Hubungan antara Harga Diri dan Body Image dengan Online Self-Presentation pada Pengguna Instagram
This research departs from the results of previous studies in the field ofcyberspace, which shows differences in one's behavior when in the world of the internetand in the real world. The Internet has now become the most widely used communicationtool. The purpose of this study is to see what psychological factors that affect a personwhen behaving in the internet world. Subjects in this study were 389 users of Instagramusers who filled out the research questionnaire online. Measuring tool in this research is aself-esteem scale, body image scale, and self-presentation online scale. While the analysismethod used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that there is apositive relationship between self-esteem and body image with online self-presentation.Self-esteem and body image can predict self-presentation online with a significance levelof p <0.05. Effective contribution of self esteem and body image variable to self-presentation online variable is 3.8%
Hubungan antara Persepsi Risiko dan Kepercayaan Masyarakat Terdampak terhadap Otoritas dalam Upaya Mitigasi Dampak Kabut Asap Riau
Mitigation is the effort to reduce the impact of haze. This study was aimed to examine the relationship between risk perception and trust of authorities toward the mitigation effort of haze impact in Riau. Trust of authorities in this study included the government, military, police and medical authorities. For this aim, hypothesis have been tested using data collected from a sample of 256 people affected by haze which taken by using purposive sampling. Data were collected using three scales; the mitigation scale, the risk perception scale and the trust scale. This study found that risk perception and trust of authorities were simultaneously related to haze impact mitigation with R square 0,108. Risk perception may affect the mitigation effort. In this research can be found that the citizen mitigation tends to be low, this is caused by low public perception in rating the risk of haze impact in Riau. This study also found that the military and medical authorities correlated with haze mitigation effort; however the trust in the government and police authorities had no relationship with haze mitigation effort in Riau.
Peran Regulasi Emosi terhadap Resiliensi pada Siswa Sekolah Berasrama Berbasis Semi Militer
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of emotional regulation onresilience in boarding school students based on semi military. This research uses simplelinear regression method.. Measuring instrument used was a questionnaire consisting oftwo scales : scale of resilience (Reivich & Shatte, 2002) and the scale of emotionalregulation (Thompson, 1994). Sample of the study was 90 persons (N = 90) which is amixture of male and female students of boarding senior high school "X" in Magelang. Theresults of this study indicate that the the results of this study indicate that the regressioncoefficient of 0.665 and R 2 of 0.466. These results show that emotional regulation plays arole in resilience of 46.6%. So it can be concluded that emotional regulation plays a role inresilience in boarding senior high school "X" students based on semi military
Pengaruh Film Alternatif terhadap Emosi
The purpose of this experiment was to understand the impacts of alternative movies on emotion. Posttest only design using proxy pretest was used. Twenty four undergraduate students of Universitas Gadjah Mada were divided into three groups based on their movies preferences: alternative group, mainstream group, and control group. Emotion as the dependent variable was measured post treatment using DES (Differential Emotion Scale) and was analyzed with one-way ANOVA. The results showed that there was no differences in emotion between the three groups (F=.376 (p>.05)
Inovasi pada Organisasi Pemerintah: Tahapan dan Dinamika
Innovation has been identical with the use of new ways to gain the effectiveness and efficiency of a product, service, or methodology by a profit organization in order to face the business competition. The aim of this research is to see the dynamics that happen on innovation process run by government organization by taking case study on Computer Assisted Test (CAT) based employee selection system in National Civil Service Agency. The data are gathered through deep-interview to five research respondents by using qualitative approach. The results show that there are three main dimensions in the development proses of CAT system innovation: building the base of organization knowledge, designing innovation system, and developing system of continuity. The dimension of developing continuity system has become the unique characteristic in this study in comparison with the other results in regard to the process and innovation steps. Innovation in CAT system is a self-actualization of government organization to acquire and maintain its programs and authorities
Pengaruh Bimbingan Karier terhadap Efikasi Diri dalam Pengambilan Keputusan Karier pada Siswa
This study aimed to determine the effect of career guidance on the self-efficacy in career decision-making with mastery goal orientation as co-variables. The research design used quasi experiment consisting of two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received treatment (career guidance). Self-efficacy in career decision-making was measured using the questionnaire of self-efficacy in career decision-making and mastery goal orientation was measured with a scale of mastery goal orientation. Career guidance module was administered to the experimental group. Subjects in this study amounted to 48 students a class XI of SMA X in Yogyakarta. Analysis of covariance was used to analyse the data and resulted in no relationship between mastery goal orientation and self-efficacy in career decision making (p>.05). Therefore the analysis turned to mixed anova resulting that there was the effects of the career guidance to self efficacy in career decision making (F=104.074; p<0.05)
Hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Job Crafting
This study aims to determine whether the perception of leadership style andorganizational climate are together able to contribute to job crafting on salespeople, aswell as to know the amount of contribution from the two variables to job crafting. Datacollection was conducted on 79 employees of salespeople in PT. A in Manado, byproviding questionnaires containing three (3) scale of research, namely job crafting scale,transfor-mational leadership scale, and organizational climate scale. The findings of thisstudy indicate that together, the variables of work climate and transformationalleadership are able to contribute R value of 0.443 (p <0.05) to job crafting, with thedeterminant coefficient (R2) of 0.196 or 19.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that the existenceof transformational leadership style and work climate that is considered positive andsupportive can increase the proactive efforts of employees in making changes to balancejob demands and job resources
Perilaku Menolong Relawan Spontan Bencana Alam
The vulnerable conditions of Indonesia, especially Yogyakarta, to natural disastersled a lot of volunteers who want to help the survivor. Many of volunteers joined the socialcommunity or formal organization, but many of them do not belong to any social communityor organization and does not have the ability to handle the condition of natural disaster stillhelp the victims. These individuals referred as spontaneous volunteers. The aim of this studyis to determine the helping behavior conducted by spontaneous volunteers. The approachused in this study is qualitative specifically phenomenology. Data was collected by a semi-structured in-depth interview. Informants of this study consisted of three individuals, two ofthem was volunteered when the eruption of Mount Merapi occurred in 2010, and the otherone was volunteered in Banjarnegara’s landslide in 2014. Result showed that there arechanges of helping behavior from spontaneous to formal planned form of helping. There arealso several factors that encourage or inhibit their helping behavior
Iklim Sekolah dan Dukungan Sosial Guru Matematika sebagai Prediktor Keberhasilan Prestasi Belajar Matematika Siswa SMA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi prestasi belajarmatematika siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) berdasarkan pada iklim sekolah dan dukungan sosial guru matematika.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional untuk menguji iklim sekolah dan dukungan sosial guru matematika sebagai prediktor keberhasilan prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMA. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa kelas XI jurusan IPA berjumlah 88 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukandi salah satu SMAN eger di Yogyakarta. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala iklim sekolahdan skala dukungan sosial guru matematika serta nilai murni UAS matematika kelas XI IPA. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa iklim sekolah dan dukungan sosial guru matematika baik bersama maupun parsial tidak dapat memprediksi prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMA ataudengan kata lain hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak
Studi Fenomenologis Kebahagiaan Guru di Papua
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis secara mendalam nilai-nilai kebahagiaan serta mengeksplorasi karakter positif yang diwujudkan dalam proses belajar mengajar di pedalaman Papua. Kebahagiaan merupakan suatu konsep yang menggambarkan kondisi individu ketika mengarahkan perasaannya pada hal yang positif dan memanfaatkan karakter positif yang dimiliki untuk memaknai peristiwa -peristiwa yang dijalaninya dalam kehidupan sehari - hari. Pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Partisipan sebanyak tiga orang, dan proses pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru mengarahkan perasaannya ke hal - hal yang positif berdasarkan pengalaman selama mengabdi, yaitu; ketika siswa - siswa di pedalaman dapat mengikuti pelajaran yang diberikan dan melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, dapat menunjukkan identitas guru secara langsung di pedalaman, adanya kesatuan kerja diantara para guru, dan mendapatkan dukungan dari masyarakat setempat maupun keluarga merek
