Effectiveness of educational programs in AIESEC
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá efektivitou vzdělávacích programů v organizaci AIESEC. Jejím hlavním cílem je formulace doporučení pro zlepšení stávajícího systému vzdělávání. Tento cíl je dále rozpracován do tří dílčích cílů: shrnutí základních teoretických východisek problematiky, analýzy silných a slabých stránek současného systému vzdělávání v organizaci a zjištění úrovně spokojenosti pracovníků se vzdělávacími programy. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definování klíčových pojmů, význam systematického vzdělávání a rozvoje a na aktuální trendy v oblasti vzdělávání. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu vzdělávacích aktivit organizace AIESEC a jejich hodnocení pomocí kvantitativních i kvalitativních metod, včetně dotazníkového šetření a hloubkového rozhovoru. Výsledkem práce jsou konkrétní doporučení zaměřená na zvýšení efektivity vzdělávacích programů a posílení spokojenosti jejich účastníků.The bachelor’s thesis examines the effectiveness of training programs within the AIESEC organization. The primary objective of the thesis is to propose recommendations for enhancing the existing training system. This objective is further delineated into three sub-objectives: summarizing the foundational theoretical framework of the subject matter, evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s current training system, and assessing employee satisfaction with the training programs. The theoretical section of the thesis is dedicated to defining key concepts, emphasizing the significance of systematic training and development, and exploring contemporary trends in the field of professional training. The practical section provides an analysis of AIESEC’s training activities and evaluates them through quantitative and qualitative methodologies, including a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. The thesis culminates in the formulation of specific recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of training programs and enhancing the satisfaction of their participants

No full textThis bachelor thesis covers the business model innovation (BMI) for a newly launched private textile company called "Battido," which currently focusing on using social networks for sales. he project will cover the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for analysing and refining Battido's business strategy, including the macro and microeconomic factors, internal analysis, and a new marketing plan, incorporating the SWOT and PEST analyses. In the practical part, these strategic analytical tools aim to enhance the company’s market competitiveness and demonstrate the challenges and competitive advantages of “Battido” by aligning technological advances, customer needs / preferences, and current economic conditions in the home country where the business is operating. No full textIn today’s expansive world, we find ourselves in turbulent times, marked by uncertainties and challenges across all spectrums. Therefore, based on the literature review, the aim of the thesis is to conduct compliance audit of awarded certifications at Trade FIDES, and create audit recommendations for the company’s future improvement. The thesis uses SWOT analysis for a better understanding of the company’s internal and external environment. The risk assessment is done based on the SWOT analysis in order to locate the right department with the highest risks and to justify the right reasons why the certification compliance audit should be carried out. Awarded certifications compliance audit is performed. Based on the analysis and tool used, recommendations are set. If these recommendations are met, Trade FIDES will be able to maintain as well as to be compliant with awarded certifications, and cope with any market conditions. Strategic decision-making during the war: The case of PrivatBank
No full textThis bachelor's thesis explores strategic decision-making within financial institutions during armed conflict, using PrivatBank—the largest state-owned bank in Ukraine—as a case study. The aim of the research is to analyze key decisions and adaptive measures implemented by the bank during the Russia–Ukraine war, which affected both operational and strategic management levels. The study adopts a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data. The primary data collection tool was a semi-structured questionnaire distributed among bank employees. The research also includes open-ended responses from participants, offering deeper insights into crisis management from the internal perspective of staff members. The analysis focuses on areas such as financial stability, operational continuity, human resource management, adaptation to regulatory changes, and the use of technological innovations under extraordinary circumstances. The thesis also evaluates the impact of the war on liquidity management, credit portfolios, and information security. Based on empirical data and participant testimonies, the research identifies critical measures that contributed to maintaining client trust and banking system stability. The findings of this study may serve as a practical resource for financial institutions, regulators, and crisis managers seeking proven approaches to maintaining operations during periods of geopolitical uncertainty. The thesis provides not only a detailed case study but also offers recommendations applicable to the development of crisis strategies in the banking sector.Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickým rozhodováním finančních institucí v podmínkách ozbrojeného konfliktu na příkladu PrivatBank, největší státní banky na Ukrajině. Cílem práce je analyzovat klíčová rozhodnutí a adaptační opatření přijatá bankou během rusko-ukrajinské války, která ovlivnila jak provozní, tak i strategickou úroveň řízení. Výzkum kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní přístup – hlavním nástrojem sběru dat byl polostrukturovaný dotazník distribuovaný mezi zaměstnance banky. Součástí výzkumu byly rovněž otevřené odpovědi respondentů, které přinesly hlubší vhled do vnímání krizového řízení z perspektivy interních pracovníků. Analýza se zaměřuje na oblasti jako finanční stabilita, kontinuita provozu, personální řízení, adaptace na regulační změny a využití technologických inovací v mimořádných podmínkách. Práce dále hodnotí dopady války na řízení likvidity, úvěrové portfolio a informační bezpečnost. Na základě dat a výpovědí respondentů jsou identifikována klíčová opatření, která přispěla k udržení důvěry klientů a stability bankovního systému. Výsledky této práce mohou sloužit jako praktický nástroj pro finanční instituce, regulátory a krizové manažery, kteří hledají ověřené přístupy k udržení provozu v obdobích geopolitické nejistoty. Přínos práce spočívá nejen v dokumentaci konkrétního případu, ale i v návrhu doporučení využitelných při tvorbě krizových strategií v bankovním sektoru
Komparace programů podpory podnikání pro malé a střední podniky v České a Slovenské republice
No full textBakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou a komparáciou podporných programov pre malé a stredné podniky v Českej a Slovenskej republike. Cieľom je identifikácia silných a slabých stránok týchto programov a identifikovať oblasti pre potenciálne zlepšenie. V teoretickej časti práce sa využíva detailná analýza odbornej literatúry spojená s podpornými programami. Praktická časť obsahuje kvalitatívnu analýzu založenú na rozhovoroch s vybranými podnikateľmi, ktorí programy využili. Práca konštatuje, že efektívna implementácia a adaptabilita programov výrazne ovplyvňujú ich úspešnosť. Na základe zistení sú navrhované odporúčania na zlepšenie aktuálnych podporných programov. Tento prístup by mohol prispieť k lepšej dostupnosti a efektívnosti podporných programov pre malé a stredné podniky.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Czech and Slovak Republics. The aim is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of these programs and to determine areas for potential improvement. The theoretical part of the thesis involves a detailed analysis of academic literature related to support programs. The practical part includes a qualitative analysis based on interviews with selected entrepreneurs who have used these programs. The thesis concludes that the effective implementation and adaptability of the programs significantly influence their success. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to improve the current support programs.This approach could contribute to better accessibility and efficiency of support programs for small and medium-sized enterprises.Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a srovnáním podpůrných programů pro malé a střední podniky v České a Slovenské republice. Cílem je identifikace silných a slabých stránek těchto programů a určení oblastí s potenciálem ke zlepšení. V teoretické části práce je využita detailní analýza odborné literatury zaměřené na podpůrné programy. Praktická část obsahuje kvalitativní analýzu založenou na rozhovorech s vybranými podnikateli, kteří tyto programy využili. Práce konstatuje, že efektivní implementace a přizpůsobivost programů výrazně ovlivňují jejich úspěšnost. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení stávajících podpůrných programů. Design of template for implementing data governance
No full textTato diplomová práce se věnuje vytvoření šablony pro implementaci procesů data governance do malých a středních podniků. Tato šablona je tvořena sedmi konkrétními kroky, podle kterých si organizace mohou vytvořit vlastní data governance program. Práce je děla do dvou hlavních částí. V první jsou na základě dostupné literatury popsány koncepty data governance jako vlastnictví a stewardship dat a vyspělost organizace v oblasti data governance. Dále je zde definován koncept malých a středních podniků a popsáno jejich datové prostředí. Drhá část je pak tvořena z popisu a analýzy polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, analýzy doporučení z DMBOKu a návrhu samotné šablony. Polostrukturované rozhovory byly nabrány s 15 odborníky na disciplínu data governance v České republice a analyzovány metodou deduktivního kódování. Výsledky tohoto rozboru byly následně použity pro rozbor silných a slabých stránek doporučení z DMBOKu. Ze všech sesbíraných informací pak bylo vytvořeno sedm kroků, jenž mohou malým a středním podnikům začít s implementací data governance.This thesis focuses on creating a template for implementing data governance processes in SMEs. This template consists of seven specific steps that organizations can follow to create their own data governance program. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In the first, based on the available literature, data governance concepts such as data ownership and stewardship, and organizational maturity in data governance are described. Next, the concept of SMEs is defined and their data environment is described. The second part then consists of the description and analysis of the semi-structured interviews, the analysis of the recommendations from the DMBOK and the design of the template itself. Semi-structured interviews were recorded with 15 experts in the discipline of data governance in the Czech Republic and analysed using a deductive coding method. The results of this analysis were then used to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of the recommendations from the DMBOK. From all the information gathered, seven steps were then created that can help SMEs get started with implementing data governance
Design and development of a web application to support SQL learning
No full textObsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh a vývoj webové aplikace, která má za cíl dodat pomůcku studentům předmětu 4IT218 – Databáze vyučovaném na fakultě informatiky a statistiky. Vyvíjená aplikace by měla sloužit jako alternativní způsob výuky SELECT dotazu. Vedlejším cílem bylo provedení analýzy existujících řešení, a konkrétně webových aplikací zaměřených na výuku SQL dotazu. V úvodu práce je popsán sběr a sestavení požadavků. Následuje popis návrhu a vývoje samotné aplikace, který je dokončen testováním a nasazením hotového nástroje. V závěru jsou uvedený náměty na budoucí rozšíření. Výstupem práce je funkční aplikace pro podporu výuky 4IT218.The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design and develop a web application which is aimed to help students studying 4IT218 - Database course at faculty of informatics and statistics. Developed application is supposed to serve as an alternative way of learning SELECT queries. A secondary goal of this thesis was to analyse already existing web applications which were developed for SQL learning. Design and requirements for the application are described in the beginning, which is followed up by the development itself. Application is then being tested and deployed. In conclusion, ideas and future prospects of the project are discussed. The primary output of this thesis is a functional application for learning support of 4IT218
Prehľad metód používaných v business analýze a ich spracovanie do konceptuálního modelu
No full textTato práce se zaměřuje na přehled metod používaných v oblasti podnikání. a jejich rozpracování do koncepčního modelu. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat rámec BABOK (A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) prostřednictvím konceptuálního modelování a syntetizovat různé techniky do uceleného vizuálního modelu. rámce. Při vývoji modelu byl použit jazyk OntoUML založený na ontologii, který umožňuje přesně a srozumitelně zachytit vztahy mezi entitami a procesy. Výsledky potvrzují praktickou použitelnost konceptuálního modelu jako účinného nástroje. pro podporu komunikace a identifikaci nesrovnalostí v rámci BABOK. Identifikované nesrovnalosti poukazují na příležitosti ke zlepšení. Kromě toho byl rámec BABOK porovnán s metodikou MMABP, což poskytlo hlubší vhled do silných a slabých stránek rámce BOK. silných stránek tohoto přístupu a jeho potenciálu řešit komplexní problémy v oblasti obchodní analýzy.This thesis focuses on an overview of the methods used in business analysis and their elaboration into a conceptual model. The main objective is to analyse the BABOK (A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework through conceptual modelling and to synthesise the different techniques into a coherent visual framework. An ontology-based language, OntoUML, has been used in the development of the model, which allows the relationships between entities and processes to be accurately and comprehensibly captured. The results confirm the practical applicability of the conceptual model as an effective tool to support communication and identify inconsistencies within BABOK. The identified inconsistencies point to opportunities for improvement. In addition, the BABOK framework was compared with the MMABP methodology, providing a deeper insight into the strengths and weaknesses of this approach and its potential in addressing complex business analysis problems.Táto diplomová práca sa zameriava na prehľad metód používaných v oblasti business analýzy a ich spracovanie do konceptuálneho modelu. Hlavným cieľom je analyzovať rámec BABOK (A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) prostredníctvom konceptuálneho modelovania a syntetizovať jednotlivé techniky do uceleného vizuálneho rámca. Evaluation of the state of education and development of Interim managers in a specific company
No full textTemporary deployment of managers to work positions is a trend, especially in times of dynamic changes in the company. Highly qualified workers whose skills, knowledge and know-how are highly valued by the company are often placed in key positions. Often these workers are in seemingly ordinary middle management positions, but the type of tasks they are given, the discipline and high demands often put them in situations where they are at the edge of their knowledge and skills. In my Bachelor's thesis, I will therefore examine the behavior of those interim managers who are assigned to very demanding work interim projects and thus repeatedly find themselves in challenging situations.Dočasné nasazování manažerů na pracovní pozice je trendem zvláště v dobách dynamických změn ve společnosti. Na klíčové pozice jsou mnohdy nasazování vysoce kvalifikovaní pracovníci, jejichž dovednosti, znalosti a know-how si společnosti velmi cení. Často jsou tito pracovníci na zdánlivě běžných postech ve střední úrovni řízení, ale typem úkolů, které dostávají, disciplínou a vysokými nároky se často dostávají do situací, kdy jsou na pokraji svých znalostí a dovedností. V této mé Bakalářské práci se tedy budu zabývat zkoumáním chování právě těch interim manažerů, kteří jsou nasazování na velmi náročné pracovní interim projekty a dostávají se tak opakovaně do náročných situací

The aim was to describe the implementation process, evaluate the benefits and challenges of outsourcing and offer inspiration for companies seeking to improve their processes. The work includes the introduction of analytical accounts, cash flow tools, management reporting and periodic reporting. These changes will lead to increased efficiency, better insight into performance and decision support. The resulting work confirms the benefits of outsourcing as well as the need to manage the associated challenges, particularly in communication and collaboration.Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití outsourcingu ve finančním řízení, s důrazem na implementaci controllingových změn ve středně velké společnosti. Cílem bylo popsat proces implementace, zhodnotit výhody a výzvy outsourcingu a nabídnout inspiraci pro firmy usilující o zlepšení svých procesů. Práce zahrnuje zavedení analytických účtů, nástrojů pro cash flow, manažerského reportingu a pravidelných závěrek. Tyto změny povedou ke zvýšení efektivity, lepšímu přehledu o výkonnosti a podpoře rozhodování. Výsledná práce potvrzuje přínosy outsourcingu i nutnost zvládnout související výzvy, zejména v oblasti komunikace a spolupráce
