System Quality and Information Quality are twodimensions which are interrelated in the Information Technologies’s application usage. Those both qualities determinethe output wich is created from electronic learning system as one of the utilization of IT’s ineducation.Because of that, the development and inovation in electronic learning systems are absolutely done by the education institute.Nowadays, universities are also competing to increase the benefit of IT’s in learning-teaching system based on IT.Some of universities held and organize electronic learning as an additionalactivitiesin its lesson as they presented in class regularly.AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP and STIE MDP are currently applied these system in their academic lesson activities.These research aimed to determine the influence ofSystem Quality and Information Quality to the User Interest and System Usage of online learning system in SIMPONI AMIK MDP, STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP.Authors use questionaire method in these data collection, the Structurel Equation Modelling(SEM) method and SmartPLS V2.0M3 assistance are done in processing and data analize.These research is expecting that the authors can give they contribution to the management in what shall be taken for the next step decision in internet utillization by students in AMIK MDP,STMIK GI MDP, and STIE MDP to maximize the academic process
PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KARYAWAN RADIO
Bidang usaha yang bergerak dibidang Stasiun Radio yang berguna sebagai penyedia jasa berita dan hiburan. kesulitan dalam proses pencarian dan mengelola data karyawan, absensi karyawan, waktu hadir karyawan ataupun pertukaran shift para penyiar yang terkadang lupa atau tidak tercatat karena hilangnya dokumen atau lain sebagainya, adanya kesulitan pada waktu tertentu dalam mengatur atau menghandle perubahan gaji yang tidak menentu, data cuti dan perhitungan cuti karyawan yang tidak tercatat sehingga hak cuti karyawan tidak terhitung dengan baik, tidak tercatatnya data karyawan yang telah resign atau telah mengundurkan diri, pengelolaan data PHK (Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja) karyawan sehingga perhitungan pesangon yang terkadang sering terjadi kesalahan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode waterfall, observasi dan wawancara. Pada implementasi ditampilkan proses login, penginputan : data karyawan, absensi, pengajuan cuti, pengunduran diri, klarifikasi surat peringatan dan PHK, perubahan gaji, pengembangan skill, penilaian kinerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem ini menangani semua pencatatan master karyawan, perubahan gaji berdasarkan penilaian kinerja karyawan dan UMR, pengunduran diri karyawan dan pencatatan dan pengklasifikasian SP dan PHK yang akan diberikan kepada karyawan, sehingga HRD, R&D, Finance & Administration dan Manager Perusahaan dapat mendapatkan informasi dan laporan dengan mudah. Sistem ini juga memudahkan karyawan dalam melakukan proses absensi, cuti, pengembangan skill. Pengontrolan dalam pencatatan dan keamanan data dapat ditangani dengan baik karena setiap user mempunyai password masing-masing dan diberikan menu yang sesuai dengan proses yang akan dijalanka
PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH TRAVEL TOUR BAGI PERUSAHAN TOUR DAN TRAVEL
Technological developments require Tour and Travel companies to take advantage of technology to make maximazing of utilize technology quality of service to customers where customers now have the desire to get information and services quickly. Currently, many information systems have been developed by travel companies but are still only for one company, So that the development of information systems by adapting the concept of a marketplace that is devoted to a collection of travel tour company  can be make a  good company and customers can take advantage of this information system as a bridge of communication, information and transactions related to tour and travel. As for the design of this system is a case study is some tour and travel companies in the city of Palembang by using the RUP method, the selection of this method is due to the iterative software development process so it is possible to make improvements if the previous stage that allows to make improvements if the previous stage still needs improvement. The design of travel information systems travel tour using use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams and the design of interface system and will be implement by  php and mySQL. , The result of this design is an information system which is a gathering place from some travel tour company, and can become a system of information linking process of transaction, information and communication between company and customer that allows to make improvements if the previous stage still needs improvement  Â
PEMANFAATAN E-GOVERNMENT PADA DESA WONOKARTO UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKURASI DAN INFORMASI POTENSI DESA
E-government at the village Wonokarto a web-based electronic governance aimed at improving the quality of government services to publik. Development e-government is an effort to develop an electronic-based management government in order to improve the quality of public services effectively and efesien.Wonokarto a village be in the district Gadingrejo Pringsewu Lampung regency. During the service in the village Wonokarto still use manual methods so that the public service of information Wonokarto village less than optimal, with this then to solve it in create a new system that could help the government apparatus Wonokarto village in providing information to the public. The process of creation of e-government at the village Wonokarto is done by analyzing analyzing the existing system in the village of Wonokarto, then making a couple of diagrams, namely, DAD (Data Flow Diagrams), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and Flowchart. Followed by the web designing and database My SQL .E-Government on Wonokarto village is expected to help government personnel in making the letter and provide services to the community and the right information quickly so that people who want to get information, services and potential Wonokarto Village can access via the Internet.Â
ANALISIS SENTIMEN PENGGUNA TWITTER MENGGUNAKAN METODE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE BERBASIS CLOUD COMPUTING
Twitter merupakan jejaring sosial dengan pertumbuhan tercepat sejak tahun 2006 menurut MIT Technology Review (2013), Indonesia menempati Negara ketiga penyumbang tweet terbanyak dengan jumlah 1 milyar tweet. Fakta tersebut menjadikan Twitter menjadi salah satu sumber data text yang dapat digali dan dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan melalui metode-metode pengambilan data teks atau text mining, salah satunya adalah analisis sentimen pengguna terhadap tokoh-tokoh publik indonesia. Penelitian ini membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan analisis sentimen pengguna twitter terhadap tokoh publik secara real time dengan menggunakan Twitter Streming API dan metode Support Vectore Machine (SVM) memanfaatkan pustaka libSVM sebagai salah satu machine learning untuk text classification. Algoritma Porter digunakan dalam proses stemming untuk ekstraksi fitur dan metode Term Frequency untuk pembobotan. Perangkat lunak dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP untuk sisi server yang berjalan pada platform cloud Windows Azure dan Java untuk sisi client yang berjalan pada platform Android. Dari hasil penelitian dengan 1.400 tweet pada dataset dan 200 data uji didapatkan akurasi sebesar 79,5%

Internet technology has proved to be one of the effective and efficient information media in the dissemination of information that can be accessed by anyone, anytime and anywhere. Internet technology has a tremendous effect on commerce or business. Only from home or office space, potential buyers can view the products on the computer screen, access the information, order and pay with the available options. Potential buyers can save time and money because they do not need to come to the store or place of transactions so that from their seats can make a decision quickly. Online transactions can connect sellers and potential buyers directly without being limited by space and time. That means online sales transactions have potential buyers from all over the world. In addition, the company's development is considered a bit slow. Therefore designed an online sales system by using web or internet media with the aim to minimize sales process time with the aim to increase sales volume so that company earnings can increase. In this study the authors use waterfall and observation methods. In the implementation is displayed login and registration process, inputting: product data, product ordering, sales, payments, complaints, testimonials. It can be concluded that this system get information and reports easily. This system also allows consumers to make purchases of desired products. Controlling in recording and data security can be handled properly because each user has their respective passwords and given a menu in accordance with the process to be executed. Website visitors who do not register as consumers, can still see the products that are sold and also testimonials that have been made by consumer
IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PELAPORAN PENGGUNAAN DANA PROGRAM SEKOLAH GRATIS TINGKAT SEKOLAH DASAR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ONLINE ANALYTHICAL PROCESSING (OLAP) BERBASIS WEB
This research describes the application of online analysis (OLAP) method in the system of reporting system of use of free school program funding at elementary school level by exploiting technological development. The process of office work today is inseparable from the use of technology as the management of financial data using WEB-based applications will be easier to use because this application is usually opened through all internet browsers. Establishment of a reporting system for the use of free primary school program funding funds by deploying OLAP methods and using PHP and MySQL software.Free school funding during this reporting is felt to be less effective because the manufacture is still using a conventional way that is by using Ms. Office and if there is a mistake then it takes re-making and it also saangat influential in because the distance of one area with the service is still very far therefore the researchers provide solutions using applications that will be made. Metode system development that will be implemented in this research is development method waterfall system, and will also use the design with the Unified Modeling Language Method. In this study will produce media for schools in reporting the use of Free School Program funds to the treasurer. Simplify the treasurer in overseeing the use of Free School Program funds. Providing information on the use of Free School Program funds every quarter and year. With the new PSG funds reporting system faster, precise and accurate and documents can be reprinted

Perkembangan teknologi tersebut menuntut suapaya pendidikan harus lebih berkembang, dengan dunia saat ini suapaya pendidikan tidak ketinggalan informasi dan dapat membantu para calon siswa SMK Widya Yahya dapat mengetahui informasi penerimaan dengan cepat.Dikarenan saat ini banyak pengguna hp android maka informasi akan menggunakan aplikasi via web mobile dengan menggunakan smart phone untuk menyajikan informasi penerimaan calon siswa baru.Dalam Pembuatan program aplikasi peneliti menggunakan metode waterfall dan implementasi program dengan Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004, PHP dan MySQL.
