    Abstrak Satelit Lapan A2/Orari diluncurkan dengan Roket PSLV C-30 dan Bandar Antariksa Satish Dhawan, Sriharikotta, India, Senin, 28 September 2015, tepat pukul 10.00 waktu India atau 11.30 WIB. Roket peluncur yang dioperasikan Organisasi Riset Antariksa India (ISRO) tersebut membawa muatan tujuh satelit, termasuk satelit Lapan A2/Orari. Open source software adalah istilah yang digunakan untuk software yang terbuka/membebaskan source code-nya untuk dilihat oleh orang lain dan membiarkan orang lain mengetahui cara kerjasoftware tersebut dan sekaligus memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada pada software tersebut. Dan yang menarik dan salah satu keunggulannya adalah bahwa Open source software dapat diperoleh dan digunakan secara gratis tanpa perlu membayar lisensi. Biasanya orang mendapatkansoftware ini dari internet. Salah satu open source software yang terkenal yaitu Linux[8]. Penejejakan satelit atau istilah teknisnya tracking satelit menjadi pekerjaan yang sangat krusial atau penting, mengingat satelit-satelit LAPAN berada dalam orbit LEO (Low Earth Orbit) dimana pergerakan satelit-satelit tersebut tidak diam seperti halnya satelit-satelit yang berada pada orbit GEO yang banyak digunakan pada satelit komersial. Disini lah pentingnya peranan tracking satelit didalam proses pengambilan data satelit, dan dengan menggunakan program-program open source maka tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya yang besar karena sifatnya yang tidak berbayar. Kata Kunci : LAPAN-A2, Tracking Satelit, Open Source. Abstract Lapan A2 / Orari satellite launched by PSLV C-30 rocket from the Satish Dhawan Space Bandar, Sriharikotta India. On Monday, September 28, 2015, at 10:00 am, Indian time or 11:30 am, Jakarta Time. Rocket launchers operated by the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) that carry a payload of seven satellites, including satellite Lapan A2 / Lapan Orari. Open source software is a term used for software that is open /free the source code to be viewed by others and let others know how the software works and at the same time improve the weaknesses that exist in the software. And interesting and one of the advantages is that open source software can be obtained and used for free without paying a license. Usually people get this software from the Internet. One well-known open source software is Linux. Tracking satellite is becoming a crucial or important, given the satellites LAPAN are in orbit LEO (Low Earth Orbit) wherein movement of the satellites are not stationary as well as the satellites that are in orbit GEO widely used on a commercial satellite.     Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahap,dimulai dari tahap suatu polimerisasi menghasilkan suatu adonan yang terdiri dari dua lapis yaitu cair dan kental. Lapisan yang kental merupakan campuran Trigeliserida dan Monogliserida yang selanjutnya dilakukan pemisahan, dimana metoda pemisahan yang baik hasinya lebih bagus adalah dengan metoda kolom. Monogliserida yang didapat memiliki rantai pendek dan diolah menjadi, Poliepoksi, Polialkid, Poliacid Agar diperoleh bahan dasar untuk mendapatkan Poliuretan yang berfungsi sebagaifuel binder masih diperlukan upaya untuk memperpanjang rantai Monogliserida Dengan memperpanjang rantai akan diperoleh Poliuretan sebagaifuel binder yang ditunjukan pada panjang gelombang 2273 ciril(hasil analisa dengan FTIR) dengan melakukan uji kualitas Poliuretan didapatkan kuat tank 3300 psi, kemuluran = 75%, kekerasan = 72Short A.kuat rekat steel >< Al 25 (Lbi). Untuk daya rekat pada suhu tinggi perlu perbaikan mutu Poliuretan dengan memperpanjang rantaiMonoglidserida. Abstract This research carried out in several stages, from the polymerization process which produces dough which consists of two layers of the layer of liquid and viscous. The mixture is separated, then retrieved a thick which is a mixture of triglycerides, diglycerides and monoglycerides. The process of separating the best method is to use the column. Monoglycerides obtained had a short chain and processed into polyepoxy, polyalkyd and polyacid. Efforts to extend the chain as a raw material to obtain a polyurethane binder that serves as fuel.By extending the chain obtained polyurethane as of fuel binder are shown at a wavelength of 2273 cm-1 (results of analysis by FTIR), to test the quality of the polyurethane obtained tensile strength of 3300 psi, elasticity 75%, hardness 72 Short A, strong adhesion to steel vs steel = 27 Lbi, rubber vs rubber = 12 Lbi and Al vs AL 25 Lbi. For adhesion at high temperatures need to improve quality of polyurethane by extending the chain monoglycerides.Hal. 195-203 :ilus.; 30 C

    Determination Of Forest And Non-Forest In Seram Island Maluku Province Using Multi-Year Landsat Data

    Seram Island is one of the islands in Maluku Province. Forest in Seram Island still exists because there is Manusela National Park, but they should be monitored. The forest and non-forest information is usually obtained through the classification process from single remote sensing data, but in certain places in Indonesia it is difficult enough to get single Landsat data with cloud free, so annual mosaic was used. The aim of this research was to analyze the stratification zone, their indices and thresholds to get spatial information of annual forest area in Seram Island using multi-year Landsat Data. The method consists of four stages: 1) analyzing the base probability result for determination of stratification zone 2) determining the annual forest probability by applying indices from stage-I, 3) determining the spatial information of forest and non-forest annual phase-I by searching the lowest boundary of forest probability, and 4) determining the spatial information of forest and non-forest annual phase-II using the method of permutation of three data and multi-year forest rules. The results of this study indicated that Seram Island could be coumpond into one stratification zone with three indices. The index equations were B2+B3-2B for index-1, B3+B4 for index-2, and -B3+B4 for index-3. The threshold of index 1, 2, and 3 ranged between -60 and 0, 61 and 104, and 45 and 105, respectively. The lowest boundary of forest probability in Seram Island since 2006 to 2012 have a range between 46% and 60%. The last result was the annual forest spatial information phase II where the missing data on the forest spatial information phase I decreased.     Spatial Pattern Of Hydrologic Response Unit (Hru) Effect On Flow Discharge Of Ci Rasea Watershed Using Landsat Tm In 1997 To 2009

    Hydrologic Response Unit (HRU) is a unit formed of hydrological analysis based on geology and soil type, slope, and land cover. This paper discussed the spatial pattern of Hydrologic Response Unit (HRU) in 1997-2009 and its impact on flow Ci Rasea watershed temporally. In this study, SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model, based on land cover changed, was used to get HRU and flow in spatially and temporally. This method used Landsat TM 1997, 2003 and 2009 data for land cover and daily rainfall 1997-2009 for flow modeling. The results showed the spatial pattern of HRU in temporally was affected by landcover based on the changing of HRU. The majority of HRU spatial pattern at Ci Rasea watershed were clustered. During 1997-2009, accumulated surface runoff and the changing of flow discharge were affected by changes of HRU spatial pattern. The biggest accumulated surface runoff in Ci Rasea watershed influenced by HRU of agricultural cropland in area of clay soil type with slope slightly obliquely. While the smallest accumulated surface runoff in Ci Rasea watershed influenced by HRU of paddy field in the area of sandy loam soil type with a gentle slope. The changes of HRU agriculture cropland become HRU mixed cropland in area clay soil type with slope at a slight angle and HRU agriculture cropland become HRU paddy field in area, sandy loam soil type with a gentle slope could be decreasing the accumulation of surface runoff in Ci Rasea watershed.p.39-48 : ilus. ; 28 c

    Variation And Trend Of Sea Level Derived From Altimetry Satellite And Tide Gauge In Cilacap And Benoa Coastal Areas

    Observation of sea levels continuously is very important in order to adapt the disasters in the coastal areas. Conventionally observations of sea level using tide gauge, but the number of tide gauge installed along the coast of Indonesia is still limited. Altimetry satellite data is one solution; therefore it is necessary to assess the potential and accuracy of altimetry satellite data to complement the sea level data from tide gauges. The study was conducted in the coastal waters of Cilacap and Bali by analysis data Envisat satellite altimetry for period 2003 to 2010 and data compiled from a variety of satellite altimetry from 2006 to 2014. Data tidal was used as a comparison of altimetry satellite data. The altimetry satellite data in Cilacap and Benoa waters more than 90% could be used to assess the variation and the sea level rise during the period 2003-2010. The rate of sea level rise both the data of tidal and satellite altimetry data indicates the same rate was 3.5 mm/year in Cilacap. in Benoa are 4.7 mm/year and 5.60 mm/year respectively.p.59-66 : ilus. ; 28 c

    Comparing Atmospheric Correction Methods For Landsat Oli Data

    Landsat data used for monitoring activities to land cover because it has spatial resolution and high temporal. To monitor land cover changes in an area, atmospheric correction is needed to be performed in order to obtain data with precise digital value picturing current condition. This study compared atmospheric correction methods namely Quick Atmospheric Correction (QUAC), Dark Object Subtraction (DOS) and Fast Line-of-sight Atmospheric Analysis of Spectral Hypercubes (FLAASH). The correction results then were compared to Surface Reflectance (SR) imagery data obtained from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) satelite. The three atmospheric correction methods were applied to Landsat OLI data path/row126/62 for 3 particular dates. Then, sample on vegetation, soil and bodies of water (waterbody) were retrieved from the image. Atmospheric correction results were visually observed and compared with SR sample on the absolute value, object spectral patterns, as well as location and time consistency. Visual observation indicates that there was a contrast change on images that had been corrected by using FLAASH method compared to SR, which mean that the atmospheric correction method was quite effective. Analysis on the object spectral pattern, soil, vegetation and waterbody of images corrected by using FLAASH method showed that it was not good enough eventhough the reflectant value differed greatly to SR image. This might be caused by certain variables of aerosol and atmospheric models used in Indonesia. QUAC and DOS made more appropriate spectral pattern of vegetation and water body than spectral library. In terms of average value and deviation difference, spectral patterns of soil corrected by using DOS was more compatible than QUAC.p. 105-120 :ilus. ; 28 c

    adai geomagnet merupakan gangguan geomagnet yang terjadi secara global. Sampai saat ini dipercaya bahwa dampak terbesar badai geomagnet terjadi di lintang tinggi dan semakin menurun dengan menurunnya lintang sampai di ekuator. Namun, berdasarkan olah data komponen H medan geomagnet dari CPMN diperoleh fenomena lain yaitu H minimum dari stasiun Onagawa (31,15? LU; 212,63? BT koordinat magnet) lebih kecil dari H minimum Balai Penjejakan dan Kendali Wahana Antariksa (BPKWA) Biak (9,73? LS; 207,39? BT koordinat magnet) saat badai geomagnet 15 Juli 2000. Kenyataan ini berbeda dari apa yang telah dipercayai di atas. Untuk memastikan hal ini maka dilakukan analisis respon komponen H medan geomagnet berdasarkan lintang menggunakan data komponen H medan geomagnet dari BPKWA Biak dan stasiun di sekitar 210? MM untuk seluruh kejadian badai geomagnet kuat (Dst < -100 nT) selama 1995-2001. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa respon medan geomagnet saat badai geomagnet di Biak lebih besar dari pada di ekuator magnet (YAP) dengan rata-rata selisih ?H-nya 59,27 nT. EEJ dan CEJ di daerah EEJ (10? LU sampai 10? LS magnet) terbukti mempengaruhi respon geomagnet. Hal terpenting yang perlu diperhatikan dari hasil ini adalah bahwa jika respon geomagnet di Indonesia lebih tinggi dibandingkan di daerah ekuator geomagnet (YAP) maka potensi kemunculan GIC juga lebih besar terjadi di Indonesiahal. 63-7
