    Purpose: Constructs and visualizes bibliometric networks research in Covid19, Sustainable Mobility And Transportation Research with meta-analysis techniques using VOS-viewer analysis. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a bibliometric analysis, a statistical evaluation of published books, or the chapters of a book, scientific articles in Covid19, Sustainable Mobility And Transportation Research, also it is an effectual way to measure the influence of publication in the scientific community. First analysis using Scopus.com analysis search result, Covid19, Sustainable Mobility And Transportation Research publication. Next analysis using VOS-viewer, a software tool for constructing and visualizing bibliometric networks in Covid19, Sustainable Mobility And Transportation Research field. Findings: Based on VOS-viewer analysis in scopus.com. COVID19, mobility and transportation research publication, 2020-2021, 134 document results, scopus.com, best 3 affiliations are Texas A&M University, The University of Sydney, and Griffith University; best 3 countries and territories are United Kingdom, United States, and Australia; best 3 funding sponsor are National Natural Science Foundation of China, European Commission, and European Research Council. Research limitations/implications: This research based on literature review.     The Role of Family Business in Selecting Audit Quality

    This study concerns with a descriptive analysis of the differences between family business and non-family business as seen from audit fees and audit quality. Audit quality is measured from the size of KAP and industry specialization. In addition, this study analyses the impact between family ownership on audit quality (KAP size and industry specialization). This study examines the influence of audit committee effectiveness on the audit quality.  This study used logistic regression analysis. The unit of analysis in this study is the financial statements, while the population is all manufacturing companies listed on the IDX, while the sample in this study is manufacturing companies from 2014 to 2016.  The results of this study states that there is no difference between family and non-family business in selecting quality. Second, there is a difference in audit fees between family and non-family business. Third, there is an influence between family ownership and audit fees. This can be interpreted that business in Indonesia which are mostly owned by families, have a very important influence on how much the audit fees incurred for independent parties. Fourth, there is an influence between family ownership and audit quality (based on KAP size). Fifth, there is an influence between family ownership and audit quality (based on industry specialization). Sixth, there is an influence between the effectiveness of the audit committee and audit quality (based on the KAP size).     The customers interest in saving is very important for bank providing banking services in the form of savings. In relation to the interest in saving, bank should conside bank atmosphere, location and work professionalism, so that the customer has a high interest in the bank. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of bank atmosphere, location and work professionalism on interest in saving at bank. The population in this study was Bank Jatim Indonesia, Branch of Haji Hospital Surabaya, totally of 1,908 customers, the number of samples using the Slovin formula was 95. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The research results are: 1) There is an influence of the bank atmosphere on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 2) There is an influence of location on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 3) There is an influence of work professionalism on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya, 5) variable location has a dominant influence on the interest in saving at Bank Jatim Cash Office of Haji Hospital Surabaya

    Social interaction, continue interaction with group friends, have a big influence on the development of thought. One's conversation can compare and knowledge with other people's knowledge. Research Purposes namely; 1). How is the communication that occurs in UGJ and Unisba Students ?; 2). What about the collaboration that happened with UGJ and Unisba Students ?; 3). What is the community like for UGJ and Unisba students ?; 4). How is the creativity that occurs in UGJ and Unisba students? 5). How is the convergence that occurs in UGJ and Unnisba students? This research uses descriptive research, with qualitative research types. The results showed that the communication that occurs in UGJ and Unisba Students 1. They communicate with friends on campus or off campus directly persona, indirect group communication using the media. Hobbies related to the world. Their conversation has the same importance as perception, understanding, and lack of insight. 2. Collaboration conducted by them discussed the work, while the other informants from UGJ students also discussed the polemic on campus, to be conveyed to the invited parties. 3. The community involved in the Student Association organization likes Himakom and is active in managing laboratories, their activities off campus because of the same hobbies and friendships. 4. Creativity that occurs has a wide association, increase knowledge, friendship, get a sense of care also to pay attention to each other. 5. The convergence that occurs adjusts to each other and they prefer the campus to be a comfortable place to support each other, support each other and respect each other

    Measuring Engagement Index On Millennial Employee At Vocational Higher Education

    EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT greatly affected employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the indeks of employee engagement on millennial employee at vocational higher education in Indonesia. The total number of respondents was 95 people from two vocational higher education in East Java. From the results of 4-point Likert scale questionnaire analysis, it was known that the engagement index of millennial employees in vocational higher education was partially engaged with an engagement index of 2.90. The average engagement index for lecturers was higher than that of non-lecturer employees. From these two groups, it was found that the same dominant and less dominant factors were the same; the highest value namely Motivation Value and the lowest was Communication Value. The results of regression analysis showed that all aspects of the independent variables simultaneously affect employee engagement. Efforts to increase the level of employee engagement among millennial employees in vocational PTN are focused on aspects that receive low ratings, including communication, relationships with work and organizations, and remuneration. Employees asked for motivation system based on incentives, and socialization about the remuneration and compensation system

    Purpose: This study focuses on how online learning can aid in the development of the Augmented Reality (AR) technology, "Mar-Care”, which possesses features that will attract elementary students to learn Makaton. Makaton is a Sign Language whose inception dates back to around 1972/73 and it was meant to be used by people with learning disabilities to help develop language and communication skills. This study online learning involves AR technology and the use of Padlet as e-learning platforms a forum for students to discuss and express their opinions. Design: The methods used throughout the production of Mar-Care application technology education learning online tools are the Padlet platform. Findings: Visual representation of the basic hand gestures through 3D animation is shown on the Padlet to explain online learning Research limitations: This study has developed an online medium for online learning.     Purpose: In the midst of the policy of Merdeka Belajar era Menteri Nadiem Makarim, we are died with the coronavirus outbreak (Covid-19). The policy in place is to study at home. It's been more than two weeks of schooling we've had off, but the learning process of teaching continues through activities at home. Teachers teach from their own homes, students study in their homes. Home learning can use self-learning models, online learning, ICT-assisted learning, or other forms. Design/methodology/approach: Our research uses a type of qualitative research that explores data according to the facts that occur in the field with data collection methods through interviews, observations and documentation to obtain the results of research that occurs in schools and campuses during the coronavirus lockdown/ covid 19 Findings: The online learning process has brought creativity to students, students and teachers and lecturers both through school work and community service activities in order to jointly find solutions to the prevention of coronavirus/covid 19 outbreaks. For example students make masks for themselves and donated to the community, some make their own hand wash soap at home and there are community service activities by making hand wash sinks. Research limitations/implications: This research is conducted in the early phase of pandemic. The condition may change at the end of pandemic. Practical implications: We propose that educational institutions should be able to uncover lockdown during the covid-19 pandemic wisely.     Environmental Caring Through Character Education In Vocational School

    Purpose: This research aims to describe the character of environmental awareness of character education and finding model of the development of character strengthening. Design/methodology/approach: This method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection by in-depth interviews, surveys, observations, and documentation by observing the development of the character of environment. The data sources are principals, teachers, students, and parents. Efforts can be made by playing methods included in the curriculum for local content such as Ethics and Introduction to the Environment. The nature of concern for the environment will be increasingly imprinted if in addition to education at school while at home, parents of students also motivate, give advice and role models to care for the environment and will be more effective when collaborated formal and informal education. The data validity technique uses technique and source triangulation through data display, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. Finding: The results are 1) the development of the school curriculum includes self-development programs, integration in subjects, and school culture (school local content, living drug stores, parks, spaces and offices, inspiration to understudies, use of endowments and disciplines, and character advancement, caring , and Responsibility); 2) Input from stakeholders to strengthen environmental care character education for students; 3) The model of developing character of environmental care in vocational students. Research limitations/implications: Result of this research can be used as references to increase environmental caring through character education in vocational school Practical implications: The conclusion that Vocational Schools have implemented character education is the presence of strategies, ideas and nature-based learning, and the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure.     The Influence of Service Quality and Brand Equity on Attitude and Behavior Loyalty on Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya Branch

    Purpose: This paper aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand equity on attitude and behavior loyalty in the customers from Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The method used is statistic-descriptive and the design used is cross sectional. Findings: 2 out of 7 hypotheses are accepted while the other 5 is rejected. Research limitations/implications: Variables considered in this study are service quality, brand equity, attitude loyalty, and behavior loyalty. The samples are 80  respondents from Bank Jatim Syariah Surabaya that were chosen using purposive sampling. Practical implications: Results show that from the 7 hypotheses proposed, only 2 that are accepted. Originality/value: This paper is original.     Forecasting Of Production And Export Indonesian Pepper Commodities Using Smoothing Exponential And Holt Winter Methods

    Purpose: The last few years the contribution of Indonesian pepper in the world market has decreased and has been replaced by Vietnam. If in 2000 and a few years before Indonesia became the world’s main pepper exporter, since 2001 the position has been replaced by Vietnam. In 2006 Indonesia’s position fell back to number three the world was replaced by Brazil which was ranked second. In 2006 Indonesian exports outperformed brazil and returned to rank second. Based on data from the Directorate General of Plantations in 2015, the area under pepper in Indonesia tends to decrease from 2004 to 2015 with an average reduction of area of 3064.5 hectares per year. Based on data from the Directorate General of Plantation in 2015, the area of pepper in Indonesia tends to decline from 2004-2015 with an average reduction of 3,064.5 hectares per year. The occurrence of the deduction according to the Ministry of Agriculture (2013), among others, is caused by: (a) drought; (b) Pest and disease attacks, especially stem rot and jaundice; and (c) conversion of pepper into mining or other plantation land, such as oil palm, rubber or cocoa. Design/methodology/approach:. Methods used to predict the number of production and consumption  of domestic and export of Indonesian pepper is Double exponential Smoothing Brown and the  Smoothing exponential method of Holt-Winter.
