Pengaruh Disiplin Belajar dan Lingkungan Teman Sebaya Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif Siswa Jurusan Pemasaran SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta
The research aims to know; (1) the effect of learning discipline and peer environment on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta; (2) the effect of learning discipline on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta; (3) the effect of peer environment on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. The population of this research was all students of class XI Majors in Marketing of VHS 3 Surakarta. The selected research sample of 84 students consisting of classes XI Marketing 1, XI Marketing 2, XI Marekting 3. The samples were taken by using proportionate random sampling. The data collection using questionnaires for leraning discipline and peer environment variables, while documentation is used to get data on learning achievement. Those data were analyzed by using the correlation and multiple regression statistical techniques. The result of this research are as follows. First, learning discipline and peer environment has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta as indicated by the value of Fstat 14,233 > Ftable 3,11. Second, learning discipline has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta as shown by the value of t stat 3,208 > t table 1,989. Third, peer environment has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in productive subjects of marketing major students in 3rd Vocational High School Surakarta as indicated by the value of t stat 2,491 > t table 1,98
Pengaruh Profesionalisme Guru, Proses Pembelajaran dan Sarana Prasarana Belajar terhadap Prestasi Belajar Peserta Didik
This research aims to determine (1) The influence of professionalism teachers, learning process and learning infrastructure to learning achievement of students class X on business economic subject at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta (2) The influence of professionalism teachers to learning achievement of students class X on business economic subject at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta (3) The influence of learning process to learning achievement of students class X on business economic subject at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta (4) The influence of learning infrastructure to learning achievement of students class X on business economic subject at SMK Batik 2 Surakarta. The type of the research that used by the author to achieve that goal is descriptive quantitative method by data collection techniues in the form of a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this research ere students of class X Accounting and Office Administration totaling 79 students. The analysis data technique are used statistic analyzed with multiple regression. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that (1) There is a positive and significant influence of professionalism teachers, learning process and learning infrastructure together to learning achievement of students. This is proven from the F test value obtained Fcalculation 74,235 > Ftable 2,73. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of professionalism teachers to learning achievement of students. This is proven from the t test vale obtained tcalculation 4,347 > ttable 1,99210. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of learning process to learning achievement of students. This is proven from the t test vale obtained tcalculation 3,146 > ttable 1,99210. (4) There is a positive and significant influence of learning infrastructure to learning achievement of students. This is proven from the t test vale obtained tcalculation 2,057 > ttable1,99210
Pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap Minat Beli Produk Fashion Di Shopee Pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UNS
This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix of product on buying interest, price, place, promotion, people on buying interest, process, physical evidence on buying interest and influence of the marketing mix on interest in buying fashion at Shopee for Economic Education students at Sebelas Maret University. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were students of Economics Education FKIP UNS class 2017, 2018, 2019 as many as 241 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 151 students. Testing the validity of the instrument using Pearson's alpha. Data were analyzed descriptively and tested using classical assumptions and then analyzed using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. variable product (X1) of this study provides effective results, namely the value of tcount 4.212 > ttable 1.977.variable price (X2) in this study resulted in an ineffective value, namely tcount 0.799 < ttable 1.977.variable place (X3) in this study was not effective, namely tcount 0.607 < ttable 1.977.variable promotion (X4) in this study provides effective results, namely tcount 3.371 > ttable 1.977. (5) The variable people (X5) in this study gave ineffective results, namely tcount 1.629 < ttable 1.977. variable process (X6) in this study provides effective results, namely tcount 3.338 > ttable 1.977. Pengaruh E-Commerce Berbasis Marketplace Terhadap Penjualan Umkm Di Kampung Batik Laweyan Pada Masa Pandemi
This study aims to determine the effect e-commerce based marketplace on sales. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with the population being SMEs in Kampung Batik Laweyan. The number of samples is 30 SMEs. The sampling technique of this research is questionnaire data collection, the data is analyzed by simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that e-commerce based marketplace positive and significant effect as indicated by the t-count value (2.709) which was greater than the t-table (2,457). The results of R square show that e-commerce based marketplace effect on sales of 11.3%, while the rest is influenced by other factor
Pengaruh Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Keefektifan Pembelajaran Daring Mahasiswa FKIP UNS Angkatan 2019
This study was to determine the effect of the family environment on the effectiveness of learning for FKIP UNS students batch 2019 in the Kentingan campus area. This research method is quantitative descriptive, by taking a population of 1436 FKIP UNS students batch 2019 in the Kentingan campus area, totaling 18 study programs and the sample used is 313 students, data processing uses SPSS version 23 program assistance. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, data analysis techniques namely simple linear regression with the results obtained that there is a positive and significant relationship between the family environment on the effectiveness of online learning, which can be known through the t test, namely the value of tcount (9.968) > ttable (1.967221) with a value of 0.000 <0.05 . This research provides benefits to the field of science related to the effectiveness of online learning
Pengaruh Pendidikan Ekonomi Dalam Keluarga, Literasi Keuangan Dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta
The aims of this study is to determine the effect of economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. The determination of research method is descriptive quantitative with research subjects totaling 395 respondents. The sampling technique is done by probability sampling. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The results show that; (1) economic education in the family, financial literacy and lifestyle have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta as evidenced by the results of the f test is 49,068 > 2.63. (2) economic education in the family has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University, Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -3.144 > 1.966. (3) financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, as evidenced by the results of the t test is -2.202 > 1.966. Efektivitas Experiential Marketing dan Media Penjualan Online pada Kepuasan Konsumen
The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction, determine the effectiveness of online sales media on consumer satisfaction, and determine the effectiveness of experiential marketing and online sales media on consumer satisfaction. The research method is descriptive quantitative with the population used, namely consumers who have bought guppy fish in Solo Raya both offline and online, totaling 97 consumers. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The results obtained in this study, reveal that: (a) There is an effectiveness between experiential marketing on consumer satisfaction, which can be seen from the acquisition of the value tcount > ttable, namely 5.503 > 1.989. (b) There is an effectiveness between online sales media on consumer satisfaction, it is known from the acquisition of tcount > ttable, which is 4,412 > 1,989. (c) There is an effectiveness between experiential marketing and online sales media on consumer satisfaction, it is known from the obtained Fcount value of 86,748 and Ftable obtained of 3,09. Pengaruh Peer Instruction Flipped Classroom Terhadap Hasil Belajar Ekonomi Kelas XI BDP Di SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta
This research aimed at investigating the influence of Peer Instruction Flipped Classroom on the learning result of Economics learning on the topic of online business. This research was Quasiexperimental research with the research model of pretest and posttest group design. The data were collected using observation, documentation, and testing technique. The data were analyzed using independent sample T-Test and N-Gain Test. The research showed that there were differences on the cognitive learning result on the implementation of Peer Instruction Flipped Classroom on the students of SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta which was proven in the T-Test with Sig. (2- tailed) as 0.002 which was smaller than 0.05 which indicated that the hypothesis was accepted which meant that there were differences on the cognitive learning result on the experimental group which used the learning model of Peer Instruction Flipped Classroom compared to the control group which only used online learning model without digital literacy implementation. The result was also proven by the result of NGain test which showed the difference on score increase between the experimental group and the control group with the average score of 0.65 compared to 0.33
Pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Orientasi Pasar, dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan Terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran UMKM Egg Roll Waluh di Kecamatan Cepu, Kabupaten Blora
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Market Orientation, and Entrepreneurship Orientation on the Marketing Performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, with a sample of 100 respondents from SMEs Egg Roll. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and saw the coefficient of determination. The results obtained showed that 1) There was a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between market orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on the marketing performance of Egg Roll Waluh SMEs in Cepu District, Blora Regency
