Chinese Political Slogans and Education, Culture Policy ～Expectations for discussion on the essence and ideal form of education
Get PDF重要文書等にも繰り返し登場する、「中国の特色ある社会主義」や社会主義の核心的価値、といった政治スローガンは、一体何を意味しているのか。また、これらの政治スローガンと教育分野、文化面は、どのように関連づけられているのか。「中国の特色ある社会主義」は、1982 年に用いられて以降、一貫して掲げ続けられている。もはや、中国を表す代名詞のような役割を果たしていると思われる。この「中国の特色ある社会主義」を発展させるために重要になる社会主義文化強国を建設するには、24 文字で示された社会主義の核心的価値が必要とされ、徳育教科（思想政治教育）を通じた核心的価値観の育成を図る教育政策が展開されている。ソフト・パワーと核心的価値を結びつけた考えも示されてはいるが、ソフト・パワーは、政府の強力なイニシアティブや、統制が行き届いた環境から芽生えるのではなく、市民社会から生じるものであることを理解する必要がある。こんにちにおいては、「習近平思想」教育も加わり、さらなる思想政治教育の強化が図られている。中国は政治スローガンの徹底を図るために、教育分野や文化面における思想政治教育をより強化している。中国の教育、特に徳育教科には政治的思惑や色濃い政治色がより一層滲み出ていると言える。中国国内において、教育の本質をめぐる議論が生じていることを踏まえ、今後、開かれた空間で、教育の本質をめぐる議論がより一層深まり、教育のあるべき姿を模索する動きが加速していくことに期待したい。What do the political slogans such as, Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, and the core values of socialism mean when they appear repeatedly in important documents? And how are these political slogans related to the fields of education and culture? Socialism with Chinese Characteristics was first used in 1982 and has been consistently upheld since then. It seems that this slogan has become a pronoun that represents China. For the CCP to build a socialist cultural power that will be important for the development of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, the party has created core values of socialism expressed in 24 characters and educational policies are being developed to nurture core values through moral education （ideological and political）. Some have suggested that soft power is linked to these core values, but it has been argued that this stems from civil society rather than from strong government initiatives or well-regulated environments, something China needs to understand. Today, with the addition of Xi Jinping Thought Education, efforts are being made to further strengthen ideological and political education and China is further strengthening ideological and political education in the fields of education and culture to ensure more thorough political slogans. It can be said that China’s education, especially moral education, is tinged with political speculation and strong political colour. It is hoped the debate on the essence of education will deepen the understanding of China and that a movement to search for an ideal form of education will accelerate.論文 / Article

Report on the Manufacturing through Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration and Cross-Faculty PBL: Development of "Golden Kabosu Yokan" Using Local Resources
Get PDF高等教育において広く活用されているPBL (project-based learning)は,社会人基礎力の養成に有効であることが知られている。城西大学においても外部機関との連携を前提としたPBLが実践されてきたが,それらは学部ごとに独立で進められてきた。本稿は,二学部の学生が協働で進める産官学連携PBLである「モノづくりを通じた学部横断型PBL教育プ□グラ厶」について,成果物である「黄金かぼすようかん」の開発経緯を中心に報告するものである。学部横断型PBLを通じた地域連携商品開発プ□ジェクトは,参加学生に高い教育効果が期待できるだけでなく,教員間の良いコミュニケーションの場にもなりえる。学部間連携を通じて,大学の教育の質を高められる可能性が 伺えた。Project-based-learning (PBL) is known to be effective in cultivating “fundamental competencies for working persons" and widely utilized in higher education. Although PBL approach with industries collaboration has been practiced at Josai University, it has been conducted independently by each faculty. This paper reports on the “Cross-Departmental PBL Education Program through Manufacturing,M an industry- government-academia collaborative PBL program in which students from two faculties work together, focusing on the development of the “Golden Kabosu Yokan.^^ Developing products in collaboration with the local community through cross-faculty PBL is expected to have a high educa tional effect on participating students. Besides, Cross-faculty PBL can be a good opportu nity for exchange among faculty members. This paper suggests that through inter departmental collaboration, the quality of education at the university could be enhanced.研究ノート / Study Not
On the influence of Hiring Foreign Workers and International Students upon Japan' s Economy

The authorities concerned have ignored the demands for the workforce, kept trying to recruit a highly qualified workers, and therefore lead to the decline of productivity. The authorities concerned should modify the inappropriate policies for foreign labors and the employment of foreign students while Japan is developing international business. Both foreign labors and foreign students are indispensable for Japan to boost economy development in the future
