Functional use of languages, contexts and cultural aspects as a motivational strategy in Spanish as a second language
In this article we present the findings from a qualitative research, based on the case study format and exploratory methodology. The data were collected using participant observation, anecdotal registration record. The description of the case was complemented with the use of instruments such as questionnaires and interviews. The field work was carried out at the Japanese College of Asunción. The article describes the daily life of the classroom of Spanish as a second language and foreign language in the Japanese School of Asunción- Paraguay. Some commonly used techniques with Japanese students are referred to. And the result of the observation of the unconscious processes of use of the languages in contact, within the
class, is presented. Through these observations, we were able to identify elements as code switching on languages in contact and the processes of functional use of languages. The importance of teacher preparation as a facilitator and process generator, the importance of motivation and the use of recreational and cultural activities as a means to promote the interest and willingness to learn in the student was confirmed.研究ノー

It is the Problem with Skill Training System for Foreigners
本稿は,外国人技能実習制度の歴史と現状を検討し,その問題点を解明することを目的とする。外国人技能実習制度は2016 年に『技能実習法』の交付によって,成立されたが,技能実習生制度は1993 年に創設された外国人研修制度を受けついだものである。二つの制度はいずれも「開発途上国などの技能などの移転を図り,その経済発展を担う人づくりに協力する」ことを目的として,日本の国際貢献において重要な役割を果たした。このように技能実習制度は国際貢献活動の一環として開始されたものの,技能実習生の労働力に日本人労働者が就労したがらない分野の労働を頼るという問題もあり,制度の目的と現実的な制度運営との間に大きなギャップがみられる。また,近年,技能実習生の失踪の問題がクローズアップされ,社会問題化している。今後,外国人労働者の受け入れ数が増えるにつれて,問題が急増するに違いない。数多い問題のうち,労働環境改善が必要である。本稿は労働環境の問題についても触れている。労働環境の改善が大きな課題となっていくと考えられる。The purpose of this paper is to examine the history and current status of the foreign technical Intern Training program of foreigners and to clarify its problems. The Technical Intern Training program of foreigners was established in 2016 by the grant of the “Technical Intern Law,” but the Postal program for Skills Implementation is based on the Foreigner Training program established in 1993. Both systems played an important role in Japan’s international contribution, intending to transfer skills and the like for developing countries and to cooperate on the development of people responsible for their economic development.Although the technical intern training system was started as a part of international contribution activities in this way, there is a problem that Japan relies on the labor force of technical interns for the fields of work where Japanese workers do not want to work. There is a large gap between the objective of the program and realistic system management. In recent years, the problem of the disappearance of technical interns has been highlighted and has become a social problem.In the future, as the accepted number of foreign workers increases, the problems must rapidly increase.Among many issues, there is a demand for improving the working environment. This paper also touches on the work environment issues. Improving the working environment is expected to be a significant issue

Antitumor activity of the combination of arsenic compound and tetrandrine against human breast cancer
本研究は、新たな乳がん薬物治療法の開発を目的とし、ヒト乳がん組織に対するヒ素化合物とテトランドリンの単独および併用効果を検討した。両薬物の処理によって組織生存と組織からIL-6とIL-10の分泌が抑制される傾向が観察された一方、IL-17AとTNFの分泌が促進される傾向が見受けられた。また、両薬物に誘導される乳がん細胞(MDA-MB-231、MCF-7、T47D)の増殖抑制に細胞死、細胞周期アレストおよび分化誘導が関与することを明らかにした。本研究から得られた新しい知見に基づいて、両薬物の乳がん治療実用化に向けて、乳がん患者由来腫瘍移植マウスモデルを用いたさらなる研究が必要であると考えられた。The effects of arsenic compounds (As) and tetrandrine (Tetra), alone or in combination, against human breast cancer tissue were conducted in order to develop new therapeutic strategies to combat breast cancer. Treatment with As combined with Tetra appeared to reduce the viability of cancer tissues, along with the downregulation of the secretion of IL-6 and IL-10, and upregulation of the secretion of IL-17A and TNF, respectively. Moreover, exposure of the combined treatment to different types of breast cancer cell lines (MDA-MB-231, MCF-7 and T-47D) resulted in proliferation inhibition, which appeared to be associated with cell death, cell cycle arrest and differentiation induction. These findings thus suggest that the combination can probably serve as promising candidates for the development of novel therapeutic approaches for different types of breast cancer. Influence of Stretchiness and Application Times of Tapes on Peel Forces and the Correlation between Peel Forces on Test Plate and in vivo Human Skin
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of stretchiness and application times of tapes on the peel forces. Moreover, the correlation between the peel forces on SS (stainless steel) plate and in vivo human skin was also evaluated. Non-stretch tape (NST) was prepared from six commercial tape products, which were stretch tapes (STs), to evaluate the influence of stretchiness on the peel force. The influence of stretchiness and application times of the tapes were evaluated by a stretchiness measurement and a peeling test using the test plate. It was found that the stretchiness of ST relaxed the peel forces and changed the peeling angles. In contrast, the relaxation of peeling stresses and the change in peeling angles could be suppressed by using the NST. The peel forces of the NST remarkably increased with increasing application times, and almost plateaued from 180 min after sticking. In order to evaluate the correlation between the peel forces of the tapes on SS plate and in vivo human skin, the peel force of the NST on in vivo human skin was measured 1 min and 180 min after sticking. No correlation was obtained 1 min after sticking (p>0.05). In contrast, good correlation was obtained 180 min after sticking (p=0.002). The in vitro peeling test method in this study using NST and application times of 180 min is useful for evaluating the peel forces of tapes on in vivo human skin
