Arbeitsbündnisse in der Fachberatung für Kindertagesstätten : Rekonstruktion, Typologie und Herausforderungen an die Professionalität
No full textFachberatung für Kindertageseinrichtungen ist eine höchst heterogene soziale Dienstleistung zur Weiterentwicklung der Kindertagesbetreuung. Aufbauend auf dem Forschungsprojekt „Die Rolle von Fachberatung im System der Entwicklung von Qualität in der frühen Bildung“ werden Koproduktion und Arbeitsbündnisse in der Fachberatung aus der Perspektive der Adressat*innen untersucht. Die Koproduktion nimmt im Verständnis einer offenen Profession Soziale Arbeit eine zentrale Rolle ein, das gelungene Arbeitsbündnis ist in der (sozialen) Dienstleistungstheorie und der sozialpädagogischen Nutzerforschung die Voraussetzung für die gelingende Koproduktion. Mit der Analyse von Arbeitsbündnissen in der Fachberatung aus Nutzungsperspektive werden vier Idealtypen empirisch rekonstruiert: das Arbeitsbündnis zur Klärung und Strukturierung, das Bündnis von Partnern in der Sache, das Beratungs- und Angebotsbündnis sowie das Beziehungsbündnis. In Bezug auf diese Typen werden Überlegungen angestellt zur Reflexivität von Fachberatung und zu geeigneten Qualifizierungsansätzen. Des Weiteren werden Arbeitsbündnisse als Herausforderung an die Professionalität Sozialer Arbeit diskutiert und die Forschungsarbeit damit in die Professionsdebatte über die Soziale Arbeit als offene Profession eingeordnet.Counseling in early childhood education is a highly heterogeneous social service for the advancement of child-care systems. Based on a research project “The Role of Counseling in the System of Developing Quality in Early Childhood Education” coproduction and working alliances in counseling are examined from the perspective of the adresees. Coproduction plays a central role in the understanding of an open profession social work, the successful working alliance is in the (social) service theory and the socio-pedagogical user research the prerequisite for the successful coproduction. With the analysis of working alliances in counseling from the perspective of its users, four ideal types are empirically reconstructed: the working alliance for clarification and structuring, the alliance of partners in the matter, the alliance of consultation and offer as the alliance of relationship. In relation to these types considerations are being made regarding the reflexivity of counseling and suitable qualification approaches. Furthermore, working alliances are discussed as a challenge to the professionalism of social work and the research work is thus classified in the debate on social work as an open profession
Intoxications in Prisons
No full textIntoxikationen erfolgen bekanntermaßen häufiger im Haushalt, am Arbeitsplatz, in Kindertagesstätten, in Schulen und in Krankenhäusern, sie kommen aber auch in besonderen Settings vor. Besonders Justizvollzugsanstalten sind diesbezüglich bisher nur unzureichend untersucht worden, auch da diese von der Bevölkerung immer noch mit zahlreichen Vorurteilen und Stigmatisierungen assoziiert werden. Die Analyse von Vergiftungen können gute Indikatoren für die sozialen Verhältnisse in den JVAs sein, deren Abgeschlossenheit per se wenig Informationsfluss in die Öffentlichkeit ermöglicht. Es soll nachfolgend untersucht werden, a) wie häufig Vergiftungen bei Insassen von JVAs vorkommen, b) welche Schweregrade der Intoxikationen vorliegen und c) auf welche Weise die Vergiftungen zugefügt wurden (akzidentell oder beabsichtigt durch Suizid, Abusus oder Fremdbeibringung). Methodisch wird zunächst in einer retrospektiven Analyse von deutschen und ausländischen Studien ein theoretischer Überblick über Vergiftungen in Gefängnissen geschaffen. Es folgen eine quantitative Auswertung von Vergiftungsfällen am Beispiel der telefonischen Beratungsprotokolle des Göttinger Giftinformationszentrums Nord und die Zusammenschau sämtlicher Befunde. Auf diese Weise soll es möglich werden, in der totalen Institution JVA zumindest Teilaspekte der Lebenswelt von Gefangenen zu rekonstruieren, indem die möglichen Auswirkungen des Freiheitsentzugs im Kontext mit einer latenten gesellschaftlichen Ausgrenzung, mit Vereinsamung, mit einem hintergründig gewaltgeprägten Alltag und mit dem Zugang zu Drogen zu diskutieren sind.It is known that intoxications frequently occur at home, at work, in day care centers, in schools and in hospitals, however, they also do occur in prisons and have not been adequately investigated in this regard so far. The present study specifically aims at characterizing German prisons representing a social setting that is still associated with numerous prejudices and stigmatization. The analysis of such intoxi-cations may indicate the social conditions in prisons, the seclusive character of which usually allows only little flow of information into the Public. It will be examined below: a) how often poisonings occur among prisoners, b) what is the degree of severity of these intoxications and c) how the poisonings were inflicted (accidentally or intentionally through suicide, abuse or by third party fault). Methodically, a retrospective analysis of German and foreign studies is used providing a theoretical overview of intoxications in prisons. This is followed by a quantitative evaluation of cases of poisoning using the example of the telephone counseling protocols of the GIZ-Nord Poisons Centre and the synopsis of all findings. In this way, it should be possible to reconstruct at least partial aspects of the lifeworld of occupants in the total institution of prisons with regard to the possible effects of imprisonment, to the effect of latent social exclusion, to loneliness, to a profoundly violent everyday life and to access to drugs

Natural 6-hydroxy-chromanols and -chromenols: structural diversity, biosynthetic pathways and health implications
No full textWe present the first comprehensive and systematic review on the structurally diverse toco-chromanols and -chromenols found in photosynthetic organisms, including marine organisms, and as metabolic intermediates in animals. The focus of this work is on the structural diversity of chromanols and chromenols that result from various side chain modifications. We describe more than 230 structures that derive from a 6-hydroxy-chromanol- and 6-hydroxy-chromenol core, respectively, and comprise di-, sesqui-, mono- and hemiterpenes. We assort the compounds into a structure–activity relationship with special emphasis on anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic activities of the congeners. This review covers the literature published from 1970 to 2017
