Analysis of the Level of Efficiency, Effectiveness, and Convenience of Using a Pedal Powered Water Pump for Irrigation Activities
Purpose: Analyze the level of efficiency, effectiveness, and convenience of using a pedal-powered water pump for irrigation activities.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews, observations, and documentation on farmers in Carat Village, Pasuruan Regency and conducting descriptive analysis of the data that has been collected.
Findings: The results show that the use of a pedal-powered water pump has various benefits, including efficiency, effectiveness, convenience for farmers, and other benefits.
Research limitation/implications: This research is limited to land that has the same geographical conditions

Challenges Of Exchange Rate Fluctuation And Cpo Prices In Indonesia Palm Oil Industry
Objective : This study points to analyze the challenges of Rupiah Exchange Rates and International CPO Prices to Indonesia's CPO Export Volume.
Design /methodology/approach : this research exercises explanatory type under a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study were done by time series techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) tool.
Findings : The study results indicate that: (1) Rupiah Exchange Rates do not have a significant effect on Indonesia's CPO Export Volume; (2) International CPO prices have a significant effect on Indonesia's CPO Export Volume.
Practical implications : intensify business in economy sector in order to reach the lower class people.

Entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention: the mediating role of perceived behavioral control
Purpose: The objective of this article is to clarify the mechanism through which entrepreneurial passion affects entrepreneurial intention. This article empirically investigate whether perceived behavior control have a mediating effects on the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention. It is based on cognitive perspectives; the present study aimed to identify the impact of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention.
Design/methodology/approach: The research method is quantitative. The sample of this study comprised 240 respondents from the public of Tunisian project leaders. Data were gathered using a self-report administered questionnaire, and hypotheses were tested with structural equation modelling.
Findings:. The results demonstrate that the relationship between passion and intention is mediated by perceived behavioral control. We found that the mediating effect of perceived behavioral control is partial.
Implications/recommendations: Our study has some practical implications for the researcher and entrepreneuship education who are directly and indirectly involved in enhancing the growth of entrepreneurship.
Practical implications: This article gives rise to a new reflection on the analysis of entrepreneurial behavior based on a psychological and affective approach.

Role Of Law And Social Stratification For Online Taxibike Consumer According To The Republic Of Indonesia Law Number 8 1999 Considering Consumer Protection
The role of law and social stratification for online taxi bike consumers regarding implementation Law No. 8 of 1999, using normative descriptive methods. The Law uncurtained concerning taxi bike position as a transportation mode. And since motorbike is likely uncommonly used public transportation. Not only for the taxi bike driver in general, but this issue is also addressed to Gojek driver since the main service of Gojek is using a motorbike as made of transportation.
Regarding the after-mentioned issue, according to article 1 1 of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection (BFL) on 20 April 1999(Indonesia, 1999) it is obvious that the relation of online taxi bike system is so relevant, observe by social stratification approach since it is hierarchically structured. Thus causing a relationship between law and social stratification as are chain reactive it is stated within by the law. Product Innovation Development in The Creative Industries Aren Handicraft in Jember Regency Tutul Village
Purpose: The purpose of this research is how the process of developing product innovation in aren handicraft.
Design/methodology/approach: This type of research uses descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. Researchers use the model developed by Urich & Eppinger for the product innovation development process.
Findings: The results showed that in phase 5 (Production Ramp Up) workers were able to produce new products from hyacinth raw materials and wood waste with a variety of innovations.
Research limitation/implications: The Research is limited to aren handicraft in Village Tutul Jember.
Practical implications: This research can be used as a guide for several interested parties, namely lecturers, students and the craft industry

Optimization of Digital Marketing Strategy with Implementation of SOSTAC Method
Purpose: This training aims to develop digital marketing strategies for pesantren cooperative business entities as one of the efforts in countering the impact of the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Design/methodology/approach: Qualitative phenomenological approach is this research approach where in the process of data collection is done with participant observation to gain an understanding of the essential phenomena that occur.
Findings: The result of this research is a digital marketing strategy for Koperasi Pesantren where pendemic must further develop online marketing. Limited resources on understanding the mechanisms of online marketing become one of the main problems. This needs to be improved through a variety of relevant training activities.
Research limitations/implications: This research is limited to Koperasi Pesantren Zain Amanah Maslahah Lumajang Regency.
Practical implications: The results of this study can be a reference for other business entities to develop digital marketing strategies in the pandemic era.

Customer Relationship Management and Service Quality in Assessing Customer Loyalty
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze and increase customer loyalty through customer relationship management and good service quality.
Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, with a sampling technique in the form of purposive sampling. Analysis using multiple linear regression.
Findings: The results showed that customer relationship management is able to provide an important role in increasing customer loyalty. Providing good service quality is also able to increase customer loyalty.
Research limitations/implications: This research has implications for the problems that exist in UD. Batik Manggur Probolinggo in overcoming customer loyalty problems.
Practical implications: For investors or interested parties in overcoming customer loyalty, customer relationship management practices and service quality need to be maintained properly.

Strategy Development of Revolving Fund for Small Business Grocery Store Using Information System
Purpose: This study aims at analyzing the factors influencing the ability to return capital of MSMEs in Indonesia (case study of grocery store in Surabaya).
Design/methodology/approach: The sample in this study is 171 pioneering grocery stores of cooperative Crosstabulation analysis was implemented to seek the relationship between factors of store internal resources and indicators of quality cooperatives on the ability to pay MSMEs. After that, a system architechture was designed which is then formulated in fuzzy logic to create decision-making system using MYSQL database. To compare the decision result using fuzzy logic, the data obatained were analyzed using logistic regression.
Findings: This study was found the results of manual calculations using logistic regression and calculation results using fuzzy logic-based information system application at www.simtokop.net, it is obtained the same recommendation on six stores that have output: “Growing” (eligible getting the revolving fund).

Covid-19: Disadvantages Of Online Learning Towards Visual Arts Practiced-based Nature
Purpose: This paper discusses the disadvantages of online learning in the context of studio practice -based that focuses on practical skills. Discussions are made by looking at various angles of teaching and learning toward the online method and its implications for the field of Visual Arts. Among the aspects discussed are social isolation, limited feedback, focus on theory rather on practice, lack of flexibility, and lack of transformational power. In general, online learning can only serve as a supporting method to the field of Visual Arts that focuses on the construction of practical skills, where conventional learning method which is characterized by practice-based learning is more appropriate and effective.
Design/methodology/approach: Review approach.
Findings: The best practices for online learning courses are still evolving and are much more difficult to implement especially in terms of learning methods that would be suitable and effective for all areas. Direct training, standard methods, approaches and processes through practice-based are the best practices and are much more established, well understood and more effective for teaching and learning in Visual Arts.
Practical implications: Developing a truly effective online learning course requires time, money, and a huge amount of expertise. Good online learning courses involve multimedia, specialized web development, technical support, and strong user interaction design. If done incorrectly, it will disrupt and negatively impact the learning process because of the lack of time concentrations and space limitations.

Improvement of Student Learning Outcomes after Following Learning With The Media Marketplace
Education is an important component for students in preparing to enter the world of work. education can be completed by students well through the learning process in college. In learning, of course, there are outputs or results that can measure students' abilities. Benchmarks can be seen from student learning outcomes after using the media marketplace. Marketplace is one that can be used to market entrepreneurial products. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes after participating in learning with the media marketplaceThe research method used qualitative methods, namely to determine the increase in student learning outcomes after participating in learning with the media marketplace. The data analysis techniques used was tests. Based on the results of this study, it is known that seen from the average student score increased from 84.88 to 86, 24 after the use of marketplace learning media, this means that the use of marketplace learning media can improve student learning outcomes in accounting education study programs.
