Get PDFPenulisan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana seluruh aspek dari kehidupan sosial Toni saling berkaitan dan membentuk cara pikirnya terhadap maskulinitas dan gender rules. Terjadinya perceraian menyebabkan salah satu peran orang tua hilang, yaitu peran ayah. Jika peran ayah tidak ada, maka agen sosialisasi anak tersebut akan berkurang, sehingga ada nilai yang tidak diajarkan terutama berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai mengenai menjadi seorang laki-laki. Skripsi ini selain bertujuan selain untuk menjelaskan proses pembentukan pemahaman maskulinitas Toni, anak yang berasal dari keluarga bercerai dan tinggal dengan ibunya, juga untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman terhadap sebuah status gender sebagai laki-laki maskulin mempengaruhi cara pandang Toni terhadap kesetaraan dan keseimbangan aturan gender. Studi life history ini menyoroti kisah Toni dengan analisis kualitatif menggunakan teori Social Construction dari Berger & Luckmann (2011) dan Social Learning dari Lev Vygotsky (1978). Ketiadaan peran seorang ayah, meningkatkan intensitas peran dari agen sosialisasi yang lain dalam membentuk persepsi seseorang. Sosok ayah yang tidak ada di dalam keluarga dikarenakan kegagalan ayah dalam menjalankan perannya, malah menjadi sumber utama Toni untuk belajar mengenai peran dan aturan gender. Ibu, sebagai agen sosialisasi pertama berperan bersama dengan sekolah sebagai lingkungan sosial dan agen sosialisasi sekunder membentuk persepsi Toni berkaitan dengan keseimbangan dan kesetaraan peran dan aturan gender

Get PDFBased on the observation, it can be seen that the problem being faced by CV. Delima is the number of defective products that were produced during the production process of marie wijen Sriti in August 2017 has 13.53% of defective products, while the company has a defective tolerance limit of 10%. And the absence of clear working standards that cause the range of disability too far. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether the use of PDCA quality control with the seven tools can minimize the production defects in the CV. Delima.Quality control analysis uses PDCA with seventools, capability process, and FMEA. The tools will be used to find the production process error and also fix it so that the defect can decrease at CV. Delima. The results of capability process analysis show that the production process run by CV. Delima is not good and also the control chart shows that the company's production activities are out of control. Can be seen on the control chart there are several points that exceeds the upper and lower limits. From the analysis of cause-effect diagrams, it can be seen that the factors causing defects in products come from human factors, materials, methods, and machinery so that companies can take corrective action to overcome these problems. The results showed that the problem of production process in CV. Delima can be repaired and can minimize the production defects by using PDCA approach with seven tools tool. In addition, the percentage of marie wijen Sriti's production defects percentage decreased by 6.47%

The source of data collection for this research are interview, observation, and data analysis. According to Simons(1995), implementation of Levers of Control have to be balance, but did not means equal weight of each control levers, each company need diverse combination of control levers that are compatible to their company conditions. EKSTRAK DAUN TEH HIJAU (CAMELLIA SINENSIS) SEBAGAI XANTIOKSIDAN ALAMI MINYAK KELAPA (COCOS NUCIFERA)
Get PDFCoconut oil can be used to fulfill the high demand for cooking oil in Indonesia. The quality of coconut oil can decrease because of oxidation. Oxidation can be prevented by adding natural antioxidant such as green tea. The objective of this research was to optimize the process of metabolite extraction with highest antioxidant activity. The solvent used for extraction were ethanol 96%, asetonitril 50% and acetone 25%. Green tea extract was analyzed quantitatively using Total Phenolic Compound (TPC) and 2,2-diphenyl-1-pichrylhydraziyl (DPPH). The crude extract from green tea from maceration using ethanol 96% gave the highest inhibition at about 90,8 ± 0,71%. Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) analysis showed existence of catechin and myrecetin in the extract. As much as 0,01% was applied as natural antioxidant in coconut oil. The quality of coconut oil observed by iodine value, peroxide value, TBA value, colour and viscosity changed. The result showed that the addition of green tea extract can prevent oxidation rate with efficiency of 1,5

The purpose of this research is to know the role of Spiritual Intelligence toward tax compliance on small, medium business owner. This research uses qualitative approach. This study was conducted using interviu method, observation, and data analysis. Objects used in this research is business entity engaged in rice milling in Jember. The results of the analysis and discussion show that spiritual intelligence plays a role in the tax compliance carried out by business entities, but not all points in spiritual intelligence proposed by Zohar & Marshall (2000) play a role in tax compliance, self awareness, vision and value led, field independent, and humility that plays role in tax compliance. Spiritual intelligence will be oriented to the public interest and bravely against the flow of non tax compliance so that those with high spiritual intelligence will obey taxes. There are other factors that affect the tax compliance in UD. H. Not feeling the benefits of tax payments and distrust of government giving influence to owners. Mrs. L do not want to play a role in the public interest and this makes the humility points on testing intelligence spirituality not being met

So there is a dual function on the room in that house, like living room which is also used as afamily room. So that, children often play in the living room and make the parents overwhelmed when the guest is coming. So that, this furniture is designed, that is coffee table as kids toys storage for compact house. This research done by in depth interview and observation method which is done on young family that live in small house in Surabaya as a case study this research. The designed product is guest table (coffee table) that also used as toys storage that raised the scandinavian design theme, where the design is focus on the function without rule out the aesthetic value of the product. This guest table (coffee table) is expected suitable with any livingroom, so this coffee table used neutral color, which is white and brown / cream. This coffee table have a shape that suitable for narrow house, where this product is not too takes place or space. Then with this product is expected can help answering the problems people that live in small house in Surabaya, where the limited space in house is no longer an obstacle to having a neat and beautiful house

Get PDFAbstract – The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of preservatives on waterproof eyeliner sold in Pasar Blauran Surabaya. The method used in this research is Total Plate Numbers (ALT) using Nutrient Agar (NA) media for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Saboraud Dextrose Agar with addition of antibiotic (SDAa) for Candida albicans to obtain a 5,6 x 108CFU / ml suspension for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 2.0 x 107 CFU / ml for Candida albicans. Then the suspension was added to the sample, then observed the growth of bacterial colony and yeast on the 2nd and 7th day. The result obtained is no growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on day 2 and 7, so preservative in the sample can be said to be effective in inhibiting the growth of bacteria and yeasts

Get PDFThis study aims to describe the zone of tolerance of the three largest mobile operators Telkomsel, Indosat, and XL in Surabaya. This zone of tolerance is obtained by measuring the gap of customer expectations (desired service and adequate service) on the quality of service provided. The results of this study show that the three mobile operators have been able to meet minimum servicequality that customers want (adequate service) but does not meet the actualservice quality desired by the customers (desired service) Telkomsel has the most excellent service quality between the three providers and then followed by XL and Indosat. The wider zone of tolerance is owned by Indosat, followed by XL and then Telkomsel
