IMPLEMENTASI PENGONTROLAN TEGANGAN KELUARAN DC STEP UP QUADRATIC BOOST CONVERTER DENGAN VARIASI TEGANGAN INPUT DARI SINGLE PV MENGGUNAKAN LOGIKA FUZZY
Resulting output voltage is not constant due to light intensity and surface temperature of the solar panels. To overcome the output voltage of solar panels that tends to fluctuate, is to add a DC-DC converter to the output side of the DC-DC Converter used in this study is the Quadratic Boost Converter type which has a role to increase the output voltage of the monocrystalline type solar panel so that it remains constant at 24V DC. using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Control as a method of controlling PWM switching.
The results obtained from this study are that the quadratic boost converter can keep the output voltage of the solar panel constant at 24V, with low ripple voltage and overshoot. The Mamdani fuzzy logic method used can produce a constant output voltage value with a rise time of ± 5 seconds. The efficiency obtained from this converter hardware is quite good, ranging from 76% - 88%

Palu is municipality located in equator where solar radiation is abundantly available. therefore, utilization of solar energy is potential. solar energy technology has some advantages, such as are of renewable energy, having no pollution an d available everywhere. recently, the use of solar energy technology, especially photovoltaic, has been used widely such as battery charger using photovoltaic. charging battery with photovoltaic as source, has been limited by instability of photovoltaic output voltage. so voltage input of battery is also fluctuated.
This research applies cuk converter to increase and decrease the voltage from photovoltaic. to stabilize the output of cuk converter at 13,8 V. PID control is applied with Kp,Kd,Ki, and setpoint are 0.5, 0.25, 0.02, and 110 respectively.
The result shows that use of cuk converter can raise and decrease the source voltage by regulating duty cycle, as well reduce ripple of photovoltaic voltage. the average efficiency of the cuk converter is 79 % when charge the battery. the duration time needed to charge fully the battery is 2-4 hours

In rural areas, free-range chickens are raised naturally, that is, the eggs are incubated by their parents directly so that the breeding of chickens is not optimal, because the native hens are only able to incubate a few eggs. Therefore an automatic chicken egg incubator is needed.
Egg incubators that use automatic controllers in order to facilitate the hatching process, get maximum hatching results as expected and be able to find hatching information remotely by sending information via sms gateway. The hatching temperature is 37-380C and turning the eggs every 8 hours, starting from the eggs being put in the incubator until the eggs hatch. The data from the sensors will be processed in the diarduino and sent to the hatchery owner via SIM800L V.2 when the sound sensor detects the sound of the hatched egg. The information about the eggs that have been hatched comes from the sound sensor, even though the farmer is not in the hatchery.
Experiments were carried out using 20 chicken eggs as a sample. The results of the successful hatching test were 4 chickens with a 20% success percentage, due to a power cut during the hatching process
PERPINDAHAN PANAS HYBRID PHOTOVOLTAIC DAN THERMOELEKTRIC GENERATOR DENGAN HOT MIRROR
Heat transfer is the transfer of energy from one area to another due to the temperature difference between these areas. Wasted heat energy can be converted into electricity using (TEG) between the hot and cold sides. If the temperature difference is more significant, the efficiency may increase along with the operating temperature of the TEG-type material. So in this study, the author will calculate the heat transfer that occurs in Photovoltaic (PV), Thermoelectric Generator (TEG), and Hot Mirrors by utilizing thermal energy light produced from Muxindo LED bulbs with 10 Watt, 15 Watt, and 20 Watt power. The results of this study indicate that by using 10, 15, and 20 Watt LED bulbs for free convection heat transfer, the power generated from each point increases because it passes through several obstacles from objects that experience a decrease in temperature to PV and TEG, with the characteristics of the displacement. The movement of molecules from the medium importance follows convection heat at every point of transfer in the intermediate substance. The most significant power generated from radiant heat transfer is about 0.1873 Watt. It occurs on the surface of the fresnel lens using a 20 Watt LED bulb with the characteristic that the radiation propagates in a straight line and does not require an intermediate medium to transfer heat from one substance to another. The most significant conduction heat transfer power, 0.2453 Watt, occurs in Fresnel Lens using a 20 Watt LED bulb with heat transfer characteristics in solid objects

The need for fish is increasing every year. Because it is increasing every year, fish farming must be increased in line with the use of improved fish farming technology. So that it requires an adequate technological structure and mechanization. Based on this background, the arduino-based floating robot for feeding freshwater pond fish is designed to be able to apply technology that is useful in feeding farmed fish.
The arduino based floating robot fish feeding freshwater fish pond using Arduino Mega 2560 as its microcontroller, 4 Sharp 2Y0A21 sensors that function to detect pond walls, RTC functions as a timer so that it can feed fish according to the time set on the tool, LCD functions as the information viewer of the tool, the L298N motor driver controls the DC motor and the servo motor functions as the opening or closing of the food valve on the appliance.
In the test, the arduino based floating robot fish feeding freshwater fish pond is able to float in water and can feed fish based on the time available on the tool. The Sharp 2Y0A21 sensor as a pool wall detector has a distance reading in the range of 1 millimeter to 10 centimeter. The robot can avoid the pool wall with a span of 3 - 7 seconds, this is influenced, among others, by surging water, wind, sensor response, and DC motors

Indonesia is a country that has an area of sea three times larger than the land area. In line with the rapid development, the need for electricity is also increasing. So that Indonesia has great potential to produce alternative and environmentally friendly energy, namely Sea Wave Energy. Its continuous nature is available all the time. Many potential coastal areas in Indonesia, however, have not been utilized optimally.
The purpose of this study is to see the potential of Wave Energy for electricity. For this reason, research was carried out at a location in the Central Sulawesi area, precisely in Salubomba, Central Banawa District, Donggala Regency. In this study a potential study was conducted on 3 types of PLTGL, namely Buoy, OWC, and Pasut Dam, where one will be chosen that meets the wave criteria requirements on the Beach. From the results of research, PLTGL that fulfills the requirements is the type of buoy.
Data collection begins with secondary data, namely wind data from Mutiara Station. Then proceed with calculating wave forecasting using the SMB (Sverdrup Munk-Bretschneider) method. The results of this study, Salubomba beach has the potential to be built by the Buoy Type Wave Power Plant, a significant wave height of 0.52 - 3.37 meters with a ruptured depth of 3.95 meters

In studying the behaviour of a motor selected to drive industrial equipment, the main problem being faced is to determine whether the characteristic of the motor suits the requirements imposed by the driven unit. Different kinds of machines and mechanisms as well as electrical motor exhibit different characteristics. The aim of this research is to compare the characteristic of induction motor using loop winding and concentric winding. The parametersobserved are current, voltage, power factor, torque and speed. The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Electrical Engineering Department of Tadulako University and the result of this study indicated that characteristic of the loop winding induction motor is better than that of theconsentric winding

When consumers buy eggs, consumers should be more careful choosing the egg because there are some eggs that the quality has been decreased or the eggs are damaged and cannot be consumed anymore. This is caused by the length of egg storage time and didn’t have a tool that capable to detect the condition of the egg. People or egg breeders / entrepreneurs habit on looking the quality of eggs still use manual way, as a result it takes a long time because it must select the eggs condition one by one. The purpose of this research is to design and make the detection tool of chicken egg condition with ATmega 32 microcontroller using light sensor, so that the time efficiency and the result of egg selection becomes faster. . The use of tools is very easy and simple so that consumers or breeders / entrepreneurs can use it. Then to simplify and speed up the selection time of chicken eggs breeder or entrepreneur to distinguish good and damaged egg condition

A short circuit is one of the most common types of disturbances in a power system, either short-circuit between wire to ground and short circuit between different phase wires. When the disturbance occurs, the current flowing in the transmission line leading to the center of the disturbance is very large, so it will affect the stability of the entire system, To avoid damage and large losses, the distance relay is used as the main protection in securing the transmission line.
This study discusses the short-circuit currents of one ground phenomenon that occurs in the main substation of talise heads, and simulates short circuit one phase to ground using ETAP (Electric Transient and Analysis Program) 12.6.0 software.
From the calculation of this research, the largest short circuit current flows occur in the type of short-circuit current disturbance of the ground phases with the disturbance distances at 25% distance of 827,84 A, disturbance distances at 50% distance of 792,97 A, disturbance distances at 75% distance of 760,29 A and short circuit current of one ground phases with distances distances at 100% distance of 729,71 A and the result of distance relay setting value for zone 1 of ZSetting-1 value is 2,672 Ω and ZSetting-0 value is 5,148 Ω, for zone 2 the value of ZSetting-1 is 4,809 Ω and ZSetting-0 value is 9,226 Ω , and for Zone 3 the ZSetting-1 value is 8.91 Ω ZSetting-0 value is 10.117 Ω

Current road users cannot be separated from the number of violators, therefore traffic lights are made to regulate traffic on the road. At traffic lights, there is also a zebra crossing which serves as a means of crossing the road for pedestrians. To minimize violations at road intersections, researchers designed a tool to detect traffic violations.
Traffic violation detection tool is made in prototype form using a control system with Arduino nano and software. This traffic light system uses LDR and laser sensors to detect these violations by cutting the laser which sends light to the LDR. This tool is also equipped with a webcam camera that functions to photograph violations that occur and a buzzer that functions as a warning to officers and riders in the event of a violation with an average response speed of the webcam of 2.37 seconds and the average response speed of the buzzer is 0.4 seconds. . The snapshot from the webcam is saved automatically on your PC / Laptop
