Get PDF【抄説】本稿は、物質中心主義と史的唯物論の観点からエドワード・オールビーの『アメリカの夢』(The American Dream 1961) を分析することで、生の物象化に伴う個人の生の倫理的価値の喪失を指摘するものである。マミーやダディ、ミセス・バーカーのような人々の価値観は彼ら自身の意志ではなく金銭的要因によって決定づけられており、彼らは誘導されるがままに経済的・物質的充足を追求し、実質的な満足感を得られず、結果として彼らの生の空虚さは深刻化する。続いて、グランマやヤング・マンが問題意識を認識しながらも放置し舞台を去っており、その問題に直面することや解決への姿勢は観客に委ねられていることに着目する。この時、本作において問題意識を効果的に伝達する役割を担っているのが、異化効果を伴うシニカルな笑いである。本作は、異化効果によって非日常であるかのように思われていた、つまり他人事としてとらえられていた舞台上の出来事や登場人物が、実のところ自らを反映したものだという事実とその根底にある問題への警鐘を、笑えない不快感と衝撃を伴いながら観客に訴えるのである。departmental bulletin pape
Study of Korean Compliant Tax Return Filing Check System
Get PDF【要約】 本稿の目的は, 納税申告の適正性を検証するという点で, 日本の書面添付制度に相当する韓国の誠実申告確認制度を取り上げ, その背景と意義を検討することにより, 法人課税における書面添付制度の今後の課題を明らかにすることにある。誠実申告とは, 収入金額が一定規模以上の個人事業者が総合所得税を申告する際, 帳簿内容の適正性を税務士の確認を受けて申告することをいう。個人事業者の誠実な申告を誘導するために2011年の所得分に対する総合所得税申告から適用され, 誠実申告確認対象事業者には申告・納付期限延長, 税額控除などの優遇措置がとられている。本稿では，はじめに日本の申告納税制度と税務調査の現状を明らかにし, それを踏まえて韓国の誠実申告確認制度について詳解し, 最後に誠実申告確認制度の日本に対する学術的示唆や書面添付制度の今後の課題を検討している。The purpose of this paper is to clarify the future issues of the Document Attachment System in Japanese Corporate Taxation by examining the background and significance of the Korean Compliant Tax Return Filing Check System, which is equivalent to the Japanese Document Attachment System in terms of verifying the accuracy of tax returns. Compliant Tax Return Filing means that when an individual business owner with an income amount above a certain amount of income files a comprehensive income tax return, contents of the return are confirmed by tax accountants for the accuracy of the income tax calculation. For encouraging to file compliant tax return by individual business owners, the system was applied to the comprehensive income tax return for the year of 2011, and businesses subject to the Compliant Tax Return Filing Check System are given preferential treatment such as extension of the due date of filing and payment deadlines and tax deductions. This paper firstly clarifies the current situation of the Japanese Tax Return Filing System and Tax Audit, and then provides a detailed explanation of the Korean Compliant Tax Return Filing Check System based on the discussion. Finally, the paper examines the academic implications of the Compliant Tax Return Filing Check System for improvement of the Japanese Document Attachment System.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF【要旨】 大阪の家庭薬総合企業森下仁丹は, 1905 (明治38) 年に「仁丹」 の販売を開始すると, 新聞広告や屋外広告を駆使した大々的な広告戦略によって, わずか2年で家庭薬業界の売上第1位の地位に躍り出た。井出 [2017, 2018] , 樺山・京都仁丹樂會 [2023] では, その広告戦略を検討するとともに, 明治末から昭和初期にかけて京都を中心に森下仁丹によって設置された「町名表示板」が, 創業者森下博が打ち出した「広告益世」という企業理念の屋外広告における最初の実践例であったことを指摘した。本稿では, 仁丹発売当初の売上急増が, 国内販売のみならず, 中国や朝鮮半島, インド, 東南アジアなどを中心とする海外への輸出に大きく支えられていたこと, また, そこでも日本同様に積極的な広告戦略が用いられてきたことを明らかにしつつ, その実績と成果が日本国内での広告にも活用されていたこと, さらには, 限定的ではあるが中国でも「広告益世」理念につながる屋外広告の実践例があったことを紹介する。Hiroshi Morishita, founder of the patent medicine company "Morishita Jintan”, was called “the king of Japanese patent medicine” or “the king of advertising” in the latter part of the Meiji and Taisho periods. Review of Previous Studies on the Expansion of E-commerce in the Distribution Sector
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to review trends in empirical research on e-commerce (EC) in the distribution sector, particularly in China, based on the reality of EC, which is expanding rapidly worldwide and becoming a driving force behind the distribution revolution. Using Google Scholar to search for articles, we extracted and reviewed 24 prior studies from 2004 to 2022, which revealed the following points that (1) early analyses focused primarily on the convenience and reliability of the platform for consumers and SMEs using EC, trust in the transaction itself, attitudes toward risk, and the influence of culture and values on the transaction. In addition, the data used in the analysis were based on questionnaire surveys. (2) In 2010 and later, however, national and corporate data has been developed, and macro analysis of the impact of EC on national and regional economies, or time-series analysis of consumer purchasing behavior using big data provided by Taobao, a major EC company, has been conducted. Get PDFIt is known that even the same plant can have diffevent depending on where it grow. Therefore, component analysis and physiological activity tests were performed on Hemerocallis longituba Miq. obtained from two different sources. As a result, it was confirmed that 3-furan methanol was present as the main component in each case. However, the content ratio was ca. 4 : 1 between Hiroshima prefecture and Shimane prefecture. In addition, comparing the other compounds by functional group, it was clarified that carboxylic acids and alcohol were contained in Hiroshima prefecture, and aliphatic compounds and aldehydes were contained in Shimane prefecture. On the other hand, in the BAP test, which examines the expression of antioxidative activities in physiological activities tests, the Shimane prefecture product showed about three times the value, confirming that it has high antioxidative activities.departmental bulletin pape
Effects of amines on NMDA receptors
Get PDFN-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptors are widely distributed in the central nervous system and play critical roles in synaptic plasticity and excitotoxicity. Memantine, one of the amines, is a partial agonist of the NMDA receptor and is used as medicine for treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. To find a new channel blocker of the NMDA receptor, the agonist and antagonist activities of amines contained in Japanese sake on the NMDA receptor were investigated. Polyamines are present at millimolar concentrations in cells and play important roles in aging, cell proliferation, gene expression and cellular stress. Various foods and beverages including fruits nuts, sake, wine and cheese contain amines. However, the precise biological functions of amines are still unclear. The effects of 12 amines contained in sake on GluN1/GluN2A and GluN1/GluN2B receptors were examined. Agmatine, tyramine, 2-phenylethylamine and 4 other amines inhibited the activity of both receptors. Putrescine inhibited the activity of only the GluN1/GluN2A receptor. Betaine and trimethylamine N-oxide inhibited the activity of only the GluN1/GluN2B receptor. Isoamylamine acted as an antagonist against the GluN1/GluN2B receptor but act as an activator for the GluN1/GluN2A receptor. The results indicated that amines contained in sake can be used as potential therapeutic agents for neural disorders such as anxiety and dementia.departmental bulletin pape
