Get PDF本稿の目的は、地区防災計画づくりを通して、地域行政と地域社会の間でガバナンス・ネットワークが構築されたのかどうか、そして地区防災計画制度がローカル・ガバナンスに寄与するかどうかを明らかにすることである。地区防災計画づくりを通して、地域行政と地域社会の間でガバナンス・ネットワークが構築され、両者の間には自律的・水平的な関係が築かれ、そしてメタ・ガバナンスやトランスフォーメーションといった相互作用が行われることができれば、地区防災計画という制度はローカル・ガバナンスを構築する取組であると言えるだろう。埼玉県内の基礎自治体や住民団体へ実施したヒアリング調査から、実際に地区防災計画づくりを通して、メタ・ガバナンスやトランスフォーメーションが行われたのかどうかを考察していく。The purpose of this paper is to examine if there is an organized system of governance networking between local governments and the community, and to establish if community disaster management systems contribute toward local governance. If a community disaster management system creates autonomous and horizontal relationships between a local government and the community and leads to meta-governance and transformation of governance networking, this will allow for an improved community disaster management planning system which will contribute to improving local governance. The author undertook a case study of a local government and community in Saitama Prefecture and considered if meta-governance and a transformation of governance networking took place through the creation of a community disaster plan.論文 / Article

Get PDFThis is a survey on the author's recent work [22] and a pre-report on [23]. We show a method of constructing an in-variant Lagrangian mean curvature flow in a Calabi-Yau manifold with the use of generalized perpendicular symmetries. We also show a way to construct special Lagrangian submanifolds as a special case of our method. We use moment maps of the actions of Lie groups, which are not necessarily abelian. By our method, we construct a non-trivial examples of special Lagrangian submanifolds in the cotangent bundle of the n-sphere T* Sn and a self-similar solution of a Lagrangian mean curvature flow in Cn

Get PDF城西大学薬学部医療栄養学科では，2年次生を対象として2年次前期までに終了した11科目について，専門分野を横断した栄養評価や栄養管理が行える総合的な能力を養うことを目指し，これまでに習得してきた専門的な知識を再確認する後期開講の専門科目として「総合演習A」が位置づけられている。また，総合演習Aは，2年次生から3年次生へ進級するための重要な科目として，これまで教場試験による総括的評価によって成績を判定してきた。ところが，2020年度においては，新型コロナウイルスによる感染拡大による防止対策としてオンラインによる遠隔授業を導入することとなり，定期試験においても教場試験に準じたオンライン試験の方法を模索する必要があった。本稿では，2020年9月に実施した総合演習Aの初回試験において，形成的評価としたオンライン試験の方法について示すとともに今後の課題や問題点について報告する。報
