In order to support Laga-Bauguia trade activities, the Ministry of Public Works (PU) is building a road network to the southern region. In its development, there is the development of the Laga-Bauguia Access Road which will be implemented from February 2023 to February 2025. This highway is one of the most important highways because it will connect the north coast area and cross the hills to the Matabian Mountains area which is visited by many tourists. local and foreign. This research aims to analyze the performance of the Laga - Bauguia Highway improvement project in terms of costs and analyze the estimated costs for the remaining work, as well as the cost of completing the Laga - Bauguia Highway improvement project. Every construction project requires control measures in terms of costs, where in carrying out control it is necessary to know in advance the ongoing project performance. One way to determine the cost performance of the project is the Earned Value method. This method can reveal whether the progress in implementing project work is commensurate with the use of part of the budget. By analyzing the concept of Earned Value, the relationship between what has actually been achieved physically and the amount of budget that has been spent can be seen. During the review period in the 8th month, a CPI value of 5.50 was obtained, which means that the actual costs incurred were less than the budget costs. In the 13th month, the CPI value was obtained at 5.50, which means the actual costs incurred were smaller than the budgeted costs

Zanzibar's Unity Government: A New Episode or Changing Direction of Revolutionary Ideology?

In January 1964, Zanzibar witnessed a revolution that overridden the Independence of 1963. The revolution targeted the Arab rulers occupying native land. The revolution produces two contested beliefs in society. The effect of these beliefs became apparent during the single-party and multiparty system starting in 1992, where identity-based politics and political discontent were visible. In 2010, the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar began jointly led by the two parties. The Chama Cha Mapinduzi, a descendant of the revolutionary party (Afro-Shiraz Party) and the Civic United Front, shifted to the Alliance for Change and Transparency (ACT). The CUF is often seen as a descendant of Arab parties (Zanzibar and Pemba People Party), with negative connotations of revolution. This paper explores the Government of National Unity in Zanzibar, a new political episode of revolutionary Government. It delves into the social, political, and economic factors that led revolutionary ideology to embrace a national unity government. The study reveals that the revolution's ideology has gradually changed from politics of isolation and exclusion to nationalization due to natural and artificial factors. These changes are brought by natural and artificial factors, including time, technology, development desire, and generation's shift

Analysis of the Price of Summary Water Disposal at the Kampung Kasai Derawan Islands Berau District

Raw water is water that can be derived from surface water sources, groundwater reservoirs and/or rainwater that is used as raw water for drinking water. Raw water that has passed through a process with a certain intake system and is stored in as clean water and when continued with the process of the Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM) then will produce water ready for use by the community. The presence of clean water in a region becomes very important given the very dynamic community activity. To meet the need for clean water, the population of a region can rely on water from direct water sources such as surface water and rainwater because both sources of water are easily accessible even though most of them are polluted either directly or indirectly by human activity itself. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of effective clean water management strategies is needed to address the shortage of supply during the rainy season in the villages. Research methods carried out using a cost estimate analysis of clean water supply. The pumping tests were conducted continuously for a certain time and when the pumping test was felt sufficient, where the groundwater surface position was relatively stable at a certain depth, then the pump was shut down. In the case of the 24 hour pumping testing, a constant flow of 2.32 Lt/second was obtained

The need for information about weather conditions in a particular environment is very necessary for the community, so that they can plan activities for the future. A forecaster cannot process data to predict weather or climate conditions if it is not accompanied by historical data within a predetermined time period. Data is a very important savings for future generations, because data will make the nation's generation smart. Without data, all previous information would not be known to be studied. The current condition of the earth is very worrying and not easy to predict. Therefore, it is very important to have integrated observations and services in coastal and marine areas to support resilience to climate change and other marine hazards.Sustainable marine observations and services are very important and relevant to reduce potential problems and threats arising from climate change. In this paper we will discuss the creation of a tool for monitoring weather, where this tool will take data on humidity, temperature and rainfall. so that from this data we can predict weather conditions in the area. By using the fuzzy method, the combination of these three data can be used by fishermen to make decisions about whether it is still safe to go to sea.The system is built based on Arduino using muoring buoy media. where this tool will be placed in the sea. The power supply system uses solar cells, so that it can independently meet the power needs of the equipment. From the test results the system can work normally and well
