Get PDFC&R & Café Resto Surabaya was one of the café 's restaurants & Surabaya city located on the road of Pucang Anom No. 33. Efforts in providing good service to c ustomers always remain unanswered by the C&R Ca fé & Resto Surabaya. However, the C&R Café & Resto Surabaya have never done the measurement of service quality so that it do not know what is perceived by the customers. In improving the quality of the s ervice, need to know what attributes are s till not s atisfactory to the customer i.e. the gap between satisfaction is received with the expectation of customers, so as to note what the customer wants. The purpose of this research is to know the magnitude of the gap that occurs, specify the attribute priority service and know the improvements done in advance and make a proposal for improvements to the C&R Ca fé & R esto Surabaya. To find out the gap or the magnitude of the GAP that happens to use SERVQUAL method containing 5 dime nsions of s ervice quality that is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty with 26 attributes to measure the quality of service C&R Café & Resto Surabaya. Based on an analysis of the perception gap with the hope that it bri ngs customers to a-26 variable dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty experience gap. Service attributes to 17th a nd 25th have a mean gap of pe rception and expectations of the customers most negatively of 0.36-and-0.31. Based on the results of the integration method of canoeing and SERVQUAL there are 11 attributes the improved service and repair analysis performed using QFD method so obtained the recommendation given to be repaired first by looking at the value of the importance of the highest standard to make IE how's raw and daily reports the performance of employees with a value of 21%. The proposal fixes for C&R Café & Resto Surabaya, among others, make raw and standard daily reports the performance of employees, giving training on service in the restaurant, providing training to employees and restaurant owners create a reward system, adding tenaga waiters or waitresses, assigning punishment system and set the SOP, increasing employees ' welfare and give employees a fixed contract, make customer complaints and suggestions box rewarding system, applying to employees, the schedule and the standard of cleanliness of the toilet, make the standard of cleanliness of the dining room, in collaboration with the shop owner next door to the parking lot for the results

Librecht Frans Wattimena as a registrant for the land area of 323 M2 and the holder of the land title certificate, in conjunction with the provisions of article 32 paragraph (2) of PP. 24 of 1997, that the guarantee of legal certainty over the certificate is only given to the registrant with good intentions. Librecht Frans Wattimena as a registrant whose intention is not good because registering the land without the certificate of land history, then the certificate is legal defect, the certificate can be applied for the cancellation. Based on the description as mentioned above can be explained that the issuance of land titles certificates by the Land Office without being based on the picture of the situation as physical data of the land is not justified by law, because the certificate is no letters or there is but not in accordance with the truth, Measuring which is the picture of the situation is in the hands of Matheos Law. The effort that must be taken by Matheos Law is to file a lawsuit against the certificate to the State Administrative Court

Get PDFDalam ketenagakerjaan Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan bagian yang sangat penting.Wiraniaga merupakan SDM yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang otomotif.Wiraniaga harus bekerja secara efektif agar bisa mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan.Namun ketika bekerja kerap kali wiraniaga mengalami stres.Salah satu penyebab stres dalam lingkungan kerja yaitu beban kerja yang berlebihan.Untuk mengurangi stres kerja yang dialami oleh wiraniaga dibutuhkan dukungan sosial dari lingkungan kerja yang meliputi dukungan sosial dari atasan dan rekan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara beban kerja dan dukungan sosial dengan stres kerja pada wiraniaga. Subjek penelitian merupakan wiraniaga yang bekerja di dealer resmi daerah Surabaya (N=23). Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu total population.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaituKendals’ Tau. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan beberapa temuan, yangpertama menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=0,343; p=0,042. Temuan kedua menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial atasan dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=-0,251; p=0,105. Temuan ketiga menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial rekan kerja dengan stres kerja dengan nilai r=-0,049; p=0,750. Subjek penelitian menunjukkan beban kerja dan dukungan sosial atasan serta dukungan sosial rekan kerja yang tergolong tinggi, namun stres kerja tergolong rendah

The method that will be used to perform the data settlement is by conducting interviews, observation, and document analysis.
PT.X has implemented a Occupational Health and Safety Management System in its company but for 8 years the system has been applied, the company has never reached the goal of implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System that is achieved "zero accident" in each year, which means hazards and disaster events risk on uncommon operational activities of the company still exist. Therefore, an operational audit of hazard and disaster event risk related to PT.X is required to improve the occupational health and safety management system of the company
