ANALISIS KENAIKAN HARGA AKTIVITAS KPK 01 CR001
Full text linkadalah salah satu sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengukur aktivitas radiasi pada saat limbah cair dipindahkan dari tangki penyimpanan limbah cair aktivitas rendah KPK 01 ke sistem Pemantauan Buangan Terpadu. Dalam kondisi normal hasil analisis sampel tangki KPK 01 dan air yang terdapat pada vessel hampir sama. Berdasarkan data hasil pengamatan harga yang ditunjukkan indikator sistem ini adalah 3x10-4 Ci/m3 sehingga menyebabkan High alarm di Ruang Kendali Utama. Oleh karena itu perlu diyakinkan apakah harga indikator tersebut menunjukkan aktivitas limbah cair dalam tangki yang sebenarnya atau karena sebab yang lain. Untuk memastikan penyebab kenaikkan harga indikator dilakukan analisis dengan cara menguji respon detektor dan fungsin instrumentasi sistem KPK 01 CR 001, mengukur sampel air dalam tangki limbah cair KPK 01, sampel air dalam vessel, kemudian mencacahnya dengan menggunakan multy channel analyzer. Hasil analisis sampel air pada tangki KPK 01 adalah 1,9 x 10-8 Ci/l . Berdasarkan data tersebut diatas penyebab kenaikkan harga aktivitas KPK 01 CR 001 berasal dari limbah cair aktivitas sedang dari KPK 02 yang masuk ke vessel KPK 01 CR 001, akibat katup yang kurang rapat.Kata kunci : Analisis dan sistemis one of the systems used to measure radiation level during liquid waste transfer from liquid waste storage tanks low activity to the integrated waste monitoring system. This measure is done by checking detector respons and its instrumentation fuction of KPK 01 CR 001, measuring water sample in the waste tank KPK 01, a sampel of water in a vessel and chopping it using multy channel analyzer. The results of analisis of water samples in KPK 01 tank is 1,9 x10-8 Ci/l. Full text linkABSTRACT EFFECTIVENESS OF MOTIVATION IN IMPROVING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE. A corporate organization in carrying out its activities, both private companies and government agencies will seek to achieve a predetermined goal. The success of various activities within the company / agency in achieving the goal of excellence is not only dependent on technology, operating funds, facilities or infrastructure owned, but also depends on aspects of human resources. Motivation is very important to be considered by the company when it wants every employee can contribute positively to the achievement of corporate goals, because the motivation of an employee will have a high spirit in carrying out the task. This paper discusses the need for motivation to work done to improve the performance of employees in the Center for Technology of Nuclear Industry Materials (PTBIN). As a case study based on the performance level of education employees with employee attendance be measured by the effectiveness of achievement motivation. From the results of the discussion concluded that the quality of education possessed by the employee in PTBIN not offset by higher employee performance to the maximum performance. This can be seen in the high rate of employee absenteeism in the PTBIN, which can be concluded that the level of motivation to finish the job they are getting lower and effectiveness motivation in improving the performance of employees not performing well. Suatu organisasi perusahaan dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya, baik perusahaan swasta maupun instansi pemerintah akan berusaha untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Keberhasilan berbagai aktivitas di dalam perusahaan/instansi dalam mencapai tujuan bukan hanya tergantung pada keunggulan tekonologi, dana operasi, sarana ataupun prasarana yang dimiliki, melainkan juga tergantung pada aspek sumber daya manusia. Motivasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan oleh pihak instansi bila menginginkan setiap pegawai dapat memberikan andil positif terhadap pencapaian tujuan perusahaan/ instansi, karena dengan motivasi seorang pegawai akan memiliki semangat yang tinggi dalam melaksanakan tugas. Makalah ini membahas studi kasus perlunya motivasi kerja ditingkatkan untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Pusat Teknologi Bahan Industri Nuklir (PTBIN). Penilaian kinerja didasarkan pada tingkat pendidikan dan tingkat kehadiran pegawai yang menjadi tolak ukur pencapaian efektivitas motivasi kerja. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai di PTBIN tidak diimbangi dengan tingginya capaian kinerja pegawai secara maksimal. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat pada tingginya ketidak hadiran/ absen pegawai di lingkungan PTBIN, yang berarti bahwa tingkat motivasi mereka untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan semakin rendah dan efektivitas motivasi kerja dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai belum terlaksana dengan baik. KAJIAN KEGAGALAN PENGUKURAN KETINGGIAN AIR SISTEM PENAMPUNGAN LIMBAH CAIR AKTIVITAS RENDAH (KPK01 CL001) DI RSG-GAS
Full text linkABSTRACT STUDY OF MEASUREMENT WATER LEVEL FAILURE ON LOW ACTIVITIES WASTE WATER STORAGE SYSTEM (KPK01 CL001) AT RSG-GAS. Measuring level of the water is used to control water levels in the waste water holding tank low activity. The study was conducted because of the damage to the system, which resulted in the appointment of the meters and indicators on the local panel and RKU not at the height of the water in the tank. The intent was to know the system and then repair the damage or replace the defective module. Test results FMC480 type transducer linearity deviation between meter readings to the standard price of 100%. While the transducer type FMX570 deviation between meter readings with a standard price of 0.84%. From the test results concluded that the type of transducer FMC480 be repaired or replaced. Pengukuran ketinggian air ini digunakan untuk mengendalikan ketinggian permukaan air pada tangki penampungan air limbah aktivitas rendah. Kajian dilakukan karena adanya kerusakan pada sistem tersebut, yang mengakibatkan penunjukan antara meter dan indikator di lokal panel dan RKU tidak sama ketinggian air di dalam tangki. Tujuannya adalah supaya mengetahui kerusakan sistem dan kemudian memperbaikinya atau mengganti modul yang rusak. Hasil pengujian linieritas transduser tipe FMC480 penyimpangan antara pembacaan meter dengan harga standar sebesar 100%. Sedangkan dengan transduser tipe FMX570 penyimpangan antara pembacaan meter dengan harga standar sebesar 0.84%. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut ditarik kesimpulan bahwa transduser tipe FMC480 harus diperbaiki atau diganti. Kata kunci : transduser, pengukuran ketinggian, FMC480,
