Reifegradmodelle für Web-Accessibility in der digitalen Produktentwicklung
Full text linkDas Ziel dieser Bachelorarbeit ist die Entwicklung eines Modells für die Bewertung der Reife einer Organisation, barrierefreie digitale Produkte zu entwickeln. Das Modell wird für die Marketingabteilung eines Großunternehmens erstellt.
Bei der Entwicklung von barrierefreien digitalen Produkten sind vielfältige Faktoren zu beachten. Für einen Überblick, wie die Organisation aufgestellt ist, ist eine objektive Einschätzung hilfreich. Dafür können Reifegradmodelle für digitale Barrierefreiheit genutzt werden. In dieser Arbeit werden vier dieser Reifegradmodelle vorgestellt und miteinander verglichen. Daraus ergibt sich, dass die vorhandenen Modelle nicht vollständig zur Anwendungsumgebung in der Beispielorganisation passen. Deshalb wird ein eigenes Modell auf Basis der vorhandenen Reifegradmodelle und Experteninterviews erstellt. Es umfasst zwölf Bewertungskategorien mit jeweils fünf Reifegraden. Mit dem Modell wird die Integrierung von Barrierefreiheit in die Produktentwicklung bewertet und überwacht. Anhand der Ergebnisse können weitere Maßnahmen beschlossen und die Entwicklungen messbar gemacht werden. Das Modell soll Organisationen dabei begleiten, Barrierefreiheit in der Produktentwicklung grundlegend einzubeziehen

No full textPopulismo e tecnocrazia sono due volti della crisi che attraversa la democrazia occidentale. Entrambe le tendenze segnano una distanza dalla politica come fenomeno collettivo. Ancora fino a pochi anni fa, la democrazia francese sembrava essere una “eccezione”: uno dei pochi sistemi del capitalismo maturo a non essere quantomeno travolto dall’antipolitica, grazie anche a un modello democratico che pareva proteggere il paese nel mare aperto della globalizzazione. La lunga coda dell’austerity e la crisi della globalizzazione “felice” ne hanno rivelato, tuttavia, le debolezze. L’operazione con cui in pochi mesi Emmanuel Macron, enfant prodige et protégé dell’establishment, fonda un partito “che non dice il suo nome” e stravin- ce le elezioni presidenziali evidenzia tutta la permeabilità della democrazia transalpina alle logiche neo-individualiste. Il macronismo intercetta così un bisogno rifondativo della Quinta Repubblica, rafforzandone il paradigma di marcata personalizzazione del potere, ora spinto in una direzione più tecnocratica e soprattutto individualista. Muovendo da una ipotesi critica provocatoria supportata dalle evidenze della ricerca, il volu- me fa emergere il macronismo come un nuovo, possibile modello di personalizzazione tecno- cratica della tarda globalizzazione, il cui obiettivo di fondo sembra essere la stabilizzazione del progetto economico e sociale neoliberale

Full text linkDie vorliegende Arbeit befasst sich mit Podcasts aus Öffentlichen Bibliotheken, der dbv-Sektionen 1-3A, in Deutschland. Das Ziel ist eine Bestandsaufnahme von Bibliothekspo-dcasts, sowie eine Zusammenfassung der wichtigsten Faktoren und Erkenntnisse, die bei einer Podcastproduktion in Bibliotheken unterstützen können.
Zu Beginn wird ein kurzer Blick auf Marketing in Öffentlichen Bibliotheken geworfen. Darauf folgt eine Betrachtung von wichtigen Fakten im Hinblick auf Podcasts im Allgemeinen, sowie eine Analyse der wichtigsten Kennzahlen der Podcastnutzung in Deutschland. Basierend auf dieser Analyse wurden Bewertungsfaktoren angelegt, anhand derer die daraufhin recherchierten Bibliotheks-Podcasts beurteilt wurden. Zuletzt wurden fünf Experten-Interviews geführt und ausgewertet, um wichtige Erkenntnisse und Faktoren zu identifizieren, die aus der tatsächlichen Arbeit mit Podcasts in Bibliotheken herrühren. Aus diesen Erkenntnissen heraus wurde eine Handreichung für Bibliotheken erstellt, die bei der Erstellung von Bibliothekspodcasts unterstützen soll.The topic of this thesis are podcasts of public libraries, in the dbv-sections 1-3A, in Ger-many. The goal is an inventory of all library-podcasts and a summary of the most im-portant factors and findings, which can help producing a podcast for a public library.
In the beginning a short topic is marketing at public libraries, followed by an analysis of important factors of podcasts in common. Based on this analysis, valuation factors were determined, which were used afterwards for an evaluation of the podcasts, found in re-search. Lastly, five expert interviews were conducted and analyzed to identify important findings and factors stemming from the actual work with podcasts. Derived from those findings, a handout was created, as a support for producing podcasts in public libraries
Adaptive extension of an existing learning management system
Full text linkDer Traum von adaptiven und personalisierten Computerlernsystemen, welche die Lehrkräfte von langweiligen und mühseligen Arbeiten befreien sollen, beschäftigt die Forschung schon seit den 1920er Jahren. Jüngste Bemühungen setzen sich vor allem mit dem Personalisieren von Lernpfaden auseinander. Das Ziel dieser Bachelorthesis ist die Implementation einer adaptiven Erweiterung in ein bestehendes Lernmanagementsystem namens "Schule 4.0", sodass dadurch individueller auf die Bedürfnisse des Lernenden eingegangen werden kann. Hierfür wird ein Überblick über das Themenfeld des adaptiven Lernens gegeben, sowie die Verfahren und Funktionsweise adaptiver Lernsysteme erklärt. Weiter werden Verfahren zur Generierung von adaptiven Lernpfaden vorgestellt und der "State of the Art" von Lernpfade Editoren untersucht. Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen wird ein Konzept für einen grafischen Lernpfade Editor zum Erstellen adaptiver Lernpfade erstellt und systematisch mit Vorgehensmodellen aus dem Software Engineering in das bestehende System implementiert. Mithilfe der Implementation werden Beispielszenarien konstruiert und durch Experten der Pädagogik in einer Fokusgruppe evaluiert. Das Ergebnis dieser Arbeit ist ein grafischer Lernpfade Editor für "Schule 4.0", welcher in vielen Szenarien pädagogisch sinnvoll eingesetzt werden kann.The dream of adaptive and personalized computer learning systems that would free teachers from boring and tedious work has occupied researchers since the 1920s. Recent efforts focus primarily on personalizing learning paths. The goal of this bachelor thesis is the implementation of an adaptive extension in an existing learning management system called "School 4.0", so that the needs of the learner can be addressed more individually. For this purpose, an overview of the subject area of adaptive learning is given, and the procedures and functionality of adaptive learning systems are explained. Furthermore, methods for generating adaptive learning paths are presented and the "state of the art" of learning path editors is examined. Based on these findings, a concept for a graphical learning path editor for creating adaptive learning paths is developed and systematically implemented into the existing system using procedural models from software engineering. With the help of the implementation, example scenarios are constructed and evaluated by experts in pedagogy in a focus group. The result of this work is a graphical learning path editor for "School 4.0", which can be used in many scenarios in a pedagogically useful way

No full textUsher syndrome (USH) is an autosomal recessive disorder characterized by congenital sensorineural hearing impairment and retinitis pigmentosa. Classification distinguishes three clinical types of which type I (USH1) is the most severe, with vestibular dysfunction as an added feature. To date, 15 genes and 3 loci have been identified with the USH1G gene being an uncommon cause of USH. We describe an atypical USH1G-related phenotype caused by a novel homozygous missense variation in a patient with profound hearing impairment and relatively mild retinitis pigmentosa, but no vestibular dysfunction
