Impact of Tourism on Household Welfare in Madura: An Analysis with Propensity Score Matching
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pariwisata terhadap kesejahteraan rumah tangga di kawasan objek wisata. Studi ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif Propensity Score Matching (PSM) sebagai metode alternatif untuk menilai pengaruh pariwisata terhadap pengeluaran non-makanan di antara rumah tangga yang tinggal di dekat tempat wisata dibandingkan dengan rumah tangga yang tinggal di tempat lain. Data sekunder dari Susenas digunakan untuk analisis ini. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa rumah tangga yang tinggal di dekat tempat wisata menunjukkan pengeluaran non-makanan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan rumah tangga yang tinggal jauh. Pola pengeluaran ini berkorelasi dengan peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga, sehingga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesejahteraan rumah tangga di kawasan wisata. Dengan demikian, hasil ini menunjukkan kontribusi positif pariwisata terhadap kesejahteraan rumah tangga di Madura
Evaluating the Financial Performance of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk: Financial Ratio Analysis for 2022-2023
This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk using various financial ratio analysis methods. The analysis was conducted on the company's financial statements for the period 2022 and 2023. The methods used include liquidity, activity, leverage, and profitability ratio analysis. The results showed that PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk experienced an increase in liquidity and a reduction in leverage but faced a decrease in operational efficiency and profitability. The Current Ratio increased from 3.82 in 2022 to 4.97 in 2023, and the Quick Ratio increased from 3.73 to 4.82. However, Receivable Turnover and Inventory Turnover decreased, indicating a decline in the efficiency of current asset management. The leverage ratio shows a decrease in dependence on debt, but the Interest Coverage Ratio decreased from 104.16 to 77.88, indicating a reduced ability to cover interest expenses. Profitability ratios declined, suggesting a need for improvement in cost management and revenue generation strategies. Overall, the company needs to focus on enhancing operational efficiency and cost management to improve future financial performance
Management Examination of Production Functions to Increase Productivity
This research aims to determine whether the implementation of the production function at the Bu Bandiyah tofu factory is in accordance with predetermined procedures, and to identify problems and improvements that can be used. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research was conducted at the Bu Bandiyah Tofu Factory which is located in Talunkulon Village, Bandung District, Tulungagung Regency. The data sources in this research use primary and secondary data. Data collection uses observation techniques and interview techniques. Analysis of the data used in this research is by comparing the data obtained and the applicable theory. This research uses the stages of a management audit, namely preliminary audit, review of management testing and control, detailed audit, reporting. The results of the research are that the production planning process implemented at the Bu Bandiyah Tofu Factory is effective because it has been implemented according to established procedures, but because the company is still classified as a home-based business, it cannot predict production needs with certainty and production implementation is not optimal

This research aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and income towards financial behavior through locus of control as an intervening variabel in students. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 240 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, majoring in Management and have taken financial management courses at private campus in Surabaya. The research is tested using SmartPLS 4 student version with Partial Least Sqsuare Strucktural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis
Development of The Mangrove Environmental Sustainability Strategy (Mess) Model as an Integration of Business And Environmental Conservation
The development of this model is necessary to achieve a balance between business interests and environmental conservation by integrating local business needs with mangrove conservation efforts. This model supports sustainable management, improves the welfare of local communities, and supports the Sustainable Development Goals. This research prioritizes efforts to design a comprehensive and integrated framework for managing mangrove ecosystems. This research design combines quantitative and qualitative approaches. A quantitative approach is used to collect numerical data related to relevant business and environmental aspects. A descriptive approach is used to provide a detailed picture of the existing conditions and dynamics of local business interests as well as environmental conservation efforts in the mangrove areas studied. The results of the research application show that there is a balance between mangrove tourism exploration and environmental sustainability and conservation
Analysis of Indonesia's Non-Oil and Gas Export Potential with Non- Traditional Countries
This study aims to test the hypothesis regarding the effect of HRM Practices, Positive Emotions, and Knowledge Management on Employee Engagement, as well as the effect of Employee Engagement on Talent Retention in the Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia. This study uses a causal relationship model with a cross-sectional data method. It involves employees from PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG), JGC Indonesia (JIND), JOB Pertamina Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi (JOB Group), and other Oil and Gas companies. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed via WhatsApp and Instagram using a purposive sampling technique. Data testing was carried out with validity and reliability tests, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS application. The results showed that HRM Practices had no positive effect on Employee Engagement. However, Positive Emotions and Knowledge Management have a positive effect on Employee Engagement. In addition, Employee Engagement has a positive effect on Talent Retention. Thus, it can be concluded that Positive Emotions and Knowledge Management play an important role in increasing Employee Engagement, which in turn increases Talent Retention in the Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia
Navigating Complexity of Human Resource Information System based on Institutional Theory Perspective
This research delves into the intricate landscape of Human Research Information Systems (HRIS) through the lens of Institutional Theory. HRIS plays a pivotal role in modern organizations, serving as a central repository for managing human resources data and informing decision-making processes. However, the complexity of HRIS is increasingly pronounced due to factors such as technological advancements, evolving organizational structures, and shifting workforce dynamics. This study aims to elucidate the multifaceted nature of HRIS complexity and its implications for organizational practices. Employing qualitative research methods, including interviews, case studies, and document analysis, this study investigates how institutional pressures shape the design, implementation, and utilization of HRIS within organizations. Through an exploration of diverse organizational contexts, the research identifies the various institutional forces that influence HRIS dynamics and the strategies employed by organizational actors to navigate these pressures. By adopting an Institutional Theory perspective, this research offers insights into the interplay between institutional forces and HRIS complexity, shedding light on the underlying mechanisms driving organizational practices. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of HRIS complexity, highlighting the intricate interactions between institutional pressures, organizational actors, and HRIS functionalities. Moreover, the research uncovers the ways in which organizational actors negotiate meaning within the context of HRIS, illustrating the dynamic nature of HRIS within organizational settings. These insights contribute to theoretical advancements in understanding HRIS complexity through an Institutional Theory lens and offer practical implications for HRIS management and organizational strategy. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of considering broader institutional forces when examining HRIS dynamics and emphasizes the need for organizations to align HRIS initiatives with institutional goals. By illuminating the complex interplay between institutions and HRIS, this research provides a foundation for enhancing HRIS effectiveness and promoting organizational resilience in an ever-evolving landscape
The influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and achievement motivation on teacher performance at SMKN 7 Surabaya through organizational commitment as a mediating variable
This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture and achievement motivation on teacher performance, mediate by organizational commitment. The samples in this research through a saturated sampling technique then get 100 teachers who worked at SMKN 7 Surabaya. Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out using a SMART-PLS. The results of this research say that transformational leadership (X1) and Achievement motivation (X3) influence organizational commitment (Z), while Organizational culture (X2) partially not influence organizational commitment (Z). Then transformational leadership (X1) and Achievement motivation (X3) not influence teacher performance (Y), while Organizational culture (X2) and organizational commitment (Z) influence teacher performance (Y). Additionally, regarding the indirect effects analysis, it was found that transformational leadership (X1) and achievement motivation (X3) influence teacher performance (Y) through the mediation of organizational commitment (Z). However, organizational culture (X2) not influence teacher performance (Y) through the mediation of organizational commitment (Z).

The Influence of Public Relations and Customer Value Marketing on Customer Loyalty in Janji Jiwa Poris
This study aims to examine public relations, customer value marketing and customer loyalty. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, i.e. people who had bought the product of the promise of soul in Poris with a total of 125 respondents. The data used was by distributing Google forms. Hypothesis testing using the simultaneous test method (F test) and the coefficient of determination test (R²). The test results prove that public relations and customer value marketing have a positive effect on customer loyalty.
