Get PDF間葉系幹細胞 (MSC) は、骨髄組織など身体の様々な組織に未分化な状態で存在し、必要に応じて骨、脂肪細胞などに分化し、生体の恒常性を維持している。近年、加齢や疾患に伴い体性幹細胞も増殖能や分化能が低下することが報告されている。本研究で、申請者はジペプチドであるプロリルヒドロキシプロリン（PO）はMSCのBone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) を誘導し、Gremlin2 (Grem2) を抑制することを見出した。POは骨形成タンパク質であるBMP2およびそのアンタゴニストであるGrem2を介してMSCから骨芽細胞への誘導を促進させる可能性を見出した。Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) exist in an undifferentiated state in various tissues of the body, such as bone marrow tissue, and maintain homeostasis by differentiating into bone, fat cells, etc. as needed. Recently, it has been reported that somatic stem cells also lose their proliferative and differentiation potential with aging and disease. In this study, the dipeptide prolylhydroxyproline (PO) induced bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) and inhibited Gremlin2 (Grem2) in MSCs. Education and Psychological Practice: Discussion on the Contrastive Features Based on the Review of the Related Literatures and the Dialogues with Experienced Practitioners
Get PDF本研究は，１）文献のレビューにより，教育と心理臨床の対照的特徴を包括的に示し，２）その結果を，教育現場に身をおく専門家の実感に照らして検討すること，３）それらをふまえ，今後の教育と心理臨床の関係に関わる今後の研究課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。研究１では，教育と心理臨床に関する４８の文献から，違いに言及した部分を抜粋し，それらを質的に分析した結果，最終的に１０のカテゴリが生成された。特に，言及される頻度の高い内容をもとに，両者の特徴を描写した。研究２では，学校臨床経験のある心理臨床家４名，及び中学・高校の教員５名に，座談会もしくはインタビュー形式で協力を依頼し，研究１の結果についての見解を求めた。その結果，個を対象とする場面に関する限り，教員と心理臨床家の差異は，以前ほど明確ではなくなりつつあることが示され，心理臨床の考え方が，教育現場に浸透してきたことの影響が考察された。以上の結果から，今後の研究課題として，３つの方向性を示した。The purpose of this study was 1) to describe an inclusive view of contrastive features of educational and psychological practice, 2) to discuss the result based on the views of experienced clinical psychologists and teachers, and 3) to find out the course of future research. In study 1, the contrastive features were abstracted from the forty-eight articles and analyzed qualitatively. Outcomes identified the ten highest-order categories and a global view of contrastive features was depicted. In study 2, experienced practitioners (four clinical psychologists and five high school teachers) participated in a conversation meeting or a semi-structured interview and were asked about their views on the results of study 1. As a result, we suggest that the contrast between teachers and clinical psychologists is not as clear as it used to be, which could be because perspectives or approaches of clinical psychologists got infiltrated into the field of education during the past few decades. Based on the above discussions, we also suggest the course of future research.論文 / Article
