Get PDF【要旨】 最近, コーポレートガバナンスと企業のサステナビリティの相互作用はこれまで以上に重要になってきており, コーポレートガバナンスがサステナビリティの取組やその情報開示を促進するメカニズムとプロセスに, 研究者の注目が高まっている。本研究では, 企業のサステナビリティのパフォーマンスやその情報開示とコーポレートガバナンスの関係性に着目した先行文献の議論を吟味し, 将来の研究課題を明らかにしている。本研究の特色は, サステナビリティのパフォーマンスやその情報開示の質の向上に向けて企業や市場規制当局などの関係者が検討する際に, 採用可能なコーポレートガバナンスの特質や役割の視点を, 先行研究の成果を踏まえて体系的に提供している点である。本研究は, この分野の最新の理論的および実証的先行文献を広範に吟味し, 体系的に整理し, 将来の研究課題を幅広く提示することで文献に貢献していると考える。The interplay between corporate governance and corporate sustainability has recently garnered a greater attention, with researchers increasingly focusing on the mechanisms and processes by which corporate governance facilitates sustainability efforts and disclosures. This study examines the literature focusing on the relationship between corporate sustainability performance, its disclosure, and corporate governance, and identifies future research questions. A unique feature of this study is that, based on the results of previous studies, it offers a systematic perspective on the characteristics and role of corporate governance that can be adopted by stakeholders, including companies and market regulators, when considering how to improve the quality of sustainability performance and its disclosure. The study contributes to the literature by extensively examining and systematically organising the latest theoretical and empirical literature in this area, and presenting a broad agendas for future research.departmental bulletin pape

Prolonged complete atrioventricular block induced by insertion of a pulmonary arterial catheter in a patient with complete left bundle block: a case report
Get PDFProlonged complete atrioventricular (AV) block occurred during insertion of a pulmonary artery catheter (PAC) in a patient with complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB). As escape beats did not appear for more than 10 seconds, we administered 0.05 mg of adrenaline intravenously. QRS waves soon appeared, but complete AV block persisted. Temporary cardiac pacing was introduced and necessary even after cardiopulmonary bypass until sinus rhythm was restored. The risk of complete AV block in patients with CLBBB should be considered when a PAC is inserted because the right bundle branch is located on the surface of the right ventricle.departmental bulletin pape
