    Analisis Perbandingan Performansi Protokol Ad Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector dan Zone Routing Protocol Pada Mobile Ad Hoc Network

    Jaringan Ad Hoc adalah jaringan wireless dengan beberapa Mobile node yang tidak memiliki router tetap. Setiap node ini dapat berfungsi sebagai router yang dapat mencari dan menangani jalur ke node yang lain dalam suatu jaringan. Setiap node pada jaringan bersifat Mobile sehingga topologi dari jaringannya selalu berubah-ubah. AODV dan ZRP merupakan contoh routing protocol yang efisien untuk jaringan Ad Hoc pada tipe routing protocol masing-masing. AODV untuk tipe routing protocol reactive dan ZRP untuk tipe routing protocol hybrid. Setiap routing protocol tentu akan memiliki kemampuan yang berbeda dalam kecepatan mencari jalur routing dan kemampuan pengiriman jumlah packet dalam jaringan, sehingga Quality of Service (QoS) untuk setiap routing protocol juga berbeda. Oleh karena itu, menjadi penting untuk mengetahui kecepatan dan efisiensi routing protocol dalam menentukan routing yang akan digunakan dalam studi kasus. Dalam Penelitian melakukan analisis QoS jaringan ad hoc pada routing protocol AODV dan ZRP dengan parameter yang di uji adalah End to End Delay, Jitter, Packet Delivery Ratio dan Throughput. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan analisa dengan melihat QoS setiap protocol routing. Hasil pengujian memperlihatkan bahwa masing-masing routing protocol yang diteliti, routing protocol AODV memiliki waktu yang lebih cepat dalam proses pengiriman packet ke node selanjutnya dengan nilai rata-rata 0.3134 detik dari pada routing protocol ZRP yang memiliki nilai 0.3891 detik. Untuk jumlah packet yang terkirim routing protocol ZRP lebih baik dengan rata-rata throughput 963.34 Kb dibandingkan dengan routing protocol AODV

    Aircraft Pitch Control Design using Observer-State Feedback Control

    Pitch is a movement of an aircraft achieved by tilting the elevator control which makes the nose of aircraft ascend or descend. This research will design a control system that controls the slope of the x-axis or pitch with the observer-state feedback to keep the aircraft always in the position setpoint, the stabilization of the pitch angle at the value of 0 radians. The applied controller is tested under three different conditions based on the variation of the gain value of Q and R that will affect the observed gain matrix (L gain) and the matrix state-feedback gain (K gain). The variation with the gain value of Q = 10 and R = 0.1 is the best result of the three kinds of testing performed with the fastest stabilization processing time, that is 7 seconds, to reach a steady state condition and the minimum pitch angle deviation value is 0.08 radians. The use of the observer has a significant influence on the pitch angle deviation of the aircraft. When using the observer, the pitch angle deviation value is 0.08 radians, and 0.2 radians without the observer. The larger result of pitch deviation angle will affect the stability of the aircraft's motion and cause the slope of the movement on the x-axis become greater so that the aircraft is prone to fall

    In education world, recognizing the relationship between one subject and another is imperative. By recognizing the relationship between courses, performing sustainability mapping between subjects can be easily performed.  Moreover, detecting and reducing any duplicated contents in several subjects will be also possible to execute. Of course, these conveniences will benefit lecturers, students and departments. It will ease the analysis and discussion processes between lecturers related to subjects in the same domain. In addition, students will conveniently choose a group of subjects they are interested in. Furthermore, departments can easily create a specialization group based on the similarity of the subjects and combine the courses possessing high similarity. In this research, given a good database, the relationship between subjects was calculated based on the proximity of the primary contents of the subjects. The feature used was term feature, in which value was determined by calculating TF-IDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency) from each term. In recognizing the value of proximity between subjects, cosine similarity method was implemented. Finally, testing was done utilizing precision, recall and accuracy method. The research results show that the precision and accuracy values are 90,91% and the recall value is 100%

    Effects of Process Variations in a HCMOS IC using a Monte Carlo SPICE Simulation

    In this paper, effects of process variations in a HCMOS (High-Speed Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) IC (Integrated Circuit) are examined using a Monte Carlo SPICE (Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis) simulation. The variations of the IC are L and VTO variations. An evaluation method is used to evaluate the effects of the variations by modeling it using a normal (Gaussian) distribution. The simulation results show that the IC may be detected as a defective IC caused by the variations based on large supply currents flow to it.

    Penentuan Pola Kunjungan Wisatawan Ke Berbagai Objek Wisata Di Pulau Ambon Menggunakan Frequent Pattern Growth

    Untuk menyusun perencanaan pengembangan objek daya tarik wisata di pulau Ambon khususnya penentuan pola perjalanan wisatawan diperlukan data dan Metode yang relevan, salah satu metode penentuan pola kunjungan wisata adalah Metode Frequent Pattern Growth yang terbukti dapat digunakan untuk melihat pola kecenderungan. Dari 505 sampel data wisatawan Gabungan yang terdiri dari 331 wisatawan Domestik dan 174 wisatawan mancanegara yang berkunjung ke 18 objek daya tarik wisata di pulau Ambon dengan minimum support 10 % dan minimum confidence 70 % didapatkan 12 pencarian pola kunjungan wisatawan yakni pola kunjungan wisatawan domestik, Mancanegara dan Gabungan  ke seluruh ODTW, ODTW Pantai, ODTW Sejarah dan ODTW Alam. Dari masing–masing item, diambil 10 pola berdasarkan tingkat confidence tertinggi untuk dijadikan bahan rekomendasi bagi dinas terkait menyangkut penentuan pola kunjungan wisatawan di pulau Ambon

    Application Monitoring Design of Water Tank Volume and Clarity System using LabView NI MYRIO

    A traditional controlling and measuring system both in home industry and factory have many constraints especially in the field of quality and efficiency. Operators have to control and monitor while the tank is in the water filling mode. Consequently, an effective system is needed to increase the ease in industry operation. In this work, an application design of water volume in tank and clarity system has presented using RF04 ultrasonic sensor to detect water level; furthermore, a turbidity sensor was also employed to detect water clarity. Both of them were controlled by National Instrument (NI) myRIO-1900. NI myRIO was used in this work as a controller having automatic on/off relay module employed to the water tank and integrated with a personal computer as human machine interface system (HMI). NI LabView software used as HMI in this work was also connected to Wi-Fi module to establish a remote monitoring role. As a result, the simulation shows that water level can be measured utilizing ultrasonic sensor as well as turbidity sensor detection for water clarity

    Prediksi Harga Saham Menggunakan Improved Multiple Linear Regression untuk Pencegahan Data Outlier

    Seiring berkembangnya bisnis modern, prediksi harga saham selalu mendapat perhatian khusus oleh pakar ekonomi. Prediksi nilai saham menggunakan model Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) telah terbukti memberikan nilai prediksi yang presisi dan cukup baik. Namun di sisi lain, regresi linear memiliki beberapa kelemahan terhadap data outlier. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dilakukan prediksi nilai harga saham menggunakan MLR yang dibantu dengan teknik K-Means dan Moving Average (MA) untuk mengatasi pengaruh data outlier. Pengujian diawali dengan pengumpulan data dan pra-proses data. Data harga saham yang akan digunakan dalam pengujian diperoleh dari laman finance.yahoo.com dengan kategori “Jakarta Composite Index (^JKSE)”. Selanjutnya proses prediksi dilakukan dengan hybrid MLR dengan K-Means dan MA untuk mengatasi titik-titik saham yang outlier. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dapat dilihat bahwa pendekatan paling baik ditunjukkan oleh metode MLR dan MA yakni dengan nilai MSE sebesar 15087.465, RMSE sebesar 122.831, dan MAPE sebesar 3.255

    Implementasi sistem informasi KRS-online dalam perkuliahan digunakan untuk membantu proses penyusunan KRS oleh setiap mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menguji variabel-variabel serta indikator yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM. Model penelitian ini mengadopsi model penelitian DeLone and Mclean IS Success. Kuesioner yang disusun dalam penelitian ini disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang memiliki kualifikasi sebagai mahasiswa pengguna sistem KRS-online. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap net benefit. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis ditunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM memiliki persentase sebesar 70,5% yang artinya kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM berada pada tingkatan sukses

    The Use of Python Tutor on Programming Laboratory Session: Student Perspectives

    Based on the fact that the impact of educational tools can only be accurately measured through student-centered evaluation, this paper proposes a long-term in-class evaluation for Python Tutor, a program visualization tool developed by Guo. The evaluation involves 53 students from 4 Basic Data Structure classes, which were held in the even semester of 2016/2017 academic year. It is conducted based on questionnaire survey asked to the students after they have used Python Tutor in their half of programming laboratory sessions. In general, there are three findings from this work. Firstly, Python Tutor helps students to complete programming laboratory tasks, specifically for Basic Data Structure material. Secondly, Python Tutor helps students to understand general programming aspects which are execution flow, variable content change, method invocation sequence, object reference, syntax error, and logic error. Finally, based on student perspectives, Python Tutor is a helpful tool positively affecting the students
