MODEL PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI DALAM MENDUKUNG KETAHANAN PANGAN
Rapid technological advances that increasingly requires the application of technological advances stretcher. One model of information technology development by building a system of information in this case the expert system that can diagnose diseases of rice plants. By using an expert system is expected to assist in providing a facility that supports to provide information and diagnose symptoms rice plants which arise along with the cause, especially that caused by pathogens to farmers in real time, and can be an alternative to meet the shortfall of field educator staff field which provides information on the prevention and control of pests and diseases of rice plants to farmers.

PENGARUH PENGARAHAN, PEMBIMBINGAN, PARTISIPASI DAN PELIMPAHAN DALAM GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. OTO MULTIARTHA CABANG BANDUNG
Leadership in the organization is a factor that determines the success or failure of an organization in achieving its objectives. Hence the need for in-depth study mengenail it, this study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership dimension to employee performance. Exploratory research methods used by respondents all employees of PT Oto Multiartha Branch Bandung. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), component-based Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that situational leadership proved to be shaped by the author's dimensions, coaching, participation and delegation. Situational leadership and influence on the performance of employees is 0365 or 36.5% and the rest influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

PENGARUH PENGAMBIL KEPUTUSAN, PERILAKU PEMIMPIN DAN ORIENTASI KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN GRAND KOPO HOTEL
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. The object of research is a field service company that is Grand Kopo Hotel, Bandung. Exploratory research methods using Structural Equation Modeling Component Based Partial Least Square (PLS). Sample research is all employees amounted to 32 employees. The results showed all dimensions of leadership style that is the decision maker (X1), leadership behaviors (X2) and leadership orientation (X3) significantly affects the performance of employees. This indicates that if the leadership style that is effectively carried out by the company will improve employee performance optimally.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT MBK WILAYAH BANDUNG
oai:jurnal.stiepas.ac.id:article/69This study aimed to determine the effect of competence, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is a company engaged in the field of financial services. Survey research methods by inferential testing techniques by using path. Sampling technique with stratifield random of 127 employees, with a precision level of 5% in the sample can be as many as 107 employees. The results showed that there is significant influence of competency, compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. Competence has contributed 22.81%, while compensation has contributed the most low at 21,35%, while the working motivation has the highest contribution of 22.98%, thus the simultaneous effect of competence, compensation and motivation of the employee performance by 67.14%. These results indicate that the effect of these three variables significantly, while the remaining 32.86% is determined by other variables.

IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PEMASARAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BLUE OCEAN STRATEGY PADA PERUSAHAAN SOSIS
The purpose of this study was to examine, analyze and propose changes that can be done to address the problems raised in the formulation of the problem through the analysis of marketing strategies using the Blue Ocean Strategy. The method used is descriptive method. The results showed that the decline in product sales is due to several factors. These factors are in terms of the product itself, in terms of packaging, the destination cities in terms of product marketing as well as promotional and advertising products. Problems sales decline may be addressed by the Blue Ocean Strategy. The proposed factors described in the Strategy Canvas namely variety of nutrients and vitamins, originality, taste, and their slogan 'HEALTHY IS CHEAP' as a result of their product differentiation in the form of vegetable sausage.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPETENSI DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI PEGAWAI : (STUDI PADA DINAS PEKERJAAN UMUM KOTA CIMAHI)
The company’s performace can be achieved if all exixting elements in the company well integrated and it focused on staffs at the Departement of Public Works where the roles, responsibilities and functions of the Public Works Departement is quite heavy because it deals directly with the public service. So that the employee’s performance will affect the public service. Thus, the human resources development is an essential part to improve the performance of the company.The main objective of the study was to determine how much influence the motivation, compentation and organization culture to the performance of employees.
The study was conducted at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Cimahi, with all employees as the respondent, many as 114 people. The research method used is descriptive method of analysis to determine the level of motivation, competention, organizational culture and employee performance. To determine the Influence of motivation, compentation and organizational culture to the performance of employees, used verification method of analysis, which is processed by SPSS software.
Based on the results of research proved that motivation give dominan influence to performance employee at 43,50%. Compentation influence to performance employee at 13,30%, and the organization culture influence on job satisfaction at 21,80%, while simultaneously motivation, compentation and organizational culture influence on the performance of employees at 78,6 %.
To improve performance of employees, it is recommended to give more attention for performance of employees aspects such as reviewing work capacity to be more optimal, increased collaboration between the programs or programs related sectors to be sustainable, as well as complete the facilities of work.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
The aim of this research is to find out the competency condition, the quality of work life and staff performance. This also analyzes the influence of competency towards staff performance, the influence of work life quality towards staff performance and the influence of competency and work life quality towards staff performance
A survey methods with associative explanatory level is used in this research. The respondents are 95 staffs. The data collection techniques used in this research are literature study, documentation study and field study by using interview and questionnaire. The data collected are analyzed by using quantitative and statistics analyses. The quantitative analysis covers the respondent score and the statistics analysis covers the path analysis.
The finding shows that in general the competency, the quality of work life and the performance. The direct influence of competency towards staff performance is 17.454 % and the indirect influence is 9.23 %. Therefore, in total the influence of competency towards staff performance is 26.7 %. The direct influence of the quality of work life towards staff performance is 35.57 % and the indirect influence is 9.23 %. Therefore, the total influence of the quality of work life towards the staff performance is 44.8 %. The influence of competency and the quality of work life towards staff performance is 71.4 %.

The development of science and technology urges the society’s needs for qualified education. There must be an optimal way so that the citizen can obtain the adequate education. For this reason, the role of schools is essential in producing qualified education. This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership, competence, and motivation on teacher performance.
The study carries out the explanation approach by surveying the teachers in a junior high school in Indramayu Regency. Data analysis technique of this study is path analysis. The results of the study show principals leadership, competence, and motivation partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on teacher performance.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN : (STUDI PADA SALAH SATU HOTEL DI KOTA BANDUNG)
This study wants to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Moreover, this study aims to analyze factors with the most dominant influence, between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at a hotel in Bandung. The research samples were 87 employees by using questionnaires aimed at the employees. The research method uses inferential analysis with path analysis technique.
The result reveals work motivation (X?) has an effect of 38.4%. Work discipline variable (X?) has an effect of 29.6%. Total influence is 0.679 or 67.9%. The other factors that are not examined are 32.1%. The suggestion is management should be able to maintain and improve the two variables above.

PENGARUH PERILAKU KONSUMEN DAN PROSES PSIKOLOGIS TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN : (STUDI PADA SALAH SATU JAJANAN KULINER DI KOTA BANDUNG)
Deciding to buy is an essential aspect of a company's business activities. The goal of this study is to determine the effect of consumer behavior and psychological processes on purchasing decisions. The research model uses the inferential approach by distributing questionnaires to consumers on a culinary spot in Bandung. The sampling technique of this study is the purposive sampling. This research uses multiple regression analysis to answer the research hypothesis. The results show there is a significant influence on consumer behavior and psychological processes on purchasing decisions.
