Analisis Pengaruh Budaya, Kelas Sosial, Psikologis, Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Keputusan Studi Lanjut ke Program Sarjana Bidang Studi Akuntansi ( Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Baru Akuntansi S1 UDINUS )
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the student's decision in choosing further study at university, especially choosing to study accounting program S1 FEB UDINUS Semarang. The factors used in the study is Cultural Factors, Social Class, Psychological, Price and Promotion. These factors are also relevant to factor in the marketing mix, where the accounting courses are also interested to know the background of the decision of the selection offurtherstudy. The population in this study were all freshmen courses accounting S1 FEB Force UDINUS year 2012-2013 as many as 267 students. Sample representativeness approach with Slovin formula obtained 160 samples, but the data are processed only 159 samples only. Distribution of questionnaires to the sample using random sampling method, in which samples randomly encountered. Data quality test reliability and validity, test assumptions Classical, Regression Test,ANOVA and coefficient determinant. The results obtained are factors Culture, Social Class and Promotion does not significantly influence the decision studui further. While the price factor and the Psychological Impact of the decision signifikasn further studies. Perfect model with sig. 0.000, coefficient determinant inthevalue of 49.10 percent
ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL PADA BADAN PERTANAHAN NASIONAL KABUPATEN BOYOLALI
The purpose of this research is to exam the influences of leadership, organizational commitment, and job environment in the organization toward job’s satisfaction and also increasing of the employee’s performance. The responder of this research were 80 employee’s of Agrarian Office of Boyolali Regency. SPSS for Windows v.18 program is being used to analyzed the collected data. The analysis are proven that leadership, organizational commitment, and job environment in the organization will bring a positive impact and increasing the job’s satisfaction significantly. Furthermore, job’s satisfaction and organizational commitment will bring a positive effect and increasing of employee’s performance significantly. Leadership and job environment, however, are not significantly related to the employee’s performance, influenced by the intervening variable is employee job’s satisfaction. From seven hypotheses that proposed, only five hypotheses supported, there are the first, second, third, fourth, and sixth hypotheses.This empirical results indicated in order to increase the job’s satisfaction in Agrarian Office of Boyolali Regency, needs to put an attention in the leadhership, organizational commitment, job environment, and other factors. It is expected increasing of employee job’s satisfaction then projected employee’s performance is also likely to increase., so it can minimize the delay of a certificate endorsement which is still a lot of outstanding requests that can not be resolved in accordance with the incoming request
PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERCATAT DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2008-2009
Pengungkapan dalam laporan tahunan merupakan sumber informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan investasi. Keputusan investasi bergantung dari mutu dan luas disclosure yang disajikan dalam laporan tahunan. Pengungkapan yang disampaikan perusahaan dibagi menjadi dua yaitu : Pengungkapan Wajib (Mandatory Disclosure) dan Pengungkapan Sukarela (Valuntary Disclosure). Kebijakan terhadap luas pengungkapan sukarela antara perusahaan yang satu dengan yang lain berbeda, perbedaan ini dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik masing-masing perusahaan. Adapun tujuan yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar size perusahaan, profitabilitas, profile perusahaan, basis perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris dan leverage mempengaruhi informasi sosial yang diungkapkan oleh perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2008-2009, dalam penelitian ini pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 50 data pengamatan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analisys). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa size perusahaan dan profile perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapn tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas, basis perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris dan leverage tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (untuk pengujian secara parsial). Sedangkan secara simultan dapat disimpulkan bahwa size perusahaan, profitabilitas, profile perusahaan, basis perusahaan, ukuran dewan komisaris dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial
PENGARUH POJOK BEI UDINUS DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA DI BIDANG PASAR MODAL DENGAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL SEBAGAI PEMODERASI
Recently, education have increasingly widespread but learning motivation has decreased.         A college has a role in improving student learning motivation and provide technology-based learning tools especially in studying the science of investment and capital markets. The purpose of this research is to test the influences Udinus Corner IDX to increase student learning motivation in capital market with emotional intelligence as moderation variable. The samples size of this research is 46 students from 63 visitors Udinus Corner IDX in Juni 2013. Using SPSS 16.00 for Windows, the results shows that variable Udinus Corner IDX and emotional intelligence have no influence on learning motivation in capital market and emotional intelligence is not suitable as moderation variable

One of Millenium Development Goals is to reduce the poverty. Central Java became one of province in Java Island which has the highest percentage of the average of poor inhabitant. Economic growth in Central Java is not always followed with reducing the amount of poor inhabitant. The increasing of population in Central Java is not always followed by the increasing of poor inhabitant. Based on that condition, the aims of this research are to analize the influence of economic growth, and percapita income towards poverty in Central Java. We uses fixed effect model to analyse this research. The result is economic growth and percapita income negatively and significantly affects poverty in Central Java in 2003 till 2010

The hypothesis of this study is whether the positive effect of budget participation on performance and job satisfaction manajeral local government of Semarang. The data in this study is a questionnaire data. A total of 33 respondents from a sample of instansi badan kesbangpol & linmas, dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan, dinas koperasi, dinas kelautan dan perikanan, satpol pamong praja, dan kantor perpus & arsip daerah. Analysis of the hypotheses used in this study is a simple regression. Results of this study indicate that no budgetary participation has a positive effect on managerial performance and job satisfaction of the local government of Semarang

ANALISIS CAMELS DALAM MEMPREDIKSI TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 2009 – 2011
The purpose of this study is to find empirical evidence about differences in the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Operating Expenses and Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to deposit Ratio (LDR) and Interest Expense Ratio (IER) in accordance with the banks classification (healthy banks and unhealthy banks). Sample was determined using purposive sampling method of 60 listed banks at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) within period of 2009 through 2011. Approach used in this paper is discriminant analysis. The empirical results show that there were significant differences, CAR with Wilk's Lambda value of 0.927 significant at 0.037 and Wilk's Lambda value of NPL amounted 0.818 and significant at 0.001. This suggests that CAR and NPL can be used to form the discriminant variable. While variable NPM, ROA, LDR and IER shows no significant results, so these variables have a low predictive value in shaping the discriminant variable
