Get PDFCollege students certainly want to graduate with the best results and on time or faster. Graduation checking system in the University of Surabaya, especially in the Engineering Faculty have not been able to completely follow the curriculum changes that occur. In addition, students have difficulties to check their prerequisite to graduate in their respective department. Until now, the system still using desktop-based application. It is difficult for students who do not have the app. Creating a graduation checking systemwebsite-based in the Engineering Faculty University of Surabaya aims to facilitate students to graduation prerequisite checks in each department. The system is made tocheckvarious aspects of the graduation requirements in each department. This system will compare the courses taken by students with courses that must be taken and ensure that students can graduate and fulfill all prerequisites with lectures contract. The trial results showed that students who use this system will be easier to check what are the prerequisites of graduation and find out what deficiencies unmet graduation prerequisite. Thus, administrative officer, Academic Advisor, and the Head of Department may determine the graduation of each student in each department more efficiently

Get PDFThis study is aimed to identify and analyze influence travel motivation, utilitarian value, and overall satisfaction toward re-patronage intention on previous research relevant infor-used at this time. Object taken is Mall in Yogyakarta.The data sources used in this study was primarily obtained from respondent using a set of questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 150 people, the respondents who’ve been visited the mall in Yogayakarta in the last 1 year, and have a minimum educations of high school/vocational/equivalent. The sampling technique is a non-probability sampling with the kind of judgment sampling. Level measurement used are interval level. This study used method multiple regression analysis with using SPSS 22 for windows.The results of this study is indicate that travel motivation, utilitarian value, and overall satisfaction has a positive influence towards re-patronage intention

Result of this Study found Mobile App Usefulness have positive and significant impacton Mobile App Stickiness, and Mobile App Word of Mouth, while Playful Engangement only havepositive and significant impact on Mobile App Stickiness

Get PDFPalm oil is one of Indonesia's export commodities which is quite important as a producer of foreign exchange other than oil and gas. This study aims to analyze the development of crude palm oil (CPO) exports in 2008-2015. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive model. Sources of data in this study using data both obtained from primary data and secondary data, is dat a obtained in the form so compiled by other parties directly related. The results show that, the development of the Indonesian crude palm oil industry shows a significant increase every year. In addition, the results of the research are also known problems in the export of crude palm oil that is the increase of export tax, the competition of CPO producers, the issue of global warming, black campaign, Pests and diseases. As well as, the development strategy that needs to be done is in the export competition that is, optimizing the plantation land, developing CPO production by utilizing technology, conducting human resources training, developing competitive strategy and developing promotion

Seperti halnya dengan KAP “X” yang bergerak pada bidang jasa, yang memberikan layanan audit serta konsultasi. Pada organisasi yang bergerak dibidang service oriented seperti KAP “X”, sumber daya manusia merupakan sumber daya dan aset utama. Karena dalam bidang jasa, manusia memegang peranan besar dalam proses produksi dan penyampaian jasa, sehingga besar kemungkinan terjadi tekanan dalam suatu pekerjaan tersebut, entah tekanan yang berasal dari klien maupun tekanan dari KAP itu sendiri. Sehingga dalam hal ini, Stoltz membuat suatu teori mengenai kecerdasan manusia dalam menghadapi suatu tekanan yang disebut Adversity Quotient. No full textThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Social Media Brand Communication on Consumer Based Brand Equity of Indomie in Surabaya. Data from 150 respondent in Surabaya were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) via Amos version 22. Respondent were randomly drawn from Surabaya society who joined the Fan Page of Indomie on Facebook. Result of this study showed that firm-created and user-generated social media brand communication positively influences Brand Awareness/Association, but has no influences on brand loyalty, and perceived quality only affected by user-generated social media brand communication

Hence, the business entity need to implement motivation 3.0 through management control system of business entity. Motivation 3.0 focus on learning about intrinsic motivation that solve the intrinsic motivation problem, which can lowered the performance of business entity. Therefore, this research want to focus on how to implement motivation 3.0 into management control system in order to solve the control system that occur in business entity. The approach that use in this research is qualitative approach with the purpose of research is explanatory research. The benefit of this research is applied research. In order to get the accurate data, we need to do interview, observation, and document analysis. The outcome of this research is the implementation of motivation 3.0 management control system to handle motivational problem, so that the result of this research can improve the performance of the employee because of the effective management control system in solving the motivation problem
HUBUNGAN BIG FIVE PERSONALITY DAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL SUAMI DENGAN BODY IMAGE PADA PEREMPUAN DALAM PERIODE POSTPARTUM
Get PDFAbstract - For many women, body image has been a particular concern throughout life, no exception after childbirth (postpartum). It was inevitable that the body undergoes drastic changed during postpartum period. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship between big five personality and husband’s social support with body image of women in the postpartum period. The participant of study were 60 women gave birth first child, in the postpartum period (1 week - 6 months) and live in Surabaya. The sample was conducted using incidental sampling technique. The data collection use instrument questionnaire. Data analysis techniques to test major hypotheses is multiple regression analysiswhile to test minor hypotheses using partial correlation. Multiple regression analysis showed that there was the relationship between openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeablenes, neuroticism and husband’s support social with body image of women in the period postpartum (R= 0,765). In this study, husband’s social support was predictor for body image of women in the period postpartum (R2 = 0,503). Partial correlation indicated conscientiousness (rparsial= -0,278) and neuroticism (rparsial= -0,326) had a negative correlation with body image. Partial correlation also found that husband’s social support had a positive correlation with body image (rparsial = 0,557)

There are difficulties in doing shoe activities in the kids zone area of the shoe store, including the least-used children using existing sitting facilities, and parents tend to force the child to sit, and parents try to put the child's shoes on the bend position so that the parent's position is lower. Because it takes an attractive sitting facilities, with the position of the cradle according to the needs of children and parents. With a clear or noticeable shape, already known, more easily accepted, triggering fantasy so as not to limit children fantasize despite being in the activities of trying shoes. The existence of fantasy development in children make children use the means of sitting with their own will without coercion. The research method is qualitative method. Through research conducted with qualitative methods, it is known that the sitting facilities provided in the area kids zone shoe store, has a form that is less attractive for children and the unavailability of sitting facilities as needed parental seating position when trying to shoe for children. The purpose of this designed seating facility to make it easier for parents when trying to shoe for children, so that more efficient shopkeepers work. From the results of the research, will be designed a sitting facility that has a fantasy concept that will be combined with a classic design style. The concept of fantasy on the application of an attractive and clear or noticeable form so that when using the seat to provide the experience of children while driving a vehicle that has been known and remembered by children. Lima latihan sadar penuh tersebut adalah menjunjung tinggi kehidupan, kebahagiaan sesungguhnya, cinta sesungguhnya, ucapan cinta kasih dan mendengar mendalam, serta nutrisi dan penyembuhan.
