    PENDEKATAN TRIANGULAR FUZZY NUMBER DALAM METODE ANALYTIC HIERARCHY PROCESS

    The study aims to design decision support system using triangular fuzzy number approach in Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is one of the decision support system method which controls experiences and intuition but critical at coupled comparative scales because it uses crisp. A triangular fuzzy number is used to approach AHP scale so as to obtain more fexible value of coupled comparison. The triangular fuzzy number-AHP method uses analysissynthetic extent in the priority processing implemented on ranking cases of potential acceptors of scholarship of PPA and BBM in Technic Faculty Tadulako University of Palu. The result is the average of mismatch between the result by triangular fuzzynumber-AHP method and the result of manual work which are 23.93% of the PPA scholarship and 27,35% of the BBM scholarship

    kWh-meter as an each hour electrical energy consumption measurer is still using conventional tools which only recordsthe amount of electrical energy used in each hour. By using AT89S52 microcontroller and optocoupler sensor, the conventional kWhmeter was modified to be a measurer which is not only display s the amount of the used electrical energy but also shows the value of money in rupiahs that should be paid by the customer. The principle of how this system works is PLN as a power source of kWh-meter moves the disc of kWh-meter when it is in the underload condition. When the disc spin and pass the optocoupler sensor, the sensor will turn on. Each time the disc cuts the beam of light, the sensor will instruct the microcontroller, the main controller, to process the execution instruction. This execution instruction results in the reading ofboth a number of rounds per kWh and an amount of rupiahs display ed in LCD

    This research aims to build the academic systems information which is focused in table and inter table relation. Table design and decision of inter table relation are very important in term of creating an information system because those table and relation have influence in system performance and to avoid data redundancy. Method used in this study is interview with user who involved in the system and retrieve the hardcopy needed. Normalisation is done to the third stage. The conclusion foundin this research is that the amount of table used in this system are six and there is no data redundancy

    Solar energy is one of the alternative energy sources which can be used as electrical energy. As the effect of earth rotation and revolution, it had not been optimized maximally yet. The rotation of earth causes the sun moves from east to west every day, and the revolution of earth causes the sun move from north to south every year. These phenomenons cause the differentintensity of sun light in every earth surface. To optimize the sun light, the design and realization of solar tracker is very important. The solar tracker has to be able to track the position of the sun and move the solar cell to face the sun light. The solar tracker can move in two axis with moving type of rotate and tilt, so it works optimally every time. This solar tracker is designed by using photo diode as light sensor and servo motor as actuator. The system uses ATMega8535 as control unit which able to process signal from the sensor and resulted Pulse Width Modulation to control servo motor moving. The testing showed this solar tracker capable to raise the average power to 0.676 watt and the eficiency to 36,216%. The error of tracking is 90at heavy cloud

    The problem in this study were: (1) how the intensity of pollution sector in the region polluted insulator, (2) how polluted insulator surface conductivity Parent substations in each region, (3) how to profile an appropriate insulators forsubstations with different levels of intensity of pollution sector in the region. To solve this problem pollutant samplingconducted on ceramic insulators on the channel milestone substation switchyard each region at two different points, namelyat the top of the insulator and the bottom fin insulators. The results showed the intensity of pollution for every region ofsubstation at a concentration of 0.50 g / l has a value of ESDD with dissolved heavy pollutant levels (> 0.1 mg/cm2), while thevalue of NSDD categorized insoluble lowlevel pollutants. The design of this arm robot control system using the computer as a data processor with PPI-8255 interface and parallel port (LPT1). Robot software system designed to control the robot to do a certain task is instructed via keybord. Control of motor rotation in the robot is done through software on personal computers and the robot is designed to be controlled manually or automatically using the program Delphi 7.0

    The study is devoted to forecast electrical energy demand from 2007 to 2020, so lack of energy can be anticipated. The study was conducted in Palu, province of Central Sulawesi. The data is analyzed using linear regression. The result showed that the increasing of load in 2007 is very significant with peak load reached 120,6 MW. In 2020 the peak load reached 196.2 MW
