    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konformitas dan harga diri terhadap kecenderungan menjadi korban kekerasan pada remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe penelitian kausal. Penelitian ini melibatkan 198 orang remaja yang duduk di kelas X (Sepuluh), XI (Sebelas), dan XII (Dua belas) di SMK Negeri 5 Samarinda. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi ganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh antara konformitas dan harga diri terhadap kecenderungan menjadi korban kekerasan pada remaja (R = 0,277, p<0.05). Ditemukan pula bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang negatif antara konformitas terhadap korban kekerasan (β = -0,348, p<0,05) dan harga diri terhadap korban kekerasan (β = -0,497 ,p<0,05)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Konsep diri dan Kepercayaan diri pada Sales Promtion, Sehingga terdapat 2 hubungan yang akan diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu : 1) Konsep diri; 2) Kepercayaan diri. Penelitian dilakukan kepada Sales Promotion PT. Nutrifood Indonesia dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 200 orang yang terdiri dari 160 orang perempuan dan 40 orang laki-laki. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara konsep diri dan kepercayaan diri, yang di tunjukan dari analisis korelasi product moment yaitu r = 0,537 (p < 0,05)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap budaya organisasi pada karyawan CV. Muse Entertainment Center Samarinda, sehingga terdapat 2 hubungan yang akan diselidiki dalam penelitian ini, yaitu : 1) kepemimpinan transformasional ; 2) budaya organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan kepada karyawan CV. Muse Entertainment Center Samarinda dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 163 orang dengan spesifikasi karyawan laki-laki dan perempuan, berusia rata-rata 18 tahun sampai dengan 47 tahun dengan berbagai macam latar belakang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur kepemimpinan transformasional Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) Purwanto (2000) yang telah dimodifikasi kembali oleh penulis. Alat ukur budaya organisasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah model skala Liket. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai t hitung dari variabel X 0,441 lebih kecil dari pada t tabel 1,975. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap budaya organisasi pada karyawan CV. Muse Entertainment Center Samarinda.Kata Kunc

Industrial Psychology Department 17 Agustus 1945 University Samarinda, Undergraduate Thesis 2013.The purpose of this research was to know the relationship between the Perception of Transformational Leadership Style to the Labor Discipline. As we know that there is a lot of problems in discipline which happened in many groups, so it will be needed a leader who can give an efforts to a better aim for those groups. The data which used by the researcher in this research comes from the book, journal, newspaper, an article, survey, an interview and electronic media.The research were done with distributing a questionnaires which has 100 questions that made from the researcher itself.  There are 122 respondents of the production employees (non-structural) and the overall of them is a man that comes from the company which active in the coal mining area, PT. Borneo Alam Semesta in Along village, Melak, Kutai Barat, Kalimantan Timur.  The data analysis uses a statistic correlation product moment technique from Pearson, and also the statistic program SPSS 18 for windows.The result of this research showed the hypotheses that submitted in this research was accepted, it means that there is a significant positive relationship between the Perception of Transformational Leadership Style to the Labor Discipline with correlation score 0,253. The higher of the Perception of Transformational Leadership style means that higher of Labor Discipline, vice versa, the lower of the Perception of Transformational Leadership style means that lower of Labor Discipline. As for the effective contribution of the Perception of Transformational Leadership Style to the Labor Discipline in PT. Borneo Alam Semesta is 6,4%

    ABSTRACThis study aims to determine whether there are differences in stress levels between production employees and non-production employees. this Stress question is stress that occurs in a place of work is commonly called job stress. Stress can show up on all aspects of human life, including the stress found on occupations commonly called job stress. Each individual has a level stress and have a different way of dealing with stress between each other.This study was conducted at a coal mining company. The subjects were employees of PT. Bara Jaya Energy which amounted to 158 people consisting of 79 production employees and 79 non-production employees. This study consisted a single variable, which is job stress. this data collection using method scale, with job stress scale measuring instrument consisting of a 32 point statement. Data analysis techniques using t-test, with help of statistical program SPSS version 13. The results were obtained value of t = -2795 and p = 0.006 (p <0.05), and mean values for production employees was 67.15, while the non-production employees at 63.03. Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda, 2013.  This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of working relationships with employee job satisfaction in PT Sinar Nirwanasari Samarinda. No matter how small changes in the effectiveness of the work will affect the job satisfaction of employees. Individual behavior will be correlated with job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees working at PT. Samarinda Nirwanasari rays. As many as 78 samples were taken from 110 respondents of the existing population.             Non-parametric correlation test using the product moment correlation coefficient to determine the relationship between variables X and Y values by comparing the count r with r table. From the calculations, r of 0.7013. After the results of the analysis are compared with the r table (table critical value) where N = 78 with a significance level of 0.05, it turns out empirical count r is greater than r table (0.7013> 0.220> 0.286). Thus the working hypothesis (hi) be accepted as true and reject the null hypothesis (ho).     AbstractHigh work discipline on an employee comes down from a high motivation to work anyway. This is so that the performance of employees can be more productive.The study consisted of a single dependent variable, ie, work discipline and one independent variable, namely the motivation to work. The data was collected using a scale. The subjects in this study were employees RSJD Atma Husada Mahakam totaling 100 people. Data analysis techniques used were correlation. These results indicate there is a significant relationship between work motivation with employee discipline with correlation values: 0.827 and 0.684 R Square value indicates, that motivation affects up to 68.4% of labor discipline

    This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment of civil servants so that there are two relationships that will be investigated in this study, namely: 1) organizational culture, 2) organizational commitment.The study was conducted at Civil Servants East Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office by the number of research subjects as many as 152 people with visitors specifications of men and women, average age 30 years to 50 years with a wide variety of educational backgrounds.Data analysis was performed using SPSS (Statistical packade for Social Science) 13 for Windows. Results of hypothesis testing using Spearman Rank analysis (R) of - 0.117, p equal to 0.246, and 0.265 t of t table (two-way) 0.05 = 1.99.     This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on Emotional Quotient (EQ). Emotional Quotient in question is the sensitivity to recognize and manage their own and other people's feelings and sensitivity in managing these feelings then become the framework in behavior, socializing or taking the right decision. Emotional Quotient is divided into five main skills that will be investigated the effect of Information and Communication Technology in this study, namely: 1) Recognizing one's emotions; 2) Management emotion; 3) Motivate yourself; 4) Recognizing emotions in others; 5) Fostering relationships .The study was conducted in young children, especially student of vocational schools, 127 students study subjects, consisting of 33 students majoring in Multimedia class XI, 32 students majoring in Computer Technology and Networking class XI, 33 students majoring in Multimedia class XII, 29 students majoring Computer Technology and Networking class XII. Data analysis was performed with the statistical technique of Pearson product moment correlation, with the help of statistical program SPSS version 18 for windows.From the analysis of the research data obtained by the correlation effect of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on Emotional Quotient at 0.433 with p of 0.000. This shows that there is a positive and highly significant between Information and Communication Technology with Emotional Quotient
