام النهضة العربية الإسلامية الحديثة؛ فقد ساهم بعلمه ووعيه واجتهاده في تحرير العقل العربي من الجمود الذي أصابه لعدة قرون، كما شارك في إيقاظ وعي الأمة نحو التحرر، وبعث الوطنية، وإحياء الاجتهاد الفقهي لمواكبة التطورات السريعة في العلم، ومسايرة حركة المجتمع وتطوره في مختلف النواحي السياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية. خلاصة القول، كان محمد عبده يدعو إلى الوحدة الاجتماعية (الوطنية والدينية على السواء) وإلى توفيق جميع المصالح، وإن فكرته عن الأمة المصرية لا تعير العرق أى وزن، وهى نظرة إسلامية أصيلة. وهو من احد المجددين في الاسلام. لقد صدق الله رسوله في نبوءته بأنه سيبعث على رأس كل مائة سنة من يجدد للامة امر دينها فبعث الله الشيخ الامام محمد عبده

Full text linkThe purpose of this paper was to explain the concept of mental health perspective Contemporary Psychology, describesthe mental health of an Islamic perspective and describes how mental health recovery. The theory used is the concept of mental health perspective Contemporary Psychology, and the concept of mental health perspective Islamic Psychology Writing is writing method using qualitative research methods. Mental health is avoiding an Islamic perspective of all symptoms, complaints and mental disorders, is able to adapt to their social environment, develop self-potential grounded in faith and devotion to God. Mental health perspective of Islam emphasize the power of faith. Meanwhile, the acquisition means a mental health perspective with the method pious Muslim, Islamic and Ihsaniah. Mental health is the responsibility of all good families, schools, communities and government. Maintaining mental health can be started from the family. Application of Islamic values in families with ketelaadanan parents will be able to form the children have a healthy mental. DEVELOPING MANAGEMENT STANDARDS BASED ON ISLAMIC VALUES: CASE STUDY OF DARUSSALAM GONTOR MODERN ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL
Full text linkThis paper aims at exploring the values which become the basis for management practice at Gontor. The preliminary observation finds that Gontor management does not follow the mainstream management theory. It has a unique management system, and oftentimes been considered to be not standard. However, Gontor exists and gradually develops with its own unique management system. The study suggests that Gontor has its own standards which are mainly based on Islamic values. Indeed, there are a lot of values, but basically they can be simplified into the five spirits of Pondok Pesantren namely sincerity, simplicity, self reliance, Islamic brotherhood, and freedom. Each one of these spirits becomes a standard of excellence for Gontor management. Hence, vision, long term plans, organization, leadership style, and controlling are designed and practiced based on them. Finally, this paper argues that the sustainability of Gontor depends on how well the management implements these five spirits into practice. In other words, Gontor will always exist and continue to flourish and prosper if it maintains these spirits and will deteriorate by the erosion of them.

لمحة تاريخية عن جمع القرآن وتدوينه عند المفسرين والمستشرقين
Full text linkالبحث المتواضع أن هناك السؤال أين وجدت المصاحف العثمانية الآن؟ ولن يجد بجواب على هذا السؤال، فإن الزركشة والنقوش الفاصلة بين السور أو المبينة لأعشار القرآن تنفي أن تكون المصاحف الأثرية في دار الكتب بالقاهرة عثمانية، لأن المصاحف العثمانية كانت مجردة من كل هذا. ولكن بعض المستشرقين قد جمعوا كثيرا من الروايات التاريخية التي تؤكد رؤية بعض العلماء القدامى للمصاحف أو لسور منها في أمصار إسلامية معينة, وفي طليعة هؤلاء المستشرقين الأستاذ كواترمير كما أشار إلى ذلك كل من برجشتراسر وبرتزل في دراستهما لتاريخ النص القرآني. ثم إن المستشرق كازانوفا اعتمد على دراسة سلفه كواترمير فأعاد النظر فيها واستدرك عليها الكثير، ومنه علمنا أن أحد المصاحف العثمانية كان في مستهل القرن الرابع الهجري معروفا في بعض الأوساط العلمية، وأن الرحالة المشهور ابن بطوطة رأى بنفسه بعض تلك المصاحف التي يظن أنها عثمانية. أو بعض صحائف منها فقط، في غرناطة ومراكش والبصرة وبعض المدن الأخرى
IBN AL-JAZZAR ON FEVERS A CRITICAL EDITION OF ZAD AL-MUSAFIR WA QUT AL-HADIR BY GERRIT BOS
Full text linkThis writing discusses critical edition on book 6 of the Zad by Gerrit Bos. The book is entitled Ibn al-Jazzar on Sexual Diseases and their Treatment. Gerrit Bos writes that Ibn al-Jazzar on fever is a critical edition of Zad al-musafir wa qut al-hadir. This study focuses on how Gerrit Bos’ work is. The method of this research is library research by analyzing some literatures such as books and journal articles. The results of this study shows that the critical edition of book 7 chapter 1-2 by Gerrit Bos presents comprehensive information about one of al-Jazzar work. There are many inconveniences in reading the text such as consulting the English translation to the Arabic text but this critical edition is a great contribution in the academic world and magnificent since this is the first critical edition dealing with fever that has been published

CONFLICT RESOLUTION: A CASE STUDY OF THE SEPARATIST MOVEMENT IN THE SOUTHERN BORDER PROVINCES OF THAILAND
Full text linkThis Undergraduate thesis tried to discuss about conflict resolution in the case of southern Thailand which are Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat, known as an escalating and brutal conflict and long history of insurgency, the crisis has been conducted primarily on the basis of Malay ethnic nationalism with religion and politics as an additional factors. The violence has already had important political consequences in the failure of Prime Minister Thaksin’s government. The government tries to solve the problem and lunched a strategy based on increased public participation, economic development, apologizing for the past misdeeds of the security services, ending the blacklisting of Muslim and opens a dialogue with insurgents, but the violence remains. In this research, the writer use an extensive of relevant published materials such as books, journals, reports, newsletters, official website and other sources o a wide variety of topics related with the subject of the topic.
