Banana Ice Cream as An Eco-friendly Social Enterprise Product for Helping Cancer Patients During Treatment
Purpose: Banana ice cream is a fun food to eat and has both functions. The use of banana as main component of ice cream is expected to be a sustainable food, which is supporting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The business of banana ice cream can be run for social purposes that make a profit, which will circle back for the needs of cancer patients.
Design/methodology/approach: Break even point analysis used to determine economic feasibility of the business plan. Break even point would be reached when the total unit of selling banana ice cream as much as 3.024 scoops with sales value was 15.120.000 Indonesian Rupiah. The minimum time for recovering the initial investment was 151 days or 5 months. Banana ice cream business is feasible to be run.
Findings: Cancer treatments often cause adverse effects at different levels. The adverse effect can greatly affect the patient's daily activities that may impair quality of life. New food products shall be developed to improve patient nutrition and reduce side effects from therapies.

Companies are also required to innovate products, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic and pharmaceutical companies are intensively innovating products because people are aware of the importance of maintaining health. This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin, and Debt To Equity Ratio on Dividend Payout Ratio.
Design/methodology/approach: The independent variables in this study are ROA (X1), ROE (X2), NPM (X3) and DER (X4) and the dependent variable in this study is DPR (Y). The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research. This study took all time series data with a period of 5 years 2017 to 2021. The number of research samples with purposive sampling techniques was obtained by as many as 5 companies.
Findings: From the results of this study, it can be concluded that ROA, ROE, NPM, and DER have a significant effect on DPR.

Implementation of Research Statistics Booklets Assisted Zoom Applications on Student Learning Outcomes
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the zoom application assisted by research statistics booklets on student learning outcomes
Design/methodology/approach: The research method used in this study is an experimental method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are done through observation and tests. Data analysis was performed with the Paired Samples Test using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24 tool.
Findings: It can be seen from the study results that there is an increase in the value of the average score, i.e., 20.8, from the pretest results of 58.0 (enough criteria) to 78.75 (excellent standards) on the post-test results. The hypothesis test results indicate a significant effect of the zoom application assisted by the research statistics booklet in improving student learning outcomes in the research statistics course.
Practical implications: The learning process, especially e-learning, is in dire need of suitable media/tools to support learning, especially practical or computational subjects that require face-to-face explanations even through cyberspace so that learning objectives are achieved, and these media/devices must be supported by internet connectivity with sufficient access.
Originality/value: This research results from researcher analysis based on research results to determine the implementation of the zoom application assisted by research statistics booklets on student learning outcomes in semester 5 of the accounting education study program at the University of PGRI Palembang.

Study of Integrated Systems Pumps in Coast of DKI Jakarta
Purpose: The development of DKI Jakarta is causing prone to flood threats so that required proper water management systems to reduce puddles or floods that occurred in some areas. Current water managament system is the Polder of Pluit water mangament system, and Pasar Ikan Pump system. Jakarta will plan an integrated pump system to reduce the workload of the Pluit Polder Pump System and Pasar Ikan Pump when the system is down for maintenance, the pump will be planned to include (1) Karang Pump System, (2) Haila-Marina Pump System, and (3) Sunter-Sentiong Pump System.
Design: This study was conducted through three stages, collecting data, data processing, and a review of the results of the analysis. Within hydrology analysis, calculations of rainfall distribution were conducted by Normal Distribution method, Log-Normal, Gumbel, and Log Pearson III and tested using the Smirnov Kolmogorov Method. The calculation of the discharge plan using HSS Nakayasu. Hydraulic analysis with 25 years reset period of discharge plan performed using HEC-RAS software. Study of the integration of the four pump system on the north shore as a basis for drafting an alternative effort to control the puddle and flood in areas of its services and also to evaluate the discharge pump needed to improve the optimization and the pattern of the pump on the north shore system.
Findings: The scenario of the operation of the four integrated pump systems provide better results than standalone scenarios, especially for the Karang Pump, Karang Ikan Pump, and Sentiong Pump with water elevation reduction of -1.67 m,-0,29 m, and 0.66 m. In contrast to Pluit Pump and Hailai-Marina Pump happen an increase in water elevation of 0.29 m and m 0.38. Worst impacts on system integration in the event of the failure of operation Pump Pluit, Hailai-Marina, and Sentiong were simultaneously or 2 pumps of the pump 3 failed to operate, so the necessary floodgates on every connecting channel between the systems. The presence of pump system Hailai-Marina and Sentiong was becoming very important, if the system pump is dead then impacted the increase of volume of the Pluit Pump of 215,0%, and 183.1% of the Pasar Ikan Pump which means Pluit Pump and Pasar Ikan Pump will work two times more weight of standalone scenarios, while the Coral Pumps operate normally without an increase in the volume of the pump i.e. 98.7%
