SISTEM INFORMASI PRODUKSI PERUSAHAAN TRAILER “X”
Get PDFPerusahaan Trailer “X” merupakan salah satu perusahaan karoseri trailer yang membuka usahanya di Surabaya. Perusahaan ini memproduksi bak, trailer, dan container office. Sistem informasi perusahaan yang masih menggunakan media kertas, seperti pencatatan data produksi atau data penjualan dan pembelian. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan resiko terjadinya kehilangan data atau pencarian data bisa memakan waktu yang lama, sehingga bisa terjadi resiko kesalahan pencatatan. Permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini adalah waktu pengerjaan produksi tidak tercatat, sistem pencatatan bahan baku yang masih menggunakan manual, perhitungan biaya bahan baku yang masih manual dan tidak adanya laporan perhitungan biaya gaji pegawai bagian produksi. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini akan dibuatkan sistem manajemen data, sistem pembelian (notabeli), penjadwalan produksi, pembuatan SPK, stockopname, sistem pengupdatean status produksi agar lebih terpantau, laporan gaji karyawan produksi, dan perhitungan estimasi biaya bahan baku produksi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan saat ini. Pada tahap desain sistem pada sistem ini terdapat 4 proses besar yaitu produksi, pembagian kerja karyawan, stockopname, dan pembuatan SPK. Sistem ini dibuat dalam bentuk web agar dapat lebih mudah dipantau pemilik melalui internet oleh pemilik. Data dari sistem akan di save di phpmyadmin dalam bentuk data base dan tampilan web dibuat menggunakan PHP dan bootstrap. Proses uji coba dan evaluasi dilakukan dalam dua tahap yaitu verifikasi dan validasi. Pada tahap verifikasi, dilakukan pemeriksaan terhadap seluruh fitur yang ada untuk memastikan program telah bebas dari kesalahan. Pada tahap validasi, dilakukan proses interview dengan real user untuk memastikan program telah berjalan sesuai kebutuhan sistem dan menghasilkan laporan yang sesuai. Kesimpulan dari pembuatan penelitian ini adalah sistem ini dapat mempermudah perhitungan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh pemilik untuk suatu produksi. Lalu,sistem juga dapat mempercepat pencatatan proses produksi.

PENGARUH PERCEIVED WAITING TIME DAN SATISFACTION WITH WAITING ENVIRONMENT TERHADAP SERVICE SATISFACTION DI RESTORAN XSURABAYA
Get PDFThis research was conducted to determine the effect of perceived waiting time andsatisfaction with waiting environment on waiting time satisfaction and service satisfaction in X restaurant Surabaya. Descriptive analysis along with Partial Least Square is used in this research. The result shows there is a positive significant effect between perceived waiting time and waiting time satisfaction also from waiting time satisfaction and service satisfaction, and also a positive but not significant effect from satisfaction with waiting environment and waiting time satisfaction also from satisfaction with waiting environment and service satisfaction. It also found a negative but not significant effect from perceived waiting time and service satisfaction

Get PDFThe objective of this research is to examine the effect of cash conversion cycle (CCC), accounts receivable conversion period (ACP), inventories conversion period (ICP), and accounts payable deferral period (APP) as independent variable to firm value of non-financial firm (eight sectoral) listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange as dependent variable. The research uses quantitative perspective with linier regression and model in a panel data for all of the research’s observation that used in this research. The number of observation in this research are 945, consists of 189 firms that has been enlisted on Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2012-2016 period. The result shows that cash conversion cycle (CCC), accounts receivable conversion period (ACP), and inventories conversion period (ICP) have negative significant effect onfirm value. Beside accounts payable deferral period (APP)appears to be having no significant effect on firm value

Get PDFacademic cheating is an act that violates the rules by using a variety of ways. The way is not allowed in academic tasks because it would interfere with the process of assesment. Academic cheating is a complex thing. A wide variety of factors can affect academic fraud. One of the factors that influence academic cheating is religiosity. The study aims to determine the correlation betwen religiosity and academik cheating in terms of gender in class X and XI of the SMA AL-ISLAM KRIAN period 2016-2017. The research is quantitative with accidental sampling technique of convenience sampling. 426 subjects the students of class X dan XI. There are 142 male and 284 female. Data analiyzed using Spearman correlation with SPSS ( Statisticalprogram for yhe social sciences) version 13.0. Results from this study that there is a negative correlation between academic cheating and religiosity r= -0.097 (p=0.046), and there are differences in academic cheating when viewed from the gender sig 0.000, so many factors in addition to religiosity affect academic cheating
